Algunos empleados de la recepción fueron poco empáticos al solicitarles algunos elementos.Vimos una parrilla en la terraza,compramos todo para hacer un pequeño asado y al pedir los hierros donde se apoyan las carnes nos enteramos que la parrilla no está habilitada para turistas, al menos colocar un cartel de prohibido el uso. La cocina del departamento es súper súper chica, casi imposible de cocinar.El baño se tapó el inodoro y la pileta. El aire acondicionado de habitación principal empezó a gotear sobre la cama y el del living no funcionaba.

Desde la habitación hay una vista increíble a la playa de Copacabana. Volvería a alojarme aquí sin duda. Recomiendo el restaurante Grão Pará para probar la comida típica de esa región. Quizá el apartamento está un poco anticuado. El check-in es a partir de las 14h.

As a world traveler, I can honestly say I have never met a host as kind and welcoming as she was. She was always available and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. We are definitely coming back!

Marcia parle français 😀. L’entrée du bâtiment est sécurisée par le personnel. Emplacement idéal à deux pas de la plage de Copacabana 😁 Le pommeau de douche nul ! La kitchenette inutilisable car pas équipée La piscine sur le toit est un peu petite. La lingerie était un peu rêche mais la propriétaire a dit qu’elle était en train de la changer

• Daniela (8/5): Very well located apartment close to the beach with a very nice and helpful host. - The apartment is big for 2-3 people and very well locatedc close to the beach of Copacabana (posto 4), shops and restaurants. The host Marcia is incredibly helpful and tries to accomodate her guests as much as possible with good tips and in answering very quickly. The apartment doesn’t have much daylight and the decoration/furniture is very simple, a bit old and moldy. Earplugs help with the noise from the street at night.

I felt very safe in the apartment as a solo traveller knowing there was a 24hr concierge. The location was perfect and the place was cleaned well when I arrived. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Marcia for making my stay very welcome The aircon leaked onto the bed randomly but after contacting Marcia this was dealt with very promptly with no issue at all.

The building felt very secure and there are lots of bars and restaurants on the street below. Marcia, the host couldn’t be more helpful, moving things around to allow us to check in early after a very early flight. I really recommend!

Marcia is the best! - We unfortunately only stayed for 7-8 hours due to arriving late and having to leave early in the morning so we didn’t get to use/see the majority of the facilities. The property is centrally located in Copacabana. Marcia was so helpful in ensuring our check in + check out process was to be as smooth as possible, it was much appreciated.

The rooftop was also beautiful! Marcia was a fantastic host. She was very attentive and responsive. She even brought me tea and checked in on me when I was sick with food poisoning. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is well furnished, and a cleaning lady is available M-F. The owner is exceptionally nice, responsive, and accommodating. There was nothing I disliked about the apartment.

A small kitchen area with a large fridge, gorgeous lounge area, powerful shower, comfortable bed - but the best part is the spectacular view of Copacabana beach from the bedroom window.
• Tom (10/5): Exceptional - The building is located right in the heart of Copacabana, just couple of minutes walk to the sea and right next to biking and taxi station. There is 24 hours reception with friendly staff, so picking up the key and leaving the key for a day is great. Apartment is having marvellous sea view. It is clean, spacious and very comfortable for a couple. Big plus is terrace at the top, where you can just hang around and have your breakfast or lunch. The owner of property is communicating and replying fast, explaining questions and helping with any concerns, this way we would love to thank her for making our stay really special, and for all of these reasons we will return. The place was located 1 block from the chaotic Copacabana beach, so the perfect location. It was relatively quiet, well decorated and had everything you needed. On the rooftop was a wonderful pool to cool off from the hot weather. The 24 hour reception where you had to leave the keys meant you didn't have to carry them around with you. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The pool on the roof is under renovations, and could not be used - check this in advance.
