• SatouLing (10/5): - 地點位置於淺草橋站7分鐘路程，算是非常方便，基本上也很寧靜 這次租的單位在二樓，我們是7人入住 有電梯，非常方便 特筆的是進房間的門鎖是密碼鎖，多人入住非常方便，不用擔心分配誰拿鎖匙的問題，方便分頭行動 和室始終是有點味道，不過開冷氣抽風後就不算很大問題
• Javiera (10/5): - Era muy espacioso, los espacios estaban bien distribuidos y se encuentra a 5 min de estaciones de metro. También alrededor hay locales de comida y souvenirs Los futones era un poco delgados, por lo que quien durmió en el futon junto más de uno para que dormir más blando.
• Jasveer (8/5): - Location in a quiet neighbourhood and proximity to train station, easy to get to from narita airport. Beds were sooo comfortable. Had a washing machine we could wash our family's clothes everyday. Kitchen amenities (microwave, fridge ). Note that you.need to bring your own travel washing line/s and/or use the neighbourhood laundromat to dry your clothes. Not much privacy for the shower area, whilst the shower room had a door, a longer and darker curtain between the shower room and washing machine room would have been ideal to use as a dry area to change and put on clothes after a shower. The toilet has a translucent windows so you can get an indication that someone is using the toilet. The floor layout is a little odd, but okay for short stays.

The bathroom is nice, and there’s a refrigerator. It’s within walking distance of the train station. There was nothing I didn’t like about the house.

• JIHYUN (7/5): 도쿄 아키하바라 근처 이동하기 좋은 숙소(일본 정서 다다미방 포함 가성비 갑 숙소 추천) - [가장 큰 매력] 이 숙소의 가장 큰 매력은 가성비입니다. 지하철역에서 조금 거리가 있지만 걸어서 이동하기 많이 힘들지 않았어요. 가족 여행이라 함께 걸어다니면서 이야기를 나눌 수 있어 좋았고 산책겸 다니니 좋았습니다. 아키하바라 동선에 있는 숙소라 예약했는데 숙소에서 한 구간만 왔다갔다 하니 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 많이 걸어 발이 많이 아픈 상태에서 걸어가기 좀 힘들긴 했습니다. [다른 숙소에 비해 좋은 점] 기억에 남는 서비스 1 숙소 간 이동 시간이 떠서 짐보관 문의 드렸는데 건물 1층에 자물쇠로 잠그고 보관이 가능해서 너무 잘 사용했어요. 첫 번째 숙소에서는 짐 보관료를 1시간당 2만원 받아서 고민했는데 이 서비스 너무 좋았습니다. 일본어를 할 줄 아는 아이가 소통해서 크게 어려움 없이 이용했어요. 기억에 남는 서비스 2 침대방에 있는 히터가 빨리 데워지지 않아서 문의했는데 빠른 응대로 해결할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 가성비가 너무 좋고 호스트의 친절도가 높은 숙소입니다. [위치] 여러 숙소를 이동하게 동선을 잡으신 경우 특히 아키하바라나 오다이바 쪽으로 이동하기 편한 위치라 추천해요. 가까운 곳에 편의점이 있어 간편하게 먹을 것을 사고 물을 사다 먹고 할 때 편리하게 사용했어요. 다른 숙소에 있던 것 중 없는 게 있었어요. 샤워 타월이 없었고 냄비가 없어서 조금 불편했어요. 침대방의 히터가 좀 약해서 첫 날 많이 추웠던 점이 아쉬웠고 실내 전용 슬리퍼가 없었던 점이 아쉬웠어요. 물이 없었던 점도 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 3박 예약이라면 적어도 큰 물 2개 정도는 넣어주셨으면 좋을 것 같다는 생각이 듭니다.

• Anna (7/5): Great location - Walking distance to subway and food stores. Comfortable 2 beds. Floor mats were too thin for several nights sleep for our teens. Kitchen has really small table and not comfortable chairs. Good for a family of 4 or less , but not more.

• Jessica (7/5): Schoon, maar verouderd appartement op een gunstige locatie. - De locatie is 1 van de grootste pluspunten van dit appartement. Daarnaast was het schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien zoals een wasmachine, beperkte kook mogelijkheden. De bedden waren prima, de futons iets te dun. Het appartement is in mijn beleving te krap voor 7 personen. 2 volwassenen en 4 jonge kinderen is al vrij krap en benauwd. Het is erg verouderd, kan echt een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Weinig hangers om.kleding op te hangen. Schoonmaak spullen waren beperkt aanwezig en voor 1 week maar 1 set handdoeken per persoon (natuurlijk kan je die wassen, maar vanwege de beperkte ruimte om was te drogen was dat lastig). Het is heel erg gehorig.
• Selina (8/5): - Check-In und Check-out war sehr einfach. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut! Leider hatte es kaum Zubehör in der Küche.
• Andrew (6/5): Good value and convenient location. Not recommended for groups of more than 4. - It was good value and we selected this area for its location near Sumida River for the Sumidagawa fireworks festival. It was our first time staying in Asakusa and Asakusabashi station was only 6mins walking away which was convenient, there was also coffee, 100 Yen shop, small supermarket and convenience stores very close by. Major tourist attractions were a bit further but within 25 minutes walking, maybe avoid walking in summer! It was quiet and the house was clean. I was disappointed that the pictures of the property gave the perception that the space was much larger than it was in reality, for a family of 6 (3 adults and 3 teens) it was ok for sleeping space with the Tatami room but the kitchen area and cooking space was extremely limited, there were only 4 small seats around a small table so we couldn't eat a meal together. There were very limited cooking utensils compared to other apartments we've rented both in Tokyo and other areas in Japan. There was substantial damage in the bathroom to the lower part of the wall near the bath, a crack that had mold and water damage. Finally, while we are aware that the rubbish and recycling system is complex and requires extra care, this is the first time we've experienced facing additional fees if rubbish isnt sorted exactly and the instructions were somewhat vague. This wasn't clear when we booked.
• HUANG (4/5): 冷氣壞掉 非常熱 - 附近有超市跟超商 冷氣壞掉了，在東京這麼熱的天氣，我們度過了兩晚沒有冷氣的房間，一早就跟民宿反應，但沒有得到很積極的處理跟即時的回覆，隔音不好，可以說是完全沒有隔音
• Catherine (9/5): - Location was good and close to some great eating areas near Asakusabashi station, apartment had pretty much most of what we needed,we appreciated the 2nd room, which was very flexible in how it could be used. It was nice to experience a non hotel place to stay. Although there was a washing machine, there was nowhere to really dry the clothes
• Cheryl (7/5): Overall decent stay. Would book again. - Central location. 10 min walk to subway/trains. 7-11/Family Mart/Laundromat around the corner. Comfortably fits 3 people in the tatami room and 4 people in the 2@double bed room. Stayed in room 202. Bidet was not working. Notified property management but no response. Dining table is too small (fits 4). No hanging rods in the closet to hang some clothing.

The toilet exhaust seems not to work even if the switch is on, the smell from the toilet when someone is using it spreads into the entire apartment. The futon beds are thin and is not comfortable to sleep in. For the hefty price we paid, we should’ve booked a hotel with the same price range
• Clapham (10/5): First class, wonderful property for all your needs. - The property is beautiful. Very clean. Absolutely brilliant location. Away from the hustle and bustle. Nothing. Was exceptional.
• Justin (3/5): Homey place, but had a lot of issues - The living space was very homey and nice and wasn't too crammed for the most part. Part way through our trip the hour water shut off in the apartment and did not come back on at all. This made cleaning ourselves a very miserable time as the water was instead freezing cold and all of us were shivering after showering. Another issue I found with this booking was the fact that there were no clear instructions on what to do with our garbage. The owners left a book with all the info on what to do but the only mention of garbage was the fact that they WANTED us to leave it all in the 2 very small trash cans in the kitchen and that they would dispose of it at the end of our stay. We ran out of room in those cans very quickly and bags of garbage essentially just started pilling up in the kitchen because we were told not to dispose of it initially. I had to contact the booking to figure out what to do with our garbage since there were no clear instructions at all. Probably will not be staying at this property in the future.
