- Daniel (1/5): Ein Horror Trip! - Überhaupt nichts! Der Zustand des Inventars ist alt, die Hygiene ist miserabel, die ganze Wohnung stinkt und ist versüfft! Ich habe mich sehr geekelt! Das ist eine Zumutumg und gehört verboten!

Billig ist definitiv nicht Preiswert 🤷♀️ Matratze hat (uralte) Flecken, Schimmelflecken in jeder Ecke, Rollo nicht nutzbar/vorhanden, Gardinen an die Wand genagelt ... usw. Mikrowelle und Ofen haben auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen ...

- Astrid (8/5): Sehr gemütliche Dachwohnung - Die Wohnung hat das Flair einer rustikalen Dachwohnung. Es gibt einen Backofen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und einen Balcon. Fast alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Es ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung schön warm. Einfach gemütlich! Na ja, .. ich habe erstmal eine halbe Stunde geputzt bevor ich richtig eingezogen bin. Dann fehlten mir Deckel zu den Töpfen und eine Schüssel um Teig herzustellen. Habe dann einen der Töpfe genommen. Als Deckel habe ich große Teller umfunktioniert.

- Udo (1/5): Wohnung war/ist in einem unzumutbaren Zustand, wir sind vorzeitig abgereist (besser geflüchtet) - Das Haus liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Einfamliensiedlung. Im Stenogramm: untere Etage des Hauses ist bewohnt, aber verwahrlost. Die Wohnung 1.Etage selbst: Küche verdreckt,Küchengeräte teilweise verschimmelt, aus hygienischen Gründen nicht nutzbar, andere Räume waren vor Übergabe nicht endgereinigt, Frische der bereitgestellten Handtücher fragwürdig, Küchenhandtuch war verdreckt. Fernseher nicht funktionstüchtig; Elektroinstallation teilweise nicht fachgerecht/sicherheitsbedenklich. Geborstene Möbelglasscheibe im Bad, ungereinigtes Waschbecken. Sehr dreckige Fenster/Gardinen, die teilweise mit Nägeln befestigt sind u.v.m.
