• Muhd Saiful Adib (5/5): Cheap rate - Cheap rate and access downstairs to mini food court Unhygienic surroundings etc unknown red substance on blanket, the carpet looks like they never clean it. These need to be improved so that more guests feel welcoming
• Vanessa (4/5): 5.5/10 - The room size is large, it's perfect for family. The accommodation was very basic, there were stains on my bedsheet and comforter. The walkway and the room was also kinda smelly. I suggest the owner to remove all the carpets.

For 3day i stay only 2 times give the mineral i need to first the second time. Its long time the staff arrive also not friendly the reception. Not have room service also to clean everyday in the room

• NURUL WAZNAH (5/5): Okay for short stay but beware of the cleanliness of the room - The unit appears to be an older room that has been refurbished. While the furniture and carpet are still quite old, the room itself was big and spacious, which was okay for a family stay. We discovered glass shards at the corner of the room. As I was staying with my four children, two of them were sleeping on the floor using their own sleeping bags. While preparing for them to sleep, one of my children accidentally cut his hand. Upon checking, we noticed there were quite a lot of glass shards hidden under the carpet at the corner of the room. I immediately called the reception to request a room cleaning service. Unfortunately, the housekeeping team had already left for the day, and there were also no other rooms available that night. We were left with no choice but to borrow a vacuum cleaner and clean the room ourselves. This is a serious safety issue, especially for families with children. Management, please take note and ensure thorough cleaning and safety checks to prevent this from happening to other guests.

• RoyIsMe (4/5): Low pricing has its reason as mentioned. - air-conditioning was the only thing that was great. - No socket near beds. - There was a Tv but no channels, - room was gloom, poor lightings, - There was no refrigerator, - Receptionist had good response with inquiries, but housekeeper didn't knock and suddenly barged in to give our requested items, - Chair was broken when first sat on, - Lack of soundproofing walls, easily interupted with noise from neighboring rooms. - No room service options.

• Wardah (3/5): Need a lot of improvement - Good location and excellent wifi. Poor cleanliness in the bath tub and the sink had bits of food waste. It seemed like the room was not properly cleaned after the previous guests checked out. The air-conditioning temperature was not cool at all. I don't mind that there's only one channel on the TV however, the tv cable was somehow loose so the screen was blur the whole time and making a buzzing sound. The room literally had only 3 sockets, 2 behind the TV and 1 at the most hazardous location because the socket was installed exactly close to the sink faucet. It's totally unsafe. This needs immediate intervention.
• Hma (5/5): Passable - Cheap price. Great and safe location. Restaurants downstairs with Auntie Anne's and Tealive that closes at 10pm. Great wifi services. Lack of hygiene. No extra mattresses. No fridge to store cold food/drinks. TV have no signals. Front desk hardly answer the phone.

• Edna (5/5): One Night Stay in a Family Room - Economical pricing. Spacious room size. The hotel has a nice foodcourt that serves variety of dishes, desserts and drinks. It is situated across from a Roasted Sip (Coffee Shop), and a tiny, local convenience shop in the adjacent building. No lift / elevator - stairs only; May not be convenient for the elderly / wheelchair access. Worn out look of the room, furniture, bedding & bathroom - which made it look less clean. No mini fridge provided in the room.
