Regina (7/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem Makel - Sehr schöne, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung, die täglich gereinigt wird. Lage: an einer vielbefahrenen, lauten Straße - in der Wohnung ist aber ruhig, allerdings nicht auf dem Balkon. 800m zur nächsten U-Bahn, von dort nur wenige Haltestellen zu den Touristenattraktionen, 1.300m zum Bahnhof Ostiense, von dort in gut einer halben Stunde am Flughafen. Kleine Läden für den täglichen Bedarf in der Nähe. Einziges aber gravierendes Manko ist das Zugangssystem. Um die elektronische Schließanlage zu aktivieren, muss man die Klingel drücken. Das heißt, es klingelt jedes Mal laut in der Wohnung, wenn jemand kommt. Auch nachts. Wir hatten eine Nacht, in der die beiden anderen Zimmer neu belegt wurden und die neuen Mitbewohner jeweils ausgiebig geklingelt haben - kurz vor und weit nach Mitternacht. Ansonsten klingelt es nur 1x, aber wach ist man trotzdem. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel! Das oben beschriebene Zugangssystem. Wer auf ungestörte Nachtruhe wertlegt, nimmt besser eine andere Unterkunft.

Shefali (8/5): - The place was perfect actually! The only thing I did not like was that the digital instructions are not clear until you fumble around and figure it out. Also you really do need to make sure you have a functioning Internet and smart phone before you gain access to entry. It might be nice to provide everyone a second nom digital option.

Marie (8/5): Een prima plek in een levendige Romeinse wijk - Gelegen in een levendige wijk dichtbij OV. Een heerlijk bed in een eigen rustige, schone kamer met douche. Fijn om bij te komen tijdens een bezoek aan (hectisch) Rome. De eigenaren verbleven enkele dagen zelf in de gedeelde keuken en woonkamer, waardoor het minder vrij aanvoelde.

Anya (9/5): Compact and cozy place for a weekend in Rome - All separate rooms (for different guests) of this apartment have a shared kitchen, a living room and a balcony, and it was so fine to find fresh fruits and coffee in this kitchen every morning! My room was compact, but it has all I needed, and kitchenware, fridge and other equipment can be found in a shared space as well. The neighborhood is just several subway stations away from Colosseum and Palatine Hill, bus stations are also available on the streets nearby. The building itself is a bit retro, however the apartment looks freshly renovated, modern and comfy. Nice contrast! Fully automated check-in process via Vikey for different doors and locks was not intuitive for me, but only for the first time
Daniel (8/5): Great place to stay - The accommodation offers good quality furnishing and it is clean. There are lots of nice cafes and restaurants in the area. Host responds quickly to questions and requests. The digital solution for entering the flat was complicated at first but there is good explanation available. Does require internet connection though.

The neighbourhood is lovely, you can find coffee/pastries shops nearby. Market stalls for fruit & Veg too. We loved our stay and everyone we met was really nice. The flat is well looked after, with fresh fruits and water for everyone. Great attention to detail. Nothing

Buy Colloseo and forums tickets in advance in summer season to avoif q - Brand new apartment (freshly remodelled); all the amenities you could possibly ask for available; king size bed very comfortable, extremely clean and well kept - cleaning service every morning; wonderfull Staff/service; based right next to the bus stop, metro station just 10 min walk, Coloseo half hour walk; super market, shops, great cafés and food right at your door step
