• JORGE H RAMOS (9/5): Hermoso destino campestre - Las instalaciones en general, las casas y alojamiento, super bonito La distancia de la cocina principal del resto de las casas,hace lento y demorado a veces el servicio, además que cobran adicional el "room service". La piscinas por lo menos vimos dos, no tienen acceso fácil a personas de difícil movilidad, no hay escaleras, dificultando su uso.

• Ronald (5/5): - Era lindo el hotel, buen diseño y las instalaciones agradables No había agua para la venta. Solo ofrecían en garrafon y aveces no había en el garrafon tampoco. En el restaurante solo ofrecían un menú diario y había que acomodarse. El desayuno estaba incluido y era hasta las 10 am, pero uno de los días lo cerraron, dijeron que era hasta las 9:30 y solo nos ofrecieron huevos.

La asesora Jessica nos pareció algo grosera, nos daban precios que en la carta estaban diferentes, hubo uno de los jacuzzys que nunca calentó, el servicio del restaurante se demoró y cuando llegamos desayunar eran las 9:30 y nos dijeron que ya no había nada. Anteriormente nos habíamos quedado allí y nos encantaba pero desafortunadamente creo que la experiencia se dañó por completo. Solo puedo destacar a Johana.

• CRISTINA (10/5): Me gustó mucho el lugar, muy tranquilo, un momento para relajarse y descansar. La ubicación está perfecto porque te qued - Qué es muy tranquilo La carta de comidas, es muy escaso.
• Nicolas (9/5): Very quiet place, ideal for birds lovers - The place is very nice and quiet, surrounded by many birds and nature. It's perfect for resting. It is a set of several large houses, each with a different architecture. The staff is very friendly and they allowed us to stay at the hotel after check out, while it was time to return to our city. The room was quite simple. It lacks a closet to hang clothes properly, and it's a little dark if you don't open the windows. It does not have a refrigerator, but in each house, there is a kitchen available for all rooms. The only drawback was because we were visiting for an athletic race, and they did not properly plan breakfast for all the runners who arrived at the end of the schedule. They could plan better and extend the schedule instead of starting earlier.
• Baldonick (6/5): Beautiful place but horrible experience - Beautiful property with beautiful grounds with fruit trees and flowers and birds. The location is very good and very quiet. Been to this property about 5-6 times and this was the worst room that I have ever had. It seems like since it was booked thru booking,they gave me the worst room. The room was very small compared to previous reservations. The hot water was not working and after 45 minutes of fiddling, the hot water worked sporadically. At check-in when I found out that we had Rosario house, I requested the Alboreda house and was lied that it fully booked. During breakfast at alboreda , was told that only 1 room was being used, they have over 4 rooms in that house. In addition, I asked for the jacuzzi in the house and they tried to start it and it never worked during the 16 hours that we stayed. To top it off, at 7am this morning kids started screaming and running with 2 dogs. Horrible experience and service.

The farm has over a 100 different kinds. - Beautiful and peaceful hotel Breakfast was included but we went there one early morning ( we were 8 people) and most of the traditional breads and fruit were gone. I guess they need to calculate better for all the guests.

• Elizabeth (7/5): The hotel is really, really beautiful, but the hot water and the shoetage of staff made it a bit awkward. - It is a beautiful farm with big, beautiful and comfortable rooms. The buildings are extraordinary the decorations are really out of this world. Breakfast was plentiful and well prepared. The hot water system was deficient. Even though the staff was wonderful, it was very understaffed. The kitchen, understaffed, was not prepared to host for meals that wasn’t breakfast.

Recomendamos una mejor estrategia en el Bufet de desayuno para tenerlo siempre con buena temperatura y fresco en toda la franja. El último día fuimos a las 9:30 y ya todo estaba recogido, no pudimos desayunar.

Totul este situat într-o grădină plantată cu cele mai frumoase plante ornamentale, arbori și arbuști, precum și cu peste 160 de specii de pomi tropicali care produc fructe deosebite tot timpul anului. Nu au fost elemente care nu mi-au plăcut. As fi preferat totusi ca la micul dejun dlsi la restaurant să fie servite mai multe fructe si sucuri din fructe preparate din grădina locației, care are peste 160 de specii de pomi.

• Marianne (10/5): Quality! Why go anywhere else in Armenia. - A quality place, quiet, comfortable with an emphasis on service. Got to see birds. The restaurant was flexible and the food good. A/c worked well and was quiet. Reception (Larry) was great. Loved the grounds. No hairdryer in the room. Bathroom floor when wet is slippery; it would be good to have a mat. Amend the description on booking.com as the things offered (living room, kitchen) are part of the facilities and not n the room itself.
