Veľmi slabo vybavená spoločná kuchyňa pre viacere apartmány. Nesedel popis vybavenia - chýbala napr. mikrovlnná rúra a pod.. V apartmáne veľmi malá skriňa, vhodná na odloženie pár vecí. V sprche tiekla studená voda. A celkovo neodporúčame pobyt v danom zariadení. Bol aj celkom problém s čistotou.

Abbiamo pranzato al mercato trionfale e la gelateria Manny's all angolo è deliziosa, d non perdere gelato o granita incredibili. Fermate metro e bus vicinissime ottimo pEr raggiungere tutte le attrazioni di Roma . La casa non ha parcheggio ma si può lasciare a pagamento al parcheggio del mercato trionfale giusto di fronte. La colazione inclusa si fa al bar li vicino con cappuccio e cornetto. I voucher per la colazione un po' più chiari. Invece di un fogliettino blu con numero. Magari la scritta del bar con indirizzo. • Vasiliki (8/5): 3 nights in Rome - Location was perfect. It is outside Vatican city!! Easy to reach the appartment, nearby bus and metro station. Breakfast was served at "Novecentotredici", just a coffee and a croissant, nothing else. Huge room, quiet and bright in the morning and very clean indeed!! The bathroom window was sealed, so we couldn't ventilate it. Every time we wanted to use hot water in the bathroom, had to wait about 4 or 5 minutes for hot water to come!!!

Ho avuto un problema con l'acqua calda della doccia ma la proprietaria mi ha detto come fare per risolvere. aria condizionata rumorosa, abbiamo risolto spegnendola prima di dormire. La cosa che credo sia urgentemente da migliorare è il fatto che quando gli occupanti delle altre 2 stanze suonano dall'ingresso si sente troppo.

• GEORGE KYRITSIS (1/5): - !!!BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU WILL STAY!!! I made a mistake to book the flat without reading all the reviews. ( recurring complaints exists). The land lady has an enormous way to rip of her clients. -Starting with the Breakfast,  on the booking is mentioned "free breakfast" . Actually you pay for breakfast that you never get.... Breakfast is at a near coffee shop that offers you a croissant and a coffee,  if you are lucky, as I visit it with my family and was no croissant left.  -Hot water at the bathroom works if you operate basins hot water at the same time. It's a good enigma if you have time to solve it. -Bathroom's window is not working, you cannot open it.  -The tiny (under bench) fridge must serve 3 different rooms,  that means 8 people approximately. The area is very noisy.
• Ivette (9/5): Comodo - La camera bella e pulita un bagno spazioso e con la doccia attrezzata a colonna idromassaggio. Ho avuto un dubbio sulla descrizione della struttura ma la host si è mostrata disponibile a chiarimenti. Posizione comoda a pochi minuti dal vaticano. Parcheggio gratis in strada sabato e domenica, per gli altri giorni c’è parcheggio di fronte o il tachimetro. La camera non è insonorizzata quindi i rumori dentro la struttura si sentono, inoltre il fatto che per entrare nel palazzo si debba suonare il campanello fa si che quando altri ospiti rientrano si senta chiaramente il citofono. La chiusura delle porte è un pochino difficoltosa tra codici e chiavi, ma più per i meccanismi di chiusura, ci vuole un attimo di pazienza.

• ALINA MARIA (7/5): - Overall, the stay was relatively okay. Good location, close to the metro and the Vatican. Please do not deny these observations. They were also made by previous guests and the issues still haven’t been resolved. • The room is on the main street, so there’s a lot of noise. • At night, people ring the outside intercom, which is disturbing. • The entrance light is sensor-based and cannot be controlled manually. • Access to the room is difficult; it’s basically an attic. • The common area looks like a storage closet, with no table to sit down and have a snack. • Very unpleasant that the bathroom has no ventilation, the sink leaks, and the hot water only works sometimes — in fact, you often need to open another tap (sink or bidet) at the same time to get hot water. Guests come to relax, not to figure out “combinations” just to make the water run properly. • It makes no sense that the room windows can be opened wide, while the bathroom window is blocked and cannot be opened. • Sheets and towels are washed (probably in the machine placed in the common area), but they are worn out and darkened with time. • Breakfast at the nearby 930café: a croissant and coffee or tea — acceptable. Some of these cons were easier to overlook simply because Rome itself is such a wonder. We only used the space to sleep 😀

La gentilezza e le informazioni date prima dell'arrivo Quando abbiamo prenotato non era specificato che il letto matrimoniale ed il divano letto erano in un'unica stanza aperta. Dalle foto sembravano due stanze diverse. Noi eravamo quattro ( io ,mio marito,mio figlio ed un suo amico) quindi dormire tutti insieme è stato un pochino imbarazzante. Consiglierei di munire la camera di uno o due paravento. Nel nostro caso sarebbero stato perfetto
• Eva (4/5): Would recommend to Airb&b lovers only. - We liked the location, near the Vatican city. There were quite a few things that we did not like at all. It is stated on the booking.com sites that this place is Pension, which to me leads to a place with a reception, which was one of the reasons I picked this place. Well it is an Airb&b. Also there is a note about a terace, there is none, not in the whole building, I picked this place due to the fact that it has an outdoor space as we travelled with dogs. The fact, that this place has a private parking is a total lie, there is a garage right in front of the house, but it is very costly, 25 EUR per day. So parking was extra 75EUR for us. I cannot even imagine to travel with someone in a wheelchair, as the elevator entrance was so small that even me (55kg) could hardly enter the elevator, with a trolly for dogs...almost imposible. SO a Huge disappointment, and also quite a few lies in the booking text. This should be stated clearly, that this place is a shared room in an apartment with no outside space. One of the beds was sagged and very uncomfotable. The place where you get your "perfect breakfast" is 500 meters away and it is one caffee and one pieace of something...the staff at the caffee was not top either. If I would have been informed from the begging I would not be complaining, but due to fact that there are lies about this place, I am very disgusted.

• Marlene Valle (5/5): There are better options in the area - The bed and pillows were comfortable. We booked this place for four people because the photos on Booking.com seemed to show two double beds in separate rooms. However, upon arrival, we found that both beds were in the same room, separated by just over a meter, which was not comfortable for four adults. Adding to the lack of privacy: The bathroom door could not be locked -The kitchen was available, but the fridge was full (we don’t know if it belonged to another guest or the owner), so we couldn’t store our own items. -The kettle didn’t work - There was no iron available (we asked to the lady cleaning the rooms) Because of these issues, two of us ended up booking another room, which was cheaper and much better equipped. The owner stated that the booking was my responsibility, which is true, and that I was trying to take trick her, but the reality was that listing photos were misleading and gave the impression of two separate rooms. I ended up paying more for my overall vacation in Rome because I payed this accommodation for 4 people plus the new hotel for two of us. Overall, for the same price, there are better options in the area with more amenities and without these inconveniences.

• Carolina (9/5): A home near the Vatican! - Anna was extremely helpful and friendly. She was always one message away. The last night she even gave un a present! Anna’s assistant was very kind too. The beds were comfortable, the place was very clean and the location excellent. The lift was a bit small and the first day we had a problem with the hot water but Anna helped us.
• Young (10/5): - The host was friendly and let us drop off our bags so we could go to the Vatican. The Varican was within walking distance. The metro was also within walking distance. The breakfast was great. One day, we went to a close café which was really good. It's was closed on Sunday, so the host dropped of pastries and drinks. Both were very good. The room was a good size. No complaints.

Peccato per il condizionatore rumoroso. - Gentilezza e cordialità, il check in é stato fatto in autonomia, ma siamo stati sempre in contatto su what's app, a ogni domanda abbiamo sempre avuto una risposta veloce. L'unica pecca di Roma é il caldo, il condizionatore c'é ma fa davvero tanto rumore e in una zona tranquilla dove si potrebbe dormire tranquillamente non si riesce, o per il caldo o per il condizionatore che fa troppo rumore, per questo voto 5, ma credo che sia una miglioria che si possa fare, per il resto tutto perfetto.

• Federica (9/5): Ottima sistemazione vicino a San Pietro - Facilità di accesso con le indicazioni lasciate dell'host e possibilità di arrivare anche in fasce orarie diverse da quelle del check in. b&b al terzo piano ma dotato di ascensore. Stanza grande e pulita, con condizionatore. il letto comodissimo, bagno dotato di phon, doccia ampia. Location vicinissima a San Pietro. La colazione è presso un bar sotto il b&b, di per sé non è un problema, anzi è molto gradito cappuccino e cornetto, ma la mattina il bar ha avuto un problema all'impianto elettrico e non poteva fare niente di caldo. Sarebbe stato carino, avendo la convenzione con il b&b, che almeno un paio di paste fossero presenti per gli ospiti del b&b.... magari prese da uno dei forni presenti in zona. Noi abbiamo rimediato con un pezzo di crostata e un succo, ma volevamo lasciare questo suggerimento se potrà essere utile per altre situazioni future

• Giulia (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato a a Vatican Eco Suite dopo aver assistito a un concerto allo Stadio Olimpico. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la location - antistante l'ingresso del Mercato Trionfale (per una pausa pranzo veloce e autentica) e a pochi passi dal Vaticano. Ci ha consentito anche di raggiungere lo Stadio Olimpico a piedi in meno di 30 minuti, una grossa comodità data la carenza dei trasporti pubblici. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e, a fronte di qualche problema con la nostra stanza e con la colazione, ha fatto in modo di rimediare e farci sentire accolti. La manutenzione della nostra stanza non era impeccabile. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema durante il soggiorno - la tavoletta del water era mancante (eravamo stati avvisati del guasto al nostro arrivo) e il lampadario della stanza era fulminato.

• Paolo (10/5): Soggiorno confortevole vicino al Vaticano - Gentilezza della proprietaria, pulizia, confort, parcheggio al coperto (20 euro intera giornata) molto conveniente, considerata la centralità del posto. Molto graditi anche il cornetto e il cappuccino offerti in un bar adiacente al palazzo. Da consigliare!

• Rosanna (8/5): Ottima posizione - Ho trascorso una notte ma devo dire che la posizione è davvero ottima, proprio ad un passo dai Musei Vaticani, negozi, e proprio difronte, un mercatino dove acquistare tante cose alimentari e non. La colazione era buona ma la fai nel bar sotto casa. Abbiamo fatto un self check-in spiegato molto bene attraverso un messaggio dettagliato. Camera comoda e pulita, host molto disponibile. Camera comoda , ma io personalmente avrei preferito trovare dei comfort che avrebbero migliorato la qualità della struttura

• Mindaugas (10/5): Puiki patirtis Romoje - Malonųs, paslaugųs šeimininkai! Buvo švaru, šviesu. gera lokacija šalia Vatikano, 15min iki metro pėščiomis, o iš ten į visas lankomas vietas. Šalia yra mokama požeminė stovėjimo aikštelė. Vonioje leido kriauklės vamzdis, teko valyti spintelę ir grindis išsivalius dantis :)

Mobili un po macchiati se pur nuovi. Tavoletta del bagno sganciata. Il condizionatore ha un serbatoietto che va svuotato

• Wiebke (4/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Fußläufig 5 Minuten zu den Vatikanmuseen. Gegenüber große Markthalle. Wir haben dort die Möglichkeit genutzt Wäsche zu waschen und auf dem Dach aufzuhängen. Wir sind als Familie vier Wochen durch Italien gereist. Wir hatten ein Babybett dazu gebucht, was nicht zur Ankunft aufgebaut war. Begründung der Vermieterin war: ich hätte sie ja nochmal zwei Tage vorher daran erinnern sollen. Im Allgemeinen geben die Bilder der Unterkunft nicht die realen Bedingungen wieder. Die Küche ist mehr eine Ablagestelle für die Utensilien der Reinigungskraft. Dort werden täglich die Handtücher und Bettwäsche der Gäste gewaschen und dort lagern auch die Handtücher und Bettlaken. Die Haustür sollte über ein Zahlenschloss geöffnet werden. Das funktionierte am Anfang nicht und über die gesamte Zeit wurde es auch nicht repariert. Andere Gäste haben uns dann über den Schlüssel als weitere Zugangsmöglichkeit informiert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr laut Tags wie nachts, auch weil gegenüber die Markthalle ist und auf der Straße früh morgens Ware angeliefert wird. Der Küchenbereich wird Videoüberwacht. Ich habe mich daher sehr unwohl dort gefühlt. Im Bad findet man nicht eine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen. Ein paar Haken an den Wänden könnten hier nicht schaden.

Gentilissime la proprietaria e la signora del bar che ha servito un buon cornetto e cappuccino. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Ritornerò con piacere!
• Marie (4/5): Trop bruyant - mal dormi - Le lieu est très bruyant, en bas de la chambre des camions chargent et déchargent en plein milieu de la nuit. Les serrures automatiques font énormément de bruit, chaque fois que quelqu’un rentre dans l appartement qui comporte plusieurs chambres. On est réveillé tout le temps.
