Mauritz (1/5): Very very poor - Could not extend my stay after requesting, shower head was broken, neighbors in the room upstairs kept triggering the fire alarm resulting in me contacting the owner, poeple upstairs was in a domestic fight middle of the night. Storming in and out of the unit. Very poor, very displeased. Will ensure to communicate my disappointment in that accommodation

Fairly (1/5): The worst booking I made up to date - The location The host was rude, unprofessional and I even felt unsafe to some extent. The check in time mentioned on the booking.com app says between 12.00 to 3.00 but my host advised me that check in will be at 6.00 PM. I arrived after work and I had to call the host many times, in which he did not respond, or took his own time to respond to confirm house number. He even went on to advise that he will not accommodate to my concerns and that all instructions are already given. When the host said that, I felt helpless, since I am still foreign to this country and is just getting familiar. I felt I had no one to turn to.
Brianna (7/5): Nice place overall just better communication would’ve been nice - The property was clean and was a nice space overall. There was no communication with the owner. I was waiting for over an hour once I arrived at the property because the owner never told me how to get in and I apparently wasn’t in their records to stay the night.
