• Sofia (3/5): - The location The only area that felt somewhat renovated and gave a sense of cleanliness was the small living room. The bathroom was in very poor condition. It was almost impossible to wash your face because there was no space to lean forward. The toilet was dirty upon arrival, and there were hairs visible. Behind the bathroom door, there were brooms full of dust and hair, which made the space feel even more unclean. There was also a small kitchenette, but the cleaning cloths provided were old and unpleasant to touch. The windows were outdated, and dust would come through easily. The bed was far too small for two adults, and we could barely fit. Additionally, the towels had an unpleasant smell, almost as if they had been reused, which made showering extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully, we had booked this accommodation only for the final two nights before our departure from Rio, because we stayed elsewhere for the rest of our trip. Overall, we did not enjoy our experience, and the condition of the accommodation was far below our expectations.

• Elenice (9/5): Acomodação boa, tem uma ótima localização. - A acomodação tem uma ótima localização. Tinha eletrodomésticos necessários para café da manhã e almoço ou jantar. O anfitrião foi solícito. Tem porteiro 24h no prédio. Faltou reserva de toalhas, principalmente de rosto. Ficamos durante 6 dias com as mesmas toalhas. E faltou reserva de papel toalha para usar na cozinha e limpeza do alojamento. Quando chegamos a limpeza não estava boa. A cafeteira estava com água no reservatório e cápsulas de café usada.
• Enrique (1/5): Never again - Good location VERY DISAPPOINTED. No electricity or water for last day of our stay. No offer for help from owner until after we left and said we would be leaving an honest but poor review! Toilet wouldn’t flush and we therefore caused a terrible smell all night and next morning. No running water so had to book another hotel just to be able to shower! Spoke to receptionist and he told us this happens regularly. I would avoid this apartment!! Great location but that means nothing when you have no water and no electricity!!!
