Die Adresse die bei Booking.com steht ist nicht die reale Adresse, schlechte Kommunikation, 4 Stock ohne Aufzug, kein Bügeleisen, kein Toaster, keine Tücher in der Küche, fast kein Toilettenpapier, zu wenig showergel

• Sally (10/5): - Lovely bedroom with bedside tables and lamps, extremely clean apartment! The kitchen needs more than just one water glass and a trash receptacle in the kitchen would be helpful.
• Merve (9/5): Very chill apartment in a good neighborhood - Home was very well decorated, easy to access and located in a very good location. It was clean and comfortable The only problem is it is on the top floor and there is no elevator(5th floor if I am not mistaken). I was with my mum and it was a little hard for her. If you have a big luggage or problem to walk stairs you can consider that.
• Sonja (9/5): Comfortable stay in stylish, nicely decorated apartment in great central area of Tirana. - Beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable apartment in a nice very central location in Tirana close to Skanderbeg square and all the attractions. Self check-in and payment were easy once I connected with the owners. Nice views and windows on both rooms. Lovely kitchen, though I didn't have a chance to use it much since I only stayed one night. The apartment was on the top floor, and I had big luggage so it was a bit hard to carry it up the stairs, but manageable.
• Johannes (7/5): - Clean and well equipped flat. The communication with the owner could be improved. None of my questions through the booking app were answered, and instead I later received a very long WhatsApp message that only indirectly addressed my inquiry about a late check-out (one of the sentences mentioned a €50 fee for delayed check-out). On the second day, I was unexpectedly asked to hand over the rent payment without being asked about a convenient time. Overall, I think the communication style needs more clarity and consideration.

• Silvia (10/5): Gorgeous modern appartement in the center of Tirana - I think this was the best accomodation we had so far on our roadtrip. It is an amazing, spacious, modern appartment with everything you need and a very friendly host. The location is in the middle of Tirana, 5-7 minutes away from Skanderbeg square. There is a small balcony and an adorable kitchen, with a big refrigerator. The bedroom is gorgeous and the bed is really good. Will definetely come back. If I really have to say something bad. the appartment is located at the 5th floor, without elevator. And with 41 degrees outside, I was overheated when I arrived...

• Dersniku (4/5): Good but bugs - Loved the space it was decorated beautifully the bathroom, kitchen, living room was so nice and the location is close to the center. It was at the top floor of the building so you have to climb some stairs just be aware if your bringing heavy luggage. Unfortunately as clean as the place looked and seemed my partner got bit all over their body and had severe itching for days. they got bit by something in there sleep possibly a bed bug or spider which was disappointing and the only reason i wont be returning or recommending the place.

On the way there the manager doesnt even tell me that the gave water problem and cant accept guests . after i arive i text him and then he tells me that he can not accept me to stay in the apartment because of the water problems. what if i had no other where to stay???? 6h car drive and u tell me at the last second. 👎👎👎

• Danielle (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautiful. It's a shame we were out most of the time and didn't get to enjoy time relaxing there. The location was fantastic! Just a short walk from Skanderbeg square and other main attractions making it very easy to get around. Aleksandra was a very lovely host. Very helpful, kind, attentive and caring. Although, we didn't meet her. I'd definitely go back there and would love to meet Aleksandra next time. I'd recommend anyone visiting Tirana to stay there. Price was also amazing for the location and the apartment itself. Would have been nice to leave a small bottle of water as we arrived late on new years day and struggled to find a shop open. (No problems though everything was great)

• Iryna (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean, with good furniture and a comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was terrible and barely worked. I had to constantly reconnect and search around the apartment for a spot where it would function at all. The light switch was hazardous, making me worry about getting shocked every time I used it. There was mold in the bathroom, and the shower head was broken, constantly slipping off, so I had to keep reattaching it. The apartment didn’t have a trash bin, and on the balcony, there was a large outdoor ashtray that smelled bad. After booking, the host sent a list of house rules with numerous fines, which were not mentioned on the booking page. Most frustratingly, the message said that by booking, you automatically agree to these rules, yet none of this was disclosed on the site. That’s not how it should be done – either list all the rules before booking or don’t send them after with an automatic agreement requirement. Additionally, there’s no option to pay online, so you must have the exact amount in cash to leave for the host. Keep this in mind if you still decide to book this place.

Good size apartment for two people perhaps even three. Host was excellent and answered all our questions in a detailed way with good instructions. Helped us get to Durrës by bus and cheapest taxi to the airport.

• Ion (10/5): Exceptional - Really loved this accommodation. The apartment looks nice, it's clean and has pretty much everything that you need. Located close to the city center and has a lot of different stores nearby (also money exchange, although you can pay pretty much everywhere in euros). Alexandra is such a lovely host, she gave us suggestions for places to visit and eat in Tirana and also sent us the location and timetable for our bus to Vlore, you can definitely message her if you need something. There is no elevator, so be prepared to climb a lot of stairs:) Aside from that, there is really nothing we didn't like.

The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was central, making it easy to explore the city. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended! Please bear in mind that the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, which might be an issue for some. The bathroom was modern and clean, but there was a bit of an issue with the shower switch. Additionally, some hangers and the soap dispenser were detaching, and there was a bit of water damage on the ceiling. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this apartment for its many positives.

• Cristian (10/5): Urban City Center - We enjoyed our stay at Urban City center because of its location close to the center and all the main tourist attractions. The flat has a bedroom, a living room, kitchen and bathroom.The rooms were clean and bright if you choose to open the Windows. The bed is large and comfortable...there are 2 TVs -one in the bedroom and another in the living room. In the kitchen u have a fridge, a kettle, a sandwich maker..and the utensils for eating and drinking. U have an air conditioner in the bedroom. In the bathroom there is a hair dryer, soap and shower gel and shampoo and a big window if you want to let the air come in. The hot water is provided by a big boiler. And every piece of furniture is stylish and has its place...it makes u feel at home - relaxed and happy. Overall it is a great place to stay and experience Tirana. Highly recommend! Not much to say here - we didn't find any paper towels in the kitchen but we had wet wipes and it was just fine. And also we couldn't use Netflix installed on the TV in the bedroom.. don't know why. But again it wasn't such a big issue because we arrived late at night and in the morning I personally preferred to read a book.

The name of the apartment was very similar to a lot of other apartments and took us 2 hours of walking with GPS and help from locals. Would have been so much easier with a different name!

Just that we had no TV channels.

Building is under renovation now but I didn't hear any construction noise. Host sent me useful links, answered patiently on me questions and helped me with my request. I have one more planned visit to Tirana, so I will choose this place again as well. Wifi might be a bit slow in some apartment's spots

If you have a car be careful where you park it because apparently only the residents can park in their street. So we had to pay a fine. The outside of the apartment is a little bit creepy and the inside is good designed. There could be more house supplies like a bigger pan, washing powder, cups …
