Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Sechi (1/5): Aiutoooo - Il quartiere,la zona ben collegata col centro Difficoltà ad entrare già dal cancello esterno nonostante il check-in online fosse stato eseguito, zero pulizie, lenzuola sporche chiuse dentro l'armadio, porte che non chiudono, doccino non funzionante , tavolo bombardato, odore insopportabile in tutto il piccolo appartamento soprattutto in cucina

Hammer (6/5): Fine but difficult to find and live in during the summer heat. - It was located in a quiet area in the suburbs of Milan and very close to the metro. The bathroom inside the apartment was clean upon arrival. It was difficult to find due to lack of signage outside of the apartment. Additionally it was very hot and the small fan was not very strong but this would not be an issue outside of the summer season. The kitchen was missing a lot of tools and basic appliances such as pots, pans, cutting board, etc.
Halaouit (10/5): We had amazing stay. The apartment was clean and central. We also left it clean and nice. - Central, quiet and near what one needs. Nice a little family like our. 2 persons and one child.

Ricardo (7/5): Nice - Nice apartment. Good neighboorhod. Not Far from the downtown. Unfortunately the curtains dont protect against the sunlight in the morning. But I would stay there again
Mgkelebek (6/5): Pleasant - The metro station was very close. The host was not helpful. We arrived after 10.00 pm, and the front door was not working. I asked her to help, she was not able to help us. She does not even speak italian, only english. Terrible experience
