- Regonesi (1/5): fraud - Nothing positive. The owner was grumpy and made fun of my English. He tried to sell me a shared room when I'd paid for a single. I had to argue and insist on getting a single. While I was paying the deposit, he stole 15 Hong Kong dollars from me. The room was not at all as described in the photos or as shown in the photographs on the website. The cleaning was also not good the room was dirty. There wasn't even toilet paper in the bathroom. The check-in and checkout times are absurd, you have to wait until 7:00 in the afternoon and were kicked out of the room at 9:00 in the morning. To sum up, the owner is very rude, the rooms are dirty, nothing is as shown on the website and they try to rip you off.

When I raised my concerns about the room's condition and the bathroom fee, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. Their apathy only added to my frustration and disappointment. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value cleanliness, basic amenities, and good customer service. There are plenty of other options available that offer better value for your money."

- Kevin (1/5): This property is nothing like the photos represent. Keep away. This place is a scam. - Location is good. Staff was friendly. The room was horrible. The elevator has a 20 minute wait. Nothing appealing about this place at all. I feel like I got conned and ripped off. The photos of the property are not what the property is. I booked on the photos alone. Booking.com should remove this property on willful intent to mislead. Never again.
