- Vera Elenita (9/5): Fim de semana em Santa Maria - Apartamento espaçoso, com conforto, ar condicionado , ótima localização, com mercado no andar térreo, o q nos facilitou muito. Vitor foi muito atencioso. Enfim tivemos uma ótima estadia nesses dias em q acompanhamos nosso filho no vestibular da UFSM. Gostamos de tudo, mas principalmente do ar condicionado, e do mercado no andar térreo.
- Tillmann (7/5): - Acomodação é confortável. Tem cozinha completa, bem arejado e iluminado. A Localização é ótima. Proprietário responde rápido. Voltaria a locar o apartamento. O apartamento é oferecido para 6 pessoas porém só tem acomodação para 5. A higienização do ambiente é precária, principalmente banheiro e cozinha, quesitos que podem ser facilmente solucionados.
