• Isabela (8/5): Hotel acogedor en pleno corazón de Llanes - Excelente ubicación, en pleno centro, pero igual es bastante tranquilo. Tenía parking lo cual fue muy conveniente. Jose, quien estaba en recepción fue muy amable, nos dio recomendaciones de Llanes y estuvo siempre a nuestra disposición.

• Saray (9/5): Escapada a Llanes - Muy recomendable. Ubicación perfecta en el centro de Llanes, con la playa a 5 minutos caminando. Personal super agradable y muy amable. Parking en el propio hotel. Habitación amplia y limpia.

• Amparo (9/5): - La ubicación y limpieza Las camas muy cómodas Aparcamiento fácil aún estando en el centro ya que dispone de un parking Por la noche mucho ruido, nuestra habitación daba a la parte de atrás y hay una discoteca enfrente, hasta las siete de la mañana mucho ruido al menos el fin de semana. Estaría bien tener una pequeña nevera para disponer de agua.

• Carlos (8/5): Hotel céntrico con una excelente ubicación - La ubicación es perfecta, ya que al bajar del hotel ya te encuentras con zona de ocio y restauración, estando a dos pasos tanto del puerto deportivo como del casco histórico. Además de disponer de un parking exclusivo del hotel. Por último, remarcar que también son dueños de una pizzería que esta buenísimo todo. Uno de los problemas es que no posee ascensor, y al entrar por el parking has de pasar por dos comedores de la pizzería para llegar al hall del hotel y subir a tu planta asignada. Por último, la primera mañana tuvimos un problema, al volver de la actividad prevista nos encontramos que no nos limpiaron la habitación teniendo el permiso (cartel verde habilitando el acceso) y con la puerta sin echar la llave, y si no echas la llave la habitación se queda cerrada pero apta para quien quisiera abrir. Hay que mencionar que al comentarlo en el hall, la chica que nos atendió se disculpó y nos pido perdón.
• Angelo (6/5): The property is fine but definitely needs some refurbishment! - The location of the property is good and the room is basic but clean. The property is opposite a “Discoteca” so around 5/6am all the crowd that was going out was really really noisy chatting and drinking for hours. Not good if you want a proper night sleep.

• Sharon (8/5): The location and service was very good. It was not the owners fault that the noise from the night club disturbed us - It was central. It was good value for money. It was clean. There was a night club opposite (was at the back of the property) and was loud and disturbing.

There was no fridge. There was not much room to hang towels. The bedroom was on the small side. The bathroom was spacious. The bed was hard and the pillow was hard as well
• Matthew (10/5): Great central hotel in Llanes - Very central location. We were able to use the onsite parking. Staff were friendly. There is a disco in the town near the canal and while you can't hear the music there is a talking noise from people outside that went on through the night. Didn't stop me going to sleep but the light drone of voices was there if you woke up in the night - went on until morning. Slightly annoying but would impact all the hotels facing the canal.

• Imara (9/5): Excellent experience and location to stay - The location is excellent, a very clean hotel, and comfortable. I asked for an extra key because we were 2 people but the guy was a little busy and didn't ask me if I could come back the next day in the morning I just left it that way but the next day was a lovely woman at the reception that helped me out with it.

We tried to book a second night (while there, because the town was so attractive and the hotel so comfortable) but the hotel was booked out for the next night. However, Mara went beyond the call of duty to secure a room in another hotel in the town. She is a star.
• Vguinea (5/5): Excellent location but very noisy - Really good location and friendly staff. There is a disco pub open all night across the street so rooms 101-102-103 are very noisy. People gather on the street all night, particularly at closing time (7 am).
• Zsoltika (8/5): Nice small hotel, very centrally located. - Comfortable room in the very heart of the town. Nice view on the river and the mountains. The personnel is friendly. Getting there by car is a bit complicated and there is no free parking.

• Gerald (7/5): Great hotel but stay marred by smell. - Friendly welcome to this wonderful hotel in the middle of the town which is close to everything but also very quiet. The Pizzeria downstairs produced good food and the room was quiet and newly fitted out with a well designed bathroom. The whole ambience was comfortable and welcoming There was a dreadful smell in the room. I opened the windows and ran water into the traps in the shower and sink and went out thinking it would be OK. Better on my return but after a little while with windows closed and ready for bed the smell was unbearable. Decided it was too late for me to ask for a change of room. Staff must have known because only then did I notice a very large air-freshener in the corner of the room - it didn't work! Such a shame as it is a wonderful hotel.
