• Jakub (10/5): - Excellent accommodation with great utilities. Sauna, table tennis, gym, etc. were very good for the big group of friends. There were 10 of us, and there was enough space for all of us to sleep well. I´d definitely recommend.

• Tudosie (10/5): Great value for money. - The place is huge and very comfy. It was easy to check in, the host made the communication very easy. The breakfast got dropped off by the driver at the time we’ve requested and it was perfect to get us through the trip back to Yerevan. The surroundings are quiet, but you are a short walk away from restaurants, shops and an atm. Should have stayed more :)

• Ralf (9/5): empfehlenswert 😀 - Sehr gute Ausstattung, Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Es war auch angenehm warm in allen benutzten Räumen. Die Vermieterin hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir haben auch das Zusatzpaket mit der Sauna in Anspruch genommen. Zusätzlich zur Sauna kann man auch noch ein kleines Fitnessstudio nutzen, eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Snooker. Wir waren nur zu zweit dort. Die Unterkunft ist aber für denke ich bis zu sechs Personen super geeignet. nichts

• Evgenii (9/5): - Чисто и все есть для удобства, чайник, микроволновая печь, холодильник, удобная кровать, хозяева всегда на связи Не было горячей воды в одной из ванных комнат, где есть ванна (джакузи), не было завтрака (повар болела). Хозяева пытались решить проблему с горячей водой, но не получилось, в любом случае спасибо им за отзывчивость. Лучше уточнять заранее перед приездом о таких вещах

• blackcatwhitecat (10/5): A memorable stay - The house is very spacious, and the hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. The jacuzzi wouldn't start due to the water heating settings, and they immediately sent someone to help us out. A taxi driver would bring us a warm and delicious breakfast every morning. Inside the kitchen, you have all the possible amenities, and you can even prepare your own meals. We only needed two rooms, but the other 2 bedrooms are available as well. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and we could park our car just in front.
• Nicole (10/5): Riesige Unterkunft mit Billardtisch und Sauna - Die Unterkunft ist riesig, wir waren zu zweit dort und hatten das ganze Anwesen für uns. Für einen Aufpreis bekommt man auch den Zugang zum Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch und dem Wellness-Bereich, was sich sehr lohnt. -
• Mika (9/5): Royale accommodatie - Zeer ruime en royale accommodatie, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles komt exact overeen mrt de foto’s. Een geweldige prijs-kwaliteit verhouding met gratis ontbijt aan de deur geleverd. Eigenlijk was alles prima, maar de afgebeelde extra faciliteiten (behalve de jacuzzi) waren enkel tegen betaling toegankelijk. Dit staat aangegeven maar is wel jammer.

• Aneta (9/5): - Dziękujemy za ciepłe przyjęcie naszej grupy! Komfortowe warunki, duża przestrzeń, bardzo czysto. Do dyspozycji kuchnia bogato wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne. Pani właścicielka zadbała o nasze wyżywienie, zawiozła nas do restauracji że smacznym jedzeniem. Śniadania dostarczano nam o ustalonej porze. Bardzo dobry kontakt i współpraca. Dom jest idealny dla grupy przyjaciół lub dla dużej rodziny. Polecamy! :) Dwa prysznice dla grupy to było troszkę za mało, szczególnie po powrocie z górskich szlaków. Toalety są wystarczające.

The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need and the overall facilities were like a 5 star hotel. The owner was a delightfull person who really made us feel welcome and the check in and check out process was really smooth. We would highly recommend this place You could not find a fault with this stunning home

• Thing (10/5): Exceptional - Very large house with all facilities in near-ideal condition. Easily fits 2-3 families. Large (giant) kitchen fully equipped with everything, including the dishwasher. Very friendly and helpful host. The location is somewhat non-obvious, if you try to navigate with Google maps. However, if we talk about walking, it's in a very convenient place, 5-7 minutes at a slow pace from the city center.
