- Josip (10/5): Vratit cu se ponovo! - Lokacija je perfektna vecinu toga sto Madrid pruza u centru je na 10-15 minuta hoda. Apartman je kao mali stan imas sve. Ludilo je. Plus imas puno restorana okolo i dva tri mala ducana za hranu odmah ispred zgrade.

- soukaina (9/5): - Très bel appartement, idéalement situé dans un emplacement pratique pour visiter Madrid. L’appartement était propre, confortable et bien entretenu. Les propriétaires ont été particulièrement réactifs et à l’écoute, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. En résumé, tout était top ! Petit point d’amélioration : prévoir des pastilles pour le lave-linge et le lave-vaisselle serait un plus.

More comfortable mattress or a larger bed would be nice. But it's still manageable.

- Riky (7/5): מיקום טוב, לופט נחמד - לופט נקי מאוד, משופץ, מארחים תגובתיים ואדיבים, הגיבו מהר, וניסו לפתור בעיות מיד. המיקום על סול ובריו לאס לטראס. היה לי קר, המזגנים לא מספיקים, בעלי הנכס הציעו מיד עם הודעתי להביא מכשיר חימום. לאחר יומיים החלו שיפוצים בדירה סמוכה והבעלים הציעו לי דירה אחרת, שלדבריהם לא שומעת את הרעש, אבל עזבתי. ביקשתי החזר ולא קיבלתי.
- Wee (10/5): - 저는 Cardiologist로 이번 유럽심장학회 참석을 위해 마드리드에 왔었습니다. 5일간 숙박하면서 전체적으로 매우 흡족한 여행이었습니다. 신축 건물로 매우 깔끔하였고, 위치가 정말 좋았는데 마드리드 어느 관광지를 가려고 하던 걸어서 갈만큼 좋은 위치였습니다. 문제는 이런 좋은 위치에서는 시끄럽기 마련인데, 개인적으로는 여행지에서는 귀마개를 끼고 자서 그런지 소음 때문에 깬 적은 없었습니다. 호스트와는 온라인으로 영어로 소통하였는데, 반응도 빠르고 만족스러웠습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 특별히 없었습니다. 다만 아직 건물 공사가 덜 끝나서 그런지 아침 시간에는 공사를 하고 있어 조금의 소음이 있습니다만 어차피 그 시간에 저는 학회에 있던자라 큰 상관은 없었고 오후 시간에는 조용히 방에 있을 수 있었습니다.

It is much smaller and much shorter then we could imagine so sleeping was tricky. I feel even bad putting this comment considering how amazing is the place, but bed size badly needs upgrading…

- Olga (8/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja, mieszkanie ładne po remoncie. Wygodne. Godzina zameldowania to 15 jednak okazało sie ze pani dopiero zaczela sprzątać i weszłyśmy o 16. Pokój byl zle sprzataniety. Musiałyśmy sprzątnąć ponownie . Na szczęście były środki czyszczące i mop. Jedno lozko wygodne. Rozkładana kanapa w fatalnym stanie.

- Wiktor (8/5): Apartament w samym centrum. - Doskonałe położenie - 100m od Sol (punktu centralnego Madrytu, z centralną stacją metra) w nieco mnijszej uliczce, ale pełnej restauracji i sklepów spożywczych. Nowocześnie urządzony i czysty apartament w budynku z portierem i windą. Wygodne łóżko. Hałas: 1) Od ulicy - ale tutaj jest to mieszkanie w ścisłym centrum, więc tak musi być (oddzielna, szklana sypialnia nieco tłumi dźwięki ulicy, ale dla osób śpiących na rozkładanej sofie - jest to niekomfortowe). 2) Od sąsiadów - ale tutaj wiadomo. Tak jest wszędzie gdzie jest jedno mieszkanie podzielone na kilka mniejszych apartamentów na wynajem. 3) Z remontu innego mieszkania na tym samym piętrze. W październiku 2025 - prace remontowe zaczynają się około 8.30 (w zwykle dni). Tutaj, jeśli jest taka sytuacja, powinna być wyraźna informacja w ofercie, że jest remont na tym samym piętrze, w danym okresie, i są możliwe niedogodności. UWAGA - google maps po skopiowaniu adresu prowadzi w złe miejsce (nieco dalej, na leżacy obok tej ulicy, Plac Sta. Anna). Lepiej kierować się restaurację AWKI, która jest bezpośrednio pod apartamentem.

- Tom (9/5): Perfect location. Family of 4 was comfy - Perfect location. Was clean, beds were comfy, place was spacious. Owner let us know the water was being shut off by the building at short notice and let us know it was back earlier than expected, that communication was appreciated. Only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper provided for family of 4. We had to go buy more.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is excellent as the apartment is in the center and everything we needed was a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed our stay both the adults and the baby who had space to play and a suitable bed to sleep.
