- Iryna (8/5): Overall, aside from these downsides, the stay was enjoyable. - I really liked the location of the hotel — it’s absolutely perfect. The aria is beautiful and very well maintained, which creates a great overall atmosphere. The rooms are quite standard, though a bit outdated. The food, however, was excellent — very tasty, diverse, and of high quality. The beach is also great, which was a big plus. What I didn’t like: the prices at the bar are extremely high. Also, wine is only available during lunch and dinner in the restaurant and cannot be taken outside. So if you want to enjoy a glass of wine on the beach, you have to buy it at the bar for a very high price. The same goes for tea and coffee — everything is quite expensive. The shows were also disappointing and not of a very high standard.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und passt nicht mehr durchgehend zum Preissegment. Auch die Tatsache, dass für eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer 5 Euro Leihgebühr pro Tag genommen werden, ist unangemessen - das hatten wir noch in keinem Robinson. Zudem hätte ich mir etwas mehr Präsenz des Clubchefs gewünscht,,wie wir es aus anderen Clubs kennen.

- Friederike (8/5): - Schöner Sandstrand, herrlicher Blick auf das Meer, gute Aerobic-Möglichkeiten, tolles und verträgliches Essen. Schöner Kids-Club. Kontinuierlicher Baustellenlärm aus der Umgebung, die Häuser sind vergleichsweise hoch und schlicht gebaut und nicht bewachsen, so dass sie sehr ins Auge fallen. Musik zum Sundowner teilweise etwas aufdringlich und laut. Etwas mehr Chillout wäre schön. Außerdem lautet Musik gleichzeitig aus der Nachbaranlage. Zimmer eher klein und auch etwas schlicht.

Das meine ich ernst, diesen Wein anzubieten ist eine Dreistigkeit!

- Nicole (10/5): Meine Tochter und ich haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Alles ist s - Einfach ALLES! ❤️ Es klingt vielleicht etwas komisch jedoch gab es nichts was ich hätte bemängeln können, Da unser Aufenthalt einfach perfekt war?
- Alexander (9/5): Toller Cluburlaub, gepflegte Anlage und freundliche Leute - Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gross, extrem gut gepflegt und die Zimmer sind auf mehrere Gebäude verteilt. Je nachdem, wo man das Zimmer hat, hat man längere Fusswege zu den zentralen Anlagen oder abends Musikgeräusche. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gut, Gäste wirken fröhlich und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Qualität des Essens ist gut, es wird aber immer Buffet angeboten. Man kann praktisch zu jeder Zeit Tennis spielen, sogar bis 21 Uhr. Leihschläger und Bälle stehen immer zur Verfügung. Da wir nur eine Woche da waren und wir erst Mitte der Woche nach Katamaran Privatstunden fragten, waren alle Lehrer schon ausgebucht. Wir waren hauptsächlich zum Kitesurfen da und nutzten den sehr zuverlässigen stündlichen Kiteshuttle zum Kite Center. Das Kitecenter, das nicht zum Hotel gehört, ist sehr gut organisiert und gepflegt und bietet tägliche downwind Trips zu einer kleinen Insel an. Das Abendunterhaltungsprogramm beinhaltet regelmässige Shows (grösstenteils playback und nicht live), die von Club-Personal veranstaltet werden. Abendessen findet ab 19:30 statt. Wenn man um diese Zeit kommt, muss man sich zumindest im Hauptrestaurant anstellen, um um 19:30 eingelassen zu werden, bevor der regelrechte Ansturm auf die Tische beginnt. Dieses System hat den Vorteil, dass man, wenn man keinen eigenen Tisch ergattert, sich zu anderen Familien setzt und andere kennenlernt. Das haben wir genossen. Allerdings, wenn man später essen will, dann muss man nach Plätzen suchen, die schon von anderen verlassen worden sind, und das Personal bitten, die Plätze, so weit wie möglich, zu säubern. Das war für uns ein Stressfaktor, mit dem wir nicht gerechnet hatten, speziell nicht in einem Hotel in diesem Preisniveau.

- Frank (7/5): Goed hotel, maar niet om te kitesurfen. - Kitesurf met een busje op 10-tal minuten van het hotel. Prijzen om te kitesurfen zijn erg (zelfs zonder lessen en huren , beach use) en personeel daar erg onvriendelijk .

- Vera (7/5): Auf jeden Fall wieder! - War schon das 5. Mal dort. Immer eine Reise wert. Viel Programm im Club wenn man möchte und super Essen mit großer Auswahl. Es könnte ein bisschen sauberer sein. Man muss aber in Ägypten immer leichte Abstriche machen. Ist dort eben immer alles staubig und sandig durch den permanenten Wind. ( Fitnessbereich) Aber im Restaurant und öffentlichen Toiletten top sauber!
