• Lara (7/5): - Super nice hostess, very friendly and welcoming. We booked for three but the third bed option was either a hammock above the double bed or a bed/ mattress which didn’t really fit in the room. Water came through the roof in the bathroom, always wet when it rained.

• Kasey (1/5): Don’t stay here. - N/A This property has a severe cockroach infestation. We counted over 50 cockroaches in the apartment. We informed the owner on our second day, who gave us poison to try to rectify the issue. This did not work. The following day, we reached out again and asked for a refund. The owner instead offered to move us to the apartment next door. We initially agreed until he admitted that he was already aware of the infestation, and that a previous attempt at pest control had failed. At that point, we requested a refund for the nights we had already stayed and to be moved next door. At this, the owner suddenly became aggressive and rude, and tried to blame us for the infestation stating that he ‘didn’t know where a bug like that came from’ despite admitting prior that it was a pre-existing problem. He also accused us of being dirty and mishandling rubbish in the apartment and contributing to this infestation. His behavior was completely unprofessional, offensive, and frankly appalling. And while the cockroach infestation was the worst part, it was not the only issue: - The kitchen was poorly equipped. - One bathroom had no toilet paper, and only a single roll was provided in the other bathroom for a five-night stay. - The Wi-Fi was unreliable and didn’t reach the bedroom. - The shower had no hot water. - The couch was filthy when we arrived. - The apartment next door that we moved into had a giant hole in the ceiling that we were not pre warned about. It was also dirty, had a leaking shower, and a leaking AC. - The location felt unsafe. Multiple Uber drivers warned us not to walk around in the area the apartment is located at ANY time of the day. This apartment (BOTH of them) were an absolute disaster, and the owner’s response made it even worse. Do not stay here.
