E’ servita con l app Arrivando in tarda notte all aereoporto con delle bambine ho deciso di fermarmi in una struttura vicina per evitare ulteriori sbattimenti . La Qualità medio bassa la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è che ho chiamato l host perché avevo dimenticato un beauty case con delle pillole e ho chiesto avvisandolo che sarei rimasto altri 4 giorni nell isola chiedendo la cortesia di verificare se ci fosse e di darmi il permesso di andarlo a riprendere , la sua risposta è stata che ancora l appartamento non era stato pulito e mi avrebbe ricontattato prima della mia partenza Dopo di che e’ scomparso e non si è fatto più sentire
• H (9/5): - Sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung. In ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss beim Flughafen. Würden wieder dort buchen! Das wir am Ankunftstag per WhatsApp aufgefordert wurden, die Wohnung am Abreisetag pünktlich um 10 Uhr zu verlassen, da die Reinigung Zeit brauche, da am selben Tag eine Familie anreise. Im Booking steht, auschecken spätesten um 10:30. Meine Frau und ich waren nur eine Nacht in der Wohnung und haben diese so verlassen, wie wir sie vorgefunden haben! Sauber!!

Lo que más me gustó fue encontrarme con una selección de productos, comida y bebida, de pago, que me salvaron para ese día. El desayuno de cortesía, perfecto. Muchas gracias. No encontré el interruptor de la luz de terraza, pero a la luz de la vela del farolillo, tampoco se estaba mal.

La, cucina è fornita anche di bottiglie d'acqua gratuite. L' appartamento si trova al secondo piano, quindi bisogna salire le scale con i bagagli.

• Amadeusz (10/5): Blisko lotniska, czysto i łatwy, tani transfer. - Lokalizacja w pobliżu lotniska super. Można dojechać taksówką za mniej niż 10 euro lub nawet przejść na piechotę. Wynajmowaliśmy nocleg w związku z przesiadką. Jest czysto i blisko do baru z bardzo dobrymi ocenami oraz sklepu. Czysto, schludnie i co rzadkie - ciepła woda od razu leci z prysznica i nie trzeba walczyć z regulacją :D Gdy zajdzie potrzeba to na pewno skorzystam jeszcze raz z tego noclegu.

Nos costó el taxi 9 euros- Está en un segundo sin ascensor pero vale la pena alquilarlo sino tienes problemas de movilidad. Está muy limpio y tiene de todo lo necesario si quieres quedarte más días y cocinar tu propia comida (yo solo estuve una noche). Las camas son muy cómodas y el agua de la ducha sale perfecta. Tiene una terraza muy bonita y está decorado con gusto. Tiene una tele muy grande, lavadora, tostadora, hervidor de agua, te dejan productos de limpieza y algunas cosas para poder cocinar. Dejan desayuno de cortesía que está muy bien y se agradece. En la nevera hay una lista de las cosas que son gratis y otras que tienes que pagar a un buen precio. Se deja el dinero de lo que se tiene que pagar en efectivo. Los refrescos y cervezas por solo 1.50 euros. El propietarios nos mandó indicaciones perfectas de como recoger la llave para entrar. Hay una tarjeta con un teléfono de taxi por si lo necesitas. Nos ha gustado mucho
• Graham (7/5): Excellent value but care if using for the airport as taxis difficult to arrange - Comfortable for one night Easy to get to from the airport Very difficult to arrange a taxi from the apartment to the airport for an early flight. All local firms answer in Spanish only. We were only able to arrange a taxi with the help of the only English speaking member of staff at the nearby Spa and then needed to call a phone number (Spanish answer phone) at 5am in the morning to confirm the booking. Impossible to walk to the airport (20 mins on Google maps) as you need to cross a fuel carriageway with barriers along each side. No cafes or restaurants open in the village

• Michael (9/5): - Nach der Anreise fanden wir eine komfortable, gut ausgestattete Wohnung vor. Der nahe Flughafen war akustisch nicht störend. Es hat uns gefreut, dass auch an die Verpflegung der Besucher gedacht wurde. Wir haben es uns auf dem Balkon gemütlich gemacht und zu Abend gegessen. Vor dem Weiterflug am nächsten Tag konnten wir sogar einen Café/Kakao und Frühstücksmbiss einnehmen. Der Vermieter hat uns bei einem Problem spontan sehr geholfen. Sehr positives soziales Verhalten!! Danke, dafür!!! Es war etwas beschwerlich, unsere Koffer in den zweiten Stock zu schleppen.

Apparently you sent a new code, but it arrived late, and I could not download the attachment with the number? The next door neighbor. a young lady, saved us and was able to call you folks and get the correct code. Apparently this has happened before based on some of the comments we found in the apartment. • marc (9/5): Très bonnes prestations, idéal pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ matinal de - Le logement est spacieux, propre, calme, bien équipé et dispose d'une petite terrasse extérieure . Il est situé à 2 pas de l'aéroport et il est idéal pour un départ matinal ou une arrivée tardive sur Gran Canaria. On n'entend pas la voie rapide et pratiquement pas les avions Les hôtes ont fait le maximum pour nous permettre de rentrer à l'heure souhaitée, hors de créneaux habituels. Le +: le logement est utilisé à titre personnel et rendu disponible en fonction des demandes de locations. Le frigo est plein, il est possible de choisir les produits, gratuitement ou contre paiement raisonnable. Idem pour les produits de base ( pates..) et les produits d'entretien. Très pratique! Rien. S'il faut vraiment chercher quelque chose, le look du quartier près de l'aéroport peut interroger mais en fait ce quartier est calme, on trouve facilement à ce garer et les prestations du logement vraiment superbes.

Well equipped kitchen and the host provided free water bottle, milk and simple breakfast like bun and jam. Honesty jar to pay for things in fridge like coke, frankfurter sausage and etc at a very reasonable price. Read the list on the fridge with the price. Comfortable stay and feel safe. Quiet neighbourhood. Occasionally hear planes noise but we're fine. There are two WiFi networks. One of it better than the other. Generally happy with it.

• Karmen (9/5): - We had a very pleasant stay. The host was kind and welcoming, and they had thoughtfully prepared snacks and all the essentials for breakfast. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The TV had Netflix, YouTube, and other apps, which was a nice bonus. There were just a few small drawbacks: the hot water in the shower ran out quite quickly and the water pressure was a bit low. Also, one of the single beds had a dip in the mattress – fine for one night, but not ideal for a longer stay. The main bed, however, was very comfortable. Keep in mind that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Overall, a great place with a fantastic host, and we enjoyed our stay!

• Agnieszka (10/5): Wygodne mieszkanie na dachu z tarasem i mini barem - Apartament położony jest w odległości spaceru 20 minut od lotniska. To było dla nas bardzo ważne, ponieważ przylecieliśmy poprzedniego wieczoru z Lanzarote i następnego dnia mieliśmy kolejny lot z Gran Canaria. Apartament jest na najwyższej kondygnacji kamienicy. Cały budynek jest dobrze utrzymany, a klatka schodowa jest bardzo zadbana i schludna. Do apartamentu trafiliśmy bez problemu, ponieważ gospodarz przekazał nam wcześniej wszystkie instrukcje słownie oraz bardzo dokładne zdjęcia. Sam apartament powstał chyba z zabudowania dachu tej kamienicy i to czyni to miejsce bardzo wyjątkowym. Z dużego wnętrza, które jest salonem połączonym z częścią kuchenną i jadalnią wyszliśmy na obszerny taras, gdzie jest stół i krzesła. Tam jest doskonałe miejsce na kolację i śniadanie. Ten taras jest częściowo zadaszony, więc w dzień też pewnie stanowi dodatkowy zewnętrzny salon. Bardzo nam się podobało, że z tarasu widzimy ulicę tej miejscowości, lotnisko, namioty z uprawami roślin i w oddali ocean. To dało namiastkę takiego prawdziwego życia na wyspie, wśród jej mieszkańców. Wnętrze apartamentu wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Meble są nowe, wszystko zadbane. Gustowne sypialnie. Kuchnia jest wygodna. Łazienka niewielka, ale nowoczesna, czysta i było w niej wszystko, nawet kosmetyki. Największą niespodzianką było zaopatrzenie lodówki. Małe piwa, napoje bezalkoholowe w puszkach, sery, kiełbaski w słoiku, i inne przysmaki. Na lodówce była informacja, że część produktów jest bezpłatna - to dżemy, masło, czekolada i inne dodatki śniadaniowe, a część z tych produktów ma konkretną cenę. Bardzo nas to ucieszyło. Tego dnia wróciliśmy późno z innej wyspy i nie zdążyliśmy zrobić zakupów. Wieczorem po zameldowaniu się w apartamencie skorzystaliśmy z piwa i przekąsek. Rano zagrzaliśmy kiełbaski i zjedliśmy śniadanie. To było bardzo pomocne. Uwaga tylko. Pamiętaj, żeby mieć monety w gotówce i zostawić na stole pieniądze za produkty, które wykorzystasz. Nie zapłacisz kartą. Nie ma nic, na co moglibyśmy się poskarżyć. Wzorowe miejsce i wzorowy gospodarz. Okolica cicha, czuliśmy się tu bezpiecznie i wygodnie.

Me pareció buena idea. Pensé que estaba más cerca de la playa, aunque en la descripción lo pone claro, las fotos te pueden llevar a confusión, realmente el entorno no es muy agradable a la vista, pero no es ruidos y es accesible a todo . Para lo que nosotros lo queríamos , ya que prácticamente estuvimos fuera, nos pareció estupendo.
• María Olga (10/5): - Está cerca del aeropuerto que era lo que estábamos buscando, pero además está en medio tanto de la capital como del sur, me parece una ubicación cómoda. Estaba súper limpio, me enviaron todos los datos dirección, dónde y cómo recoger las llaves (con fotos incluídas). Y ya como remate final los detalles, había en cada cama un bombón, había agua, bollos, mantequilla, mermelada, leche y agua gratis cosa que se agradece más si vas con niños y ya después tiene Coca Cola, cervezas, queso, jamón en la nevera que son de pago pero es muy cómodo llegar y tener eso si te apetece. Así que todo genial muy recomendable si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto o si simplemente vas a ver la isla ya que estás “en medio” para moverte para el lado que quieras. Muchas gracias

• Fedor (10/5): - Я бронировал отель не для себя, а для родителей, дальше с их слов. Квартира находится недалеко от аэропорта. Но так как был поздний рейс, пришлось взять такси (за 8 евро). За сутки до заселения хозяин квартиры прислал код от бокса (прямо у входной двери), в котором были ключи от квартиры. Квартира чистая, удобная и все есть, что нужно для отдыха и ночёвки. Утром до аэропорта дошли пешком за минут двадцать. Удобное расположение квартиры, когда нужно переночевать недалеко от аэропорта.

• Raineri Lucia (10/5): Detalles por aquí y por allá! - Somos una familia de cuatro, tanto a adulto como pequeños a pequeños nos encantó la estancia. Los detalles, todo tan limpio y bien acomodado! si solo vas a pasar la noche y no llevas nada de comer tienes algo para picar (queso, jamón serrano, picos) y bebidas. El desayuno gratis! A destacar la cercanía al aeropuerto. El agua micelar y los discos de algodón, quien que solo va a pasar una noche los puede agradecer? Yo! 100% recomendado. Gracias.
