• Beka (10/5): - Appartment was clean and cozy. Comfortable and cute. Location was perfect. One day and you will understand the ways and routes. Good and lovely people and really attentive. Thanks to Carlos and Valentina. If I come back in Rome there is no chance I stay at another place.
• Silvija (9/5): Loved the location. - We loved the location - it is a neighbourhood full of locals, with many different shops everywhere. Very convinient, even though it's not the strict city center it is well connected - there is a bus station just around the corner and a metro station a few-minute walk away. The host was exceptional - extremely responsive and nice. The shower. It's was really problematic (leaking and water drainage problems at the same time). But the owner is working on that and it should be replaced soon.

Right under the window bus stop, 250 meters from the house metro. 100 meters supermarket Penny, 200 meters supermarket Conad. To the center on the subway from 4 to 8 stops. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood. We liked everything very much! Thank you very much Valentina!

• Suzanne (10/5): We loved our 5 nights at the apartment and strongly recommend it. - We loved the cleanliness, comfort and decor of the apartment. Two balconies, one overlooking the street and other the internal courtyard were charming. Valentine was very easy to communicate with and the check in videos made the check in process very easy. The area is great, with a good supermarket a few doors away and lots of good restaurants close by. We enjoy walking and found the Appian Antica and the Colosseum with in easy walking distance. The metro is also close by. Rome is so much fun and I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment. Nothing not to like

• Danilo (10/5): Clean and pleasant place. - The apartment is great, in an old building (I’d estimate it was built sometime between the 1930s and 1950s), but renovated, 70s style lamps and sofa, with high ceilings, retro outlets and switches, and an old retro elevator. It has an excellent layout, with one room (the living room) facing the street, and the other facing a quiet courtyard with a small fountain with fish. The location is excellent, close to the A metro line that takes you to the city center, and near markets, cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. It’s a quiet and safe part of the city. The shower cabin is really small, but that won’t actually matter to you.
• Roumen (8/5): Good value appartment clise to subway - Clean apartment in a good neighborhood. Close to subway, coffee shop and grocery store. Good value relative to other offers at the time. The only downside is the extremely small shower - 2 feet by 2 feet. We are young, healthy and flexible but still taking a shower required some interesting poses and stretches.
• Ann-kristin (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was amazing regarding restaurants, bars and the metro station. Valentina was very helpful during our check in (since we had quite some delay). We had a small issue with the bathroom and she solved it very fast. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. The only downside is the extremly small shower, but we've known that before our booking so it was expected. We really liked the neighbourhood and the apartment building. It felt very safe and welcoming. Everything was great!
• Iancu (9/5): Wonderful holiday! - The apartment is in a clean, safe building, located in a quiet area. (Italian style, with inner courtyard). I leave you some pictures.. The apartament is equipped and the kind hosts helped us with useful information. :) Thank you Valentina! The shower is really a bit uncomfortable, but it can be overcome.(They would not have had another option). !! A big problem that has nothing to do with the host or the apartment: pickpockets!! (if you are going to use public transport, you must be very careful)

• Dejan (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment in quite neighborhood. Good connection to the city centre.
• Annie (9/5): Spacious and well situated apartment in the city - Spacious apartment with closed bedroom on the 3rd floor of a charming older building with a courtyard. Lots of cupboard space. Comfortable bed. Well situated and near the metro, grocery store and to most of the main attractions. We didn't need to use the A/C. Fair bit of street noise during the day, but quieted down at night time. Shower stall was quite small. Not a big deal, but the kitchen chairs were not comfortable.

• Morphix (7/5): Great quiet location! - Location is pretty good - very quiet area, near to Bus and Metro. Very spacious rooms (except bathroom). Host (Valentina) is friendly and swiftly answered to anything. Bathroom is super small, the smallest shower I've have ever seen. One TV was broken, the other was a bit too small. For Netflix you need you own subscription.

• Kinga (10/5): It was amazing. - The apartment is lovely with comfortable beds. It's really easy to get to the city center. A bus stop and a metro station are nearby. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment when you're visiting Rome. The only tiny downside is the size of the shower - it's a bit small.
• Dacewicz (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and cozy apartment with full equipment in each room, you can rest in living room after long day and sleep well in bedroom :) two balconies give you a little relax with morning coffee :) really good location, 5 min by walk to underground station, to the centre about 20-30 min. There’re groceries and restaurants close to the apartment. Owner really helpful and friendly :) one little drawback - small shower, but enough for quick freshen up :) Good value for money :) strongly recommend this place! Small shower

• Adrienn (10/5): Wonderful apartment near the city centre - The apartment is well located, a short walk to two metro stations and there is a bus stop towards the centre right under the window of the flat. The neighborhood is nice, with grocery stores and restaurants. The host was really helpful and communication was smooth. We could even leave our luggage at the apartment on the last day until our departure in the late afternoon. There are two nicely furnished rooms with separate entrances from the hallway, plus a small but well equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. The sofa bed in one of the rooms opens into a surprisingly comfy and wide double bed. The other room has a double bed as well. Both rooms have a balcony. There was everything we needed in the kitchen, even coffee and sugar which was a real treat. The only difficulty we had was that the shower cabin was a bit too small, it was hardly big enough for a normal size grown-up. But everything else was simply perfetto.
• Mykola (10/5): The Best in Roma - So glad we've booked this flat!! The flat is Much bigger and better than you see it on the pictures!! Fantastic place, 2 minutes walk to metro/subway, if you are lazy!! Perfect location - Walking distance to Colloseum, and any other attractions! Air-conditioning in every room, perfect fully equipped kitchen (we never cooked, but it all there for you), bathroom, washing machine, and incredibly comfortable beds!! Definitely recommended again and again! Thank you Valentina 💕
