The inside could used a lot of work. - We didn't fully understand that they lay out was so strange 5 floors with a separate room on each floor and the kitchen in the basement with the only full bath on floor 5. The beds were very uncomfortable and the carpet may have been there since the 90zz
• Emily (1/5): Bad - Location, the apartment was run down. Many things were broken. Not family friendly at all. Should have a better description.
• George (3/5): Excellent location, not as represented, needs repairs. Lot of stairs and way over priced. - Only positive was the location was excellent. Close to restaurants, nightlife and the underground (tubes/subway). Not as represented - The pictures and description is very deceiving. The flat is spread over 5 floors with a narrow steep spiral staircase. Basement was in the kitchen with a tiny powder room, main floor was the living room, second floor was a bedroom with a shower (no toilet or sink), the third floor was the second bedroom with a toilet and sink (but no shower), and the fourth floor was a full bathroom with shower, bathtub sink and toilet. If you stay here you will be going up and down the stairs a lot! Internet did not work, ever. The flat was very hot. Several heaters were turned on and the knobs to turn them off were broken.
• Tania (1/5): Very disappointed waste of money with nothing more than a bed to stay in. - It is very hard to think of anything that was good about the property other than location. We have just got home from our stay and can’t believe that a review from April stated there were only 3 mugs at the property and this has not been rectified 2 months later. We booked for 5 people and only 3 mugs in the house also no welcome pack milk etc 😳 we paid over £600 for 1 night stay. We booked the property and expressed to the owner that we had walking difficulties and needed something local to the theatre which it was, But no point did the owner notify us of the house being spread over 5 floors all the stairs to reach each level of the house and the awkward set up. The eldest guest actually slept on the sofa because they could not keep going up and downstairs to the bathroom on different levels, if you are on the living room level you either need to go down 1 level to the toilet or up 2 levels and for the person staying on the first floor bedroom you needed to go down 2 levels to the toilet / brush teeth or up a level and into the other bedroom to use their toilet. Place was stinking, spider dead and squished on the walls, cobwebs and dirt everywhere. Very poor and intermittent internet. The host is earning a lot of money and I think a complimentary welcome pack would’ve went a long way spending a small amount of the profit on milk / Croissants and cereal options would be our advice. And the heating was on full blast and we could not turn it off and also windows did not open . The pictures shown on the add are very deceiving. There is no mention of the house being spread over 5 floors and toilet only on basement level or top floor. On the email it says please contact this number. If you have any problems at all during your stay we had an issue with entering the building with the key code that we had. We sent an email to the contact details and never ever received a response even after getting home.

• Sally (4/5): Brilliant location but facilities need dire improvement. Very poor value for money. - Location Clean linen. Lots of spare linen and loo rolls Extremely Poor facilities. Broken and missing items. eg. only 3 mugs, tv not working, WIFI intermittent, broken blind, lights/lamps not working. Toilet leaked. Airless. Smoke smell. Dirty windows In need of total makeover. Unsuitable for large group (5 adults), or families due to steep stairs and layout. Check in time was 3pm but no keys and no response to message. Cleaner would not let us in until 4pm. Cleaner arrived at 10.30 but checkout was 11.
• Jarrod (7/5): Great location for a group looking to be close to the nightlife and tourist areas but has lots of opportunity. - Central location to shopping and tourist attractions Wi-if worked intermittently, oven did not work but the stove top worked. Fridge did not keep things cold no matter the setting. Freezer worked fine though.
