• Pia (9/5): Superb - The view was amazing and the area was quiet and private which suited us. Plenty of room on rhe terrace/balcony for storing our bicycles. Our hosts answered immediately to our questions and got us maintenance even on Xmas day! Some small insects in rhe kirchen were unpleasent.
• Traveller (9/5): Beautiful and well equipped - Beautiful house in a very quiet location. Inside it has lots of modern amenities, is spacious and clean. Fantastic view from the balcony. The hosts are friendly and very professional. Location is a little out the way (but worth it for peacefulness!)

• Lakshmi (10/5): Fantastic stay. - We came to property around 09:45PM, house owner was waiting for us to handover the keys. He explained all the facilities inside home and activities to do around, which helped us a lot to plan even better. We travelled with 2 kids, as it was late they provided dinner as well for us. Home is pretty clean like 5 star hotel and very spacious. Really recommend this property. Definitely we shall come to this property again!

• Paulius (10/5): Lucky find: well-equipped, quiet apartments with stunning terrace - Consider yourself lucky if you get the chance to stay in these apartments. The owners have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere, from the warm greeting to the well-thought-out furnishings. Despite the complex not being brand new, its location is incredibly convenient, quiet, and safe. Plus, there's a secure parking lot, ensuring parking is never a hassle. Inside the apartments, you'll find cleanliness and order, with ample space for comfortable living. Everything you need is provided, from towels to a dishwasher, various kitchen utensils, and household appliances. The apartment also boasts a working air conditioner, a large TV, and an ironing system. The standout feature, however, was the spacious and beautifully landscaped terrace with a breathtaking view of the surroundings. This terrace, along with a private rooftop balcony, became our favorite spots, equipped with dining tables, chairs, and even a small fountain. The southern orientation ensures warmth and sunlight, making it perfect for winter sun-seekers. Privacy was a highlight, both inside the apartment and on the terrace, shielding us from any disturbances from neighbors. While there's a faint hum from nearby streets, it's not bothersome, and most importantly, there's no noise from neighbors or parties. A big thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay. If we return to Gran Canaria, there's no doubt we'll choose this apartment again.

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - This is a perfect house for a family stay! Everything is meticulously clean and well looked after. The location is perfect, pool area is nice and quiet, parking is secure and the views are lovely. Would highly recommend this place!
• Alison (10/5): The perfect space to relax - Armando the host was incredibly friendly and communicated with us in advance. He met us on arrival as arranged and showed us round, and even dropped us to a hotel for breakfast on the day we were leaving. Although we didn't need anything while we were there, we felt confident that he would help if needed. The accommodation was lovely - beautiful views of the sunset from the little garden / terrace, and from the additional rooftop terrace. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. The shared pool was about 20 meters from the accommodation, and although the water was cold we still swam several times (it was late January). We weren't so keen on Maspalomas as a destination - it's much bigger and more sprawling than expected, and we ended up taking taxis to get around. Some information at the accommodation about good places to eat within walking distance would have been helpful. The best local restaurants are very popular so you do need to book in advance! We really liked Abrasa, but we couldn't get a reservation at some other places.

• Beat (9/5): Convenient and spotless apartment, very good option for seeing the South of Gran Canaria. - Modern apartment, part of a fairly large compound of similar apartments in a quiet area of Maspalomas. On a gated private drive, needed key fob from owner to enter the drive. This apartment is rather compact but has a friendly, fresh feel and offers all the essentials you really need. The style of the apartment is modern and functional, internet access worked really well. The overall quality of equipment is good, clearly better than what you see in many other places in such heavily touristy areas. The apartment was well cleaned and enjoyable. We found it easy to access the various attractions places in the South from the apartment. Overall I believe this is a very good choice, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place as a good option for exploring the South of Gran Canaria. We found the need to pay 100 EUR deposit somewhat frustrating, but this seems to result from bad experiences with reckless guests who damage the place. We interpreted this as the flip side of living in such a touristy location. The kitchen could have been a bit more generously equipped. Having just four table knives for four people works but felt a bit pedantic. Lack of cleaning tools (dish cleaning tools, kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent) also was less than ideal. Overall the place felt a bit small-ish but we probably were spoilt after living in a very generous apartment in Las Palmas.
• Ian (10/5): Superb - Superb, secure and well equipped property, with all the home comforts. Lovely garden patio and sun roof with a range of seating and a nearby shared pool and sun deck. Our hosts, Fran and Armando, were friendly and helpful; often going out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay. The given address was very difficult to find for our taxi driver from the airport; for subsequent taxi journeys we used the SunPrime hotel as a reference point.
• Koen (9/5): Spacious private home, fully equipped, highly recommended! - The hosts were awaiting us upon arrival and showed us around (speaking perfect English/German/French/Spanish). The house is spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen just like at home. It has a large terrace with a garden and even a rooftop terrace. The interior was very clean, and the living room and one sleeping room were equipped with air conditioning. The Spar supermarket and the closest bus stop are about 5 minutes away. A taxi stand is in front of a hotel, about 3 minutes away. The Yumbo shopping centre is a 12-15 minute walk. There is enough space to park your car (protected). Perfect for 2 - 4 persons, wonderful view, quiet residence. It is a private house in a private residence and many neighbours live there permanently – some with their own early morning (house cleaning) routines. No problem for us, but keep that in mind if you plan to sleep the day off (if so, you probably better book a hotel near the Yumbo).

Our host was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Would happily visit there again, thank you for a pleasant stay
