• Teresa (6/5): Iff fridge and freezer worked would have been fine. Nice small place well equipped - Unit is well equipped and stocked clean and tidy The fridge and freezer didn't work properly the freezer didn't freeze food and the fridge didn't get down to temperature lucky we bought a waeco with us or we would have lost all our food. Location isn't the best

Had everything we needed and was so clean The shower floor was slippery and although it wasn’t a huge problem I have bad knees and it made me a bit uneasy My husband didn’t love your car park
• Lynette (7/5): Catching up with family and was convenient and comfortable - Convenient and reasonably priced, washing machine was handy. The little extras were good, such as salt and pepper and tea bags etc Car park was very small and very hard to get into even though we don’t have a big car. Plastic kettles can contribute to microplastic ingestion
• MARILYN CAROLINE (9/5): We loved our stay. It was quiet and close to the sea so was wonderful. - there was no breakfast. The location from the sea and shops was great. The response from the Host was slow and frustrating.

• brian (9/5): apart from getting the keys it was good . - had a lot of trouble getting the keys out of the lock box someone was walking past and seen i was having trouble and he helped me took about one hour.

• Ian (7/5): For a short stay, it suited our plans very well. - The location suited us as an introduction to Scarborough. Bus stop was close by as well as the beach. The Unit met our needs, and we appreciated the Netflix connection, watching a couple of movies. Only seating for two people at the table, we invited guests (2) for a meal and asked them to bring their own chairs. The smoke alarm being positioned in the bedroom, was a disturbance with the flashing light. Fly wire screen, front door was torn adjacent to key entry.

• Angela (5/5): Holiday in QLD - Location was superb Walls in unit very poorly insulated could here neighbours next door who were talking most of night. Washing machine not working but used one in main property. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Poor selection of utencils for cooking.
• Sheryl (7/5): lovely stay just let down with no washing machine working which was a choice in selecting property - was a quiet location and close to family We had trouble with the lock box was hard to open . The washing machine looked like it had been out of service as there was powder in the draw and the door could not be close, sent text to owner but received no reply in the 7 days.

• Kylie (7/5): Well priced, close to the water and had everything we needed for a short stay. - It was close to the water. Good value for the price. Had everything we needed. Parking was very tight.
• Rodney (4/5): A bit disappointed as the place was not very clean - Location awesome, washing machine didn’t work and host knew and didn’t say anything, bed collapses on side and some pillows had no cases on them, lamps had no globes in them.

• Jennifer (6/5): Pleasant - The unit was great ......but The freezer did not work icecream melted The microwave would not work property Could not use I had to stand on a chair to open gate to washing machine ,that was scary so I have not washed sheets maybe an extra sheet will work Lost channel seven so no cricket Air con in bed room really loud But the location, the unit itself was great Thank you Jenni Would stay there again but would hope everything worked

• Hiroshi (10/5): Wonderful relaxing time - Quiet area,nice and comfortable bed and nice and clean. I loved everything about the property location privacy and peace and quiet area.

• Bianca (7/5): Good - I arranged check-in time. Key code was incorrect, both my staff member and myself tried for 1.5hrs to ring and msg the mobile contact with no response. We finally had a reply after 5pm, with the correct key code for the lock box. TV doesn't work, washing machine doesn't work. Very important when staff are travelling from interstate for week long stays.
• Denise (9/5): Restful environment for work related activities as well as recreation. - The location suited our preferences when staying away from home. Quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach, Sunday markets and suburban dining and shopping. We will stay again when we need to travel to that area for work.
• Tony (6/5): Fix the cooling issues and it will be great....but well located - Location.....price was ok . Air conditioning in both rooms are extremely loud and need replacing.. we struggled to sleep due to the noise but it was extremely humid so need cooling.

• Kerry (8/5): Would book again. - Cleanliness, great supplies & everything worked. Parking bays way too small for average size car & partial blind reversing onto a busy road. Off street parking available but close to corner. Good shower but design only suitable for curtain which does mean the floor can get wet & therefore slippery.

• Janelle (8/5): Great unit. - Very neat and tidy. Easy to find. Great location Most of this unit presented at a high standard. Doona was stained. Floor felt slimy even though it was clean. Maybe need diff floor cleaner. Coffee cups had tide marks and were dirty. Not able to be cleaned. I tried. Found in cupboard like this. Need replacement
