Abbiamo chiesto al proprietario di aggiungere un letto in più nella stanza singola e lo ha fatto senza problemi,rendendo più facile la nostra permanenza. L'appartamento, oltre ad essere pulito è arredato anche con molto gusto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
• Beatrix (7/5): It’s alright - The location and the nearby restaurants were pretty good. The host is very helpful and hospitable. The shower is way too small for the average person. One bed is way too uncomfortable because of a springy matress. The other one was way too small.

El apartamento súper limpio, cómodo y tiene de todo para pasar unos días estupendos. Lugi te da una guía,con restaurantes y sitios que ver que no son los típicos.Para nostras ha sido un viaje estupendo y el anfitrión en todo momento pendiente por wasapp.Gracias Lugi volveremos No hay nada que no me gustase

• Thais (10/5): Exceptional - Luigi is a amazing host, he provided all the information that we need in a super nice and friendly way. I highly recommend the place and would come back. Location is a little far from the center but reacheable by bus and metro as the metro station is super close.

• Alice (10/5): Everything was very easy and I would definitely recommend this place - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rome Artist House. The apartment is exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean and maintained. Just 1 flight of stairs, however there is a small elevator if needed which we just used for our luggage. Beds are very comfortable, and there is small fridge and microwave in kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with the typical small European shower, however the water pressure and temperature is the best I’ve encountered in all my travels! Best of all, the apartment is literally 3 minutes away from the bus and tram stops, which, believe me, is much appreciated after a day of walking in Rome - so nice to have such a small walk after getting off the bus late at night. Also lots of eateries well within walking distance, as well as a large pharmacy and open market. The apartment did have the regular unavoidable neighborhood noise which was not a problem when windows were closed, but since I love my fresh air I just used the earplugs I always travel with and I didn’t hear a sound and slept like a log! Luigi is a wonderfully gracious host. We were greeted with some milk, waters and yoghurt in the fridge and a welcome cake - such a lovely touch. From the moment we made the booking he was offering to arrange taxis and answer any and all questions. He provided loads of info on buses, trams, sightseeing etc - he honestly went above and beyond from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again.
• Marzia (10/5): Comfortable apartment in Gianicolo - The apartment was very clean and had lot of place for all of us. It’s an old building with a historical lift. The owner was really helpful and nice, he prepared the apartment paying attention to the details. We loved staying there!

The owner was very helpful and always available for any questions. Very good location. Bus stops just 2-3 minutes away, convenient buses to central Rome and the subway. Pizza place next door, good Italian style restaurant / pizzeria in a walking distance and good open market nearby. N/A
• Albert (10/5): Luigi is the nicest host anyone traveling could only dream of encountering. We ran really late driving from Naples yet, - Luigi’s place is spacious, tidy, well-equipped, right in front of subway and bus stops, next to a great outdoor market, surrounded by awesome pizza and pasta joints, and best of all it’s a straight shot to Rome central in about 20 minutes. There’s also FREE PARKING next to the building. Oh, Trastevere is just ten minutes away, if you’re into great Italian food. 😂 If I could ask for one minor thing for adjustment, it’s the AC in the living room. I think it should be moved to the other bedroom. By turning on the AC in the two bedrooms and keeping the doors open, the living room/kitchen would be cooled down enough without the need for a third AC unit to be installed.

From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. The check-in process was seamless, and the host’s kindness in allowing an early check-in was a lifesaver, especially considering the heat in Rome that day. The apartment itself is exactly as depicted in the photos—clean, well-maintained, and a great place to stay. The location is ideal for those who prefer a quieter environment away from the bustling city centre. The bus stop right across the street provides convenient transportation, taking you to the city centre in less than 30 minutes. One of my concerns was that my previous experiences with Airbnb apartments had been below average, making me sceptical about this one. However, the Rome Artist House far exceeded my expectations. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also conveniently located near supermarkets, a farmer's market, and numerous restaurants. Overall, my stay at the Rome Artist House was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome. Nothing

• Silvia (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome for a good price - Amazing stay! The apartment is just like it looks on the website and has eveything you need for a couple of days staying in Rome. In the neighbourhood there are good places to grab something to eat. It‘s also well connected to the center, bus and tram stations are almost in front of the house. The host is super nice and always available to help. Will 100% return when back in Rome!

I like it better to have TV in bedroom, but this worked out great. Maybe I didnt find it, but bottle opener is a must in Rome apartments and hotels 😉😉
