• Jana (10/5): We would highly recommend 'Hof zur Steinwänd'. It is a five star experience with excellent value! - We had exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent and very filling. The location was ideal for two ski resorts that were easy to reach in our car, despite snowfalls. It is hard to find something that we did not like. The only item that could be improved is wifi service. The fact that there was no wifi was a bonus for us and our children! It meant that it was all about skiing.

Wir sind öfters auf der Durchreise, jetzt wissen wir wo wir übernachten können! Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier! Vielen Dank für den umwerfenden Service.
• Giuliano (10/5): - Qui si torna indietro nel tempo, immersi nella natura con daini e cervi che pascolano insieme a mucche e pecore mentre una poiana volteggia nel cielo. Elisabeth accoglie gli ospiti con un sorriso. L'hotel è arredato in modo tipico di montagna, le camere un po' spartane ma ampie e dotate di tutto con viste meravigliose. La mattina inizia con una colazione ricca di prodotti genuini: latte e burro delle mucche di lì, marmellate e miele sempre del posto, pane caldo, affettati e formaggi, yogurt e tante cose ancora. L'assenza del Wifi ci ha permesso di godere appieno del luogo e comunque il segnale del telefono è buono.

• Andrew (6/5): It was an old but clean room that was ok for one night. - Authentic hotel, good shower and clean room. Very nice and more than enough breakfast. The host was very friendly and even carried one suitcase to our room. The bed was only 190 cm long with a footboard so lying in bed was very snug. My wife called the bed, a gnome bed. The beds creaked when we got in and out of them. We heard the bed of the neighbours too. But it luckily didn’t creak when we turned in our sleep.

• Martin (9/5): Superb - We arrived with a dog, and felt very welcome. Owner was really nice to us and our dog. We could check in 2 hours before scheduled time. Breakfast was quite good. No problem with parking. Place is near a forest where you can go hiking. No wifi, unfortunately. It is not listed in room equipment, but we thought it is standard (our mistake)

The lady of the house is very helpful and allowed us access to the garage for motorbikes and evening sitting in the restaurant. The breakfasts were absolutely exceptional. We would love to visit this accommodation again :-).
