• Alina (10/5): - Este aproape de centru si metrou, camera este curata, nu este foarte mare, dar e fix cat trebuie pentru 2 persoane. Am fost placut impresionati de faptul ca aveam apa, cateva snackuri si un magnet din partea gazdei, dar si faptul ca ni s-a facut curat in camera in a 3-a zi.

Tutto è gestito alla perfezione, La camera era molto spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario, e persino di una cabina armadio, con un bagno decisamente comodo e funzionale, pulizia impeccabile. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente! Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente!

• Franco (10/5): Ottima camera e servizio - La posizione è ideale, vicina al Duomo. Il centro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti, così come la stazione dei treni. La camera è molto spaziosa e ben servita (armadio porta abiti, frigo bar, televisione, begli arredi). Ottimo anche il bagno così come le finiture. Si può utilizzare anche uno spazio comune (soggiorno) provvisto di comodo divano e attrezzature per scaldare bevande e cibi. Molto gentile la signora che ci ha accompagnato alla struttura, posta al terzo piano di un palazzo signorile. Purtroppo abbiamo subito un furto alla stazione di Pompei, bisogna fare attenzione ai borseggiatori, diffusissimi.

• Cordelia (10/5): Ich würde sofort wieder dort buchen, wirklich empfehlenswert. - Die Lage war perfekt, die U-Bahn und Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, Vieles war auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gab von meiner Seite nichts auszusetzen.

• Maria (7/5): Amazing location but awful beds and a bit expensive for what you get - The location was absolutely fantastic and easily accessible with public transport. They have a nice common area The beds were awful, they made a noise everytime I moved. The checkout was at 10:00 am.
• Zubin (8/5): Good place to stay but need improve - It is clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is not bad, easy to access the center street and port. The air freshener was too strong in the room made me a bit sick in the beginning. The bathroom when you take shower the water was everywhere, kind annoying. The door has a window on it, and you can see the light from outside when people pass by. And also feel less privacy .

• Maria Jose (10/5): - An incredible space perfect for a comfy and nice stay in Naples, the staff is the kindest and there’s a supermarket nearby, as well as the Port zone, which is ideal. The street is very safe and I highly recommend this amazing building and their people, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

• Paula (9/5): 4 Muskateers at the Duomo Luxory Home - The location was excellent for public transport and very near to the Duomo, shops, bars, restaurants and a museum. Lovely room and ensuite, comfortable bed, furnished well with a small fridge and very clean. A beautiful luxury apartment with great facilities. There was a slight problem with our shower being blocked that we had and the owners came within 10 minutes and fixed it together with a bottle of prosecco, some cakes and a coffee maker as an apology. We were unfortunately unable to use the kitchen and equipment as that would have cost extra which wasn't clear when we booked. However we could make instant coffee and tea but ran out of tea bags which were not replenished. Being British, we love our tea! No crockery or cutlery to use except for mugs and glasses. The owners however did bring us some plastic spoons and kitchen paper to use after we complained. We paid extra for a deluxe room for our friends which they thought had a bath from the photos but unfortunately did not. However their room and en suite were much bigger than our standard rooms. According to the owners having the room with a bath would have cost even more, which again wasn't clear when booking.

• pedro (2/5): Insatisfeito - Nada,.possivelmente porque não conhecia este sistema B&B. Anunciava estacionamento e não dispunha nem mesmo de orientação onde deixar o carro. Acabei tendo de deixar na rua. Ao chegar tentei contato com a anfitriã que demorou a responder. O quarto estava muito quente e o ar esta no chão de modo que o ar frio atinge diretamente quem está deitado no lado esquerdo da cama.

• Constantin (10/5): Direi che è stato un piacere conoscerti e vedere Napoli ! - La posizione strategica per visitare la città molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria è quella della metropolitana linea 1 facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal centro storico.Molto tranquilla e sicura .Al interno di un palazzo storico molto elegante la stanza è dotata di ogni comfort molto pulito.Di sicuro torneremo per un futuro viaggio a Napoli.Complimenti per arredamento spettacolare il salone grande.Grazie ancora per la particolare disponibilità di Giusy e la sua professionalità! • Bernhard (7/5): Great location with potential bit falls short on details and lack of attention to details. - Great location, we received the explanation in time to access the flat. It is a flat with 4 individual bedrooms and a shared living room. Not a cozy feeling. Nice looking furniture but little privacy in what’s a small room essentially. Not great value for money and little privacy. There is a lot of noise, light from other users of the flat who come and go at odd hours, the rooms and their doors are not well insulated in terms of light or sound. Finally the drain needs to be de-clogged in the bathroom, the shower overflows.

• Alan (9/5): Great Location for your stay in Naples - The location is perfect. It is right near the old town but just far enough away to be quiet. The Duomo metro stop is right there so it’s very convenient and just one stop from Napoli Centrale. We had the king room which is very spacious and comfortable. Giusy met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. She is very helpful and was always available on either booking.com or WhatsApp to sort things out. The wifi, air conditioning and double glazing were all fabulous. Initially, we thought the breakfast arrangement was complicated (using tickets provided) but it turned out to be fine. The staff at the local bar used for the breakfast were very pleasant. Many previous reviews complained about the breakfast but we found it to be very good. The Neapolitan pastries were particularly delicious. Nothing.

Breakfast was a coffee and a snack only which is served in a bar in the street opposite the property. One morning, the bar did not open, as instructed by the owner, we had to go to another place and get money refunded. We did not get our money back. We also encountered days when the cleaner takes our towels, and does not replace them.

It is in the historic centre of Naples in a building with all the modern facilities. All the major attractions of Naples are in walkable distance from the apartment. The metro station is some 100 meters away if you need it. Also, the central train station of Naples is nearby. Room and bathroom were large and clean. There was nothing I didn't like about DUOMO LUXORY HOME.

He provided maps and locations to sites, eateries,shopping malls,etc. Called Taxis for us because of our language barrier. In short, it was worth it. The Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff friendly to. It was a favourable and lovely holiday. Most shopping cashiers didn't give us back the correct cash change until we pointed it out. The eateries charge extra for the table setting!! Fabio could improve on his breakfast...maybe add more food varieties like cereals, fruits, salads, ...etc.
• Tracey (10/5): Comfortable renovated property, excellent communication with Fabio the host. - Recently renovated property about 20 minutes walk from the train station. Excellent communication with Fabio, the owner, who met us outside the property to check us in even though it was almost 22:00. The property is on the third floor and with the added bonus of a lift. Beautifully renovated, clean and fresh with a large communal lounge/kitchen/diner for guests to use. Bedroom was comfortable, not as big as I'd expected but we only used it for sleeping so perfectly adequate, all kitted out in new IKEA furniture; the bathroom was beautiful, excellent shower! Mini fridge provided in the bedroom too. Breakfast is not provided in the property but in the cafe directly across the road. Fabio gives you a card for each person for each day of the stay which you hand in to the cafe in exchange for a drink and a pastry. Nothing we didn't like but a suggestion: a shelf in the shower would be handy to put the shampoo, shower gel etc. on as awkward to have these on the floor. I'm also sure Fabio also said water would be provided everyday in the mini fridge but it was only there when we arrived and not replaced the other days. Not a problem at all as we hadn't expected it anyway and maybe I misunderstood? Breakfast a little disappointing as the card only allowed for one drink and one pastry/croissant.

The kitchen can't be used although we were shown around the kitchen???? Other people using 3rd bedroom. Not clear from online description.....you could end up sharing with rawdy people in other room. Not even a kettle in whole 'Luxory Home'. Property not properly advertised.
