El apartamento es muy bonito y limpio, las camas son muy cómodas, y está a 10min del aeropuerto que era lo que necesitábamos, en un barrio tranquilo y apacible. Teníamos de todo: toallas, sábanas, café,... ¡Muchas gracias por todo! Nada.

• Serhii (10/5): 100 % рекомендую для тих, хто шукає місце для зупинки поруч з аеропортом і не тільки - Надзвичайно приємні враження від зупинки в апартаментах. По-перше власниця дозволила нам безкоштовно заселитися на 2 години раніше, по факту нас поселили навіть раніше (фактично на 2 г 30 хв); виселення дозволили на 3 години пізніше і теж без жодної додаткової плати. По-друге самі апартаменти мають абсолютно все необхідне для короткочасного проживання. Враховані навіть такі дрібниці як засоби гігієни для жінок, додаткові солодощі для кави (цукерки, печиво), додаткове ліжко для дитини до 2 років. По-третє дуже чисто, меблі і посуд в чудовому стані. По-четверте помешкання знаходиться в дуже затишному містечку, де за бажанням зможете прогулятися до річки Дунай (трохи треба пройтися). По-пʼяте апартаменти знаходяться в 1,4 км від зупинки приміського поїзда в 4 хвилинах їзди до аеропорту. Все сподобалось

• Tamas (10/5): Very practical airport apartment - Very easy access to airport. Nice clean, neat apartment with 2 bedrooms and a very well equipped bathroom. The kitchen was also very well equipped and 2 bottles of mineral water and some sweet snacks were prepared for us on Sunday arrival when no shops are open in Austria. Very safe neighborhood and quiet in the night. The windows could be totally blacked out so if someone needed to sleep during the daytime they could do that as well between flights. That we never used this accomodation before :-)

• Anna (10/5): - A very cozy and clean apartment in a quiet area, perfect for an overnight stay before a flight from Vienna Airport. The place is well equipped and has everything you need for a short stay. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming — they even prepared some small treats as a welcome gift, which was a lovely touch. Communication with them was quick and easy. Smooth check-in, good Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

Shoutout to Benita for her hospitality and her willingness to help me with my qu - I liked everything about the property; from the facade of the building to the cleanliness of every corner. Not to mention the fact that it was equipped with all kinds of amenities and appliances. Honestly, there wasn’t anything that didn’t like.
• Heimo (8/5): Alles in allem tolle Unterkunft! - Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit großem Auto wirds schwierig zu parken, haben einen VW T6.1, der zur Verfügung gestellte Parkplatz ist somit nicht geeignet. Das Parken am Straßenrand ist nur zu Nachtzeiten erlaubt. In unserem Fall nebensächlich, da wir sehr früh zum Flughafen gefahren sind.

The landlord provided detailed check-in instructions in advance, including a video and link description, making the stay a breeze. The landlord also prepared coffee, water, and snacks to welcome the tenants, which the children loved and enjoyed. The apartment was newly renovated, and the household items, kitchenware, and tableware were all complete and clean. The landlord was very friendly.

• YwaLK (9/5): - Trochu jsem měla obavy z hluku vzhledem k poloze domu, ale bylo tam ticho, žádný hluk ze silnice ani z letiště. Postele byly velmi pohodlné, spíše tvrdší, což nám vyhovuje. Velmi nás potěšilo drobné občerstvení na přivítání (sladkosti). Byt je v blízkosti letiště, ideální na přespání na brzký let. Po příjezdu byla v bytě celkem zima, komunikovala jsem s majitelem a bylo slíbeno zapnutí topení, které bylo centrální. Šli jsme ale brzy spát a nezaregistrovali jsme zvýšení teploty. Nicméně jinak opravdu skvělý byt.
• Vlaďka (10/5): - Velká výhoda je bezplatné parkování a umístění v blízkosti letiště. Pohodlný vstup přes kód a samostatné odhlášení. Velký bonus byla připravená voda v lednici a sladkosti na stole :-) Ubytování je prostorné, čisté, vybavení nové a je tu spoustu věcí, které jinde nenajdete. Jako například deštník, přímotop, pantofle, nabíječka na mobil a dokonce třeba i horkovzdušná fritéza a další. Příště bych se ubytovala znovu :-)

• David (10/5): - Vše bylo bez chyby. Klidná lokalita. Na noc před odletem paráda. Ale dokáži si zde představit i delší čas na prohlídku Vídně. Vše bylo jak je na fotkách. Čisté, krásně upravené a na uvítanou jsme dostali sladkosti a minerálky do ledničky. Kapsle do kávovaru byly také k dispozici. Vše perfektní. Mohu jen doporučit.
• Karol (10/5): - Mimoriadne čistý, vzdušný a voňavý apartmán!!! Ubytovateľ poslal video s názorným, veľmi dobre zrozumiteľným návodom na postup, ako sa dostať do apartmánu. Príjemne prekvapili pozornosti pre hostí, malé sladkosti, minerálka v chladničke, dostatok kapsličiek kávy do kávomatu. Kúpeľňa bola krásna, priestranná, voňavá, s dostatkom kvalitných uterákov a hygienických potrieb. Oceňujem možnosť úplného zatemnenia izieb roletami pre pokojný spánok. Ubytovateľ je veľmi pozorný: potrebovali sme použiť na spanie aj rozťahovací gauč v obývacej miestnosti, a ubytovateľ myslel aj na pohodlie, použil top na roztiahnutú sedaciu súpravu, aby bolo spanie na ňom maximálne pohodlné! S takouto pozornosťou sme sa ešte nikde nestretli, a to sme už využili množstvo apratmánov v Európe. Apartmán je blízko k letisku, zato sme si ho aj zvolili, napriek tomu vôbec nepočuť lietadlá. Celkovo je ubytovanie v tichej uličke. Môžem len odporučiť, pri ďalších cestách lietadlom ho určite využijeme.

• Aniceto (8/5): Apartamento moderno a 20 min de Viena en coche - La ubicación a 20 minutos de Viena y 10 min del aeropuerto con parking privado. Si dispones de coche merece la pena. Bien equipado y moderno. Instrucciones muy claras para el check in. El dueño envía un vídeo explicativo. Zona tranquila. Las ventanas estaban semiabiertas porque había un tubo que salía de los aparatos de aire acondicionado y pasaban a través de ellas lo cual deja entrar ruido en las estancias.

• Ellie (10/5): A Great and Memorable Way to spend our last night in Austria! - Perfect location. Close to airport. Fabulous restaurant suggestions only 10 minute walk. Restaurant very authentic, locals only. Host even went out and bought four umbrellas for us to use because it was raining. Everyone had a great night’s sleep…beds were great. Extremely clean.

• Randolf (4/5): Mücken und Fluglärm hätte in einem Zelt nicht schlimmer sein können - hier gab es wenigstens ein Bad - Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto +/- 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Wien, dann in ein Parkhaus oder etwa vergleichbare Fahrzeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Einfach über im Vorfeld erhaltenen Code für die Eingangstüre in das Haus, Wohnungsschlüssel steckt auf der Türe. Nett, dass im Wohnzimmer und einem der beiden Schlafzimmer eine portable Klimaanlage steht. Extrem schlecht und entscheidend für die Bewertung ist, dass das Außengerät mit dem im Zimmer stehenden Klimagerät per Schlauch fest verbunden ist. Zum einen lässt sich das im Wohnzimmer befindliche, doppelflügelige Fenster nur mit einem Flügel schließen, da der Schlauch den anderen Flügel zwingend offen hält. Genauso verhält es sich in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer mit dem Dachflächenfenster - man kann es nicht schließen und die Steckdose zeigt bereits die Netzüberlast des Gerätes in Verformung der Blende. Zu Beginn waren bei Anreise einige Bienen im Zimmer, da hier die Fenster einladend offen standen. Abends konnte man kein Licht einschalten, da dies bei offenem Fenster die perfekte Einladung für Mücken war und das Wohnzimmer somit weder zum gemütlichen Sitzen oder zum Fernsehen genutzt werden konnte. Schlafen bei offenem Dachflächenfenster in der Nähe des Flughafens lässt ab ca. 05:30 Uhr zu, dass man statt Schäfchen zum Einschlafen die startenden und landenden Flugzeuge zählen kann. Alternativ kann man sich aber auch statt zu schlafen um die zahlreichen, kostenfreien Mückenstiche kümmern. Fernsehen schauen hätte am Abend auch keinen Spass gemacht, da "nur" Netflix und Amazon zur Verfügung stehen - über die Streaming-App werden nahezu alle deutschen Sender aus lizenzrechtlichen Gründen nicht über ein österreichisches Abo freigegeben. Der Versuch, etwas über Netflix oder Amazon zu schauen, wurde aufgrund des sich immer wieder aufhängenden WLAN unmöglich gemacht. Die Ausstattung wirkt zu Beginn auf den ersten Blick nett, weist sich aber als sehr minderwertig aus, so fehlte z.B. in der Küchenzeile der Einsatz in einer Schublade - hier war nur der Rahmen vorhanden. Auch die Sauberkeit hat deutliches Potential nach oben.

• Luís Nuno (9/5): Bom apartamento para dormida antes do voo. - Estive no Apartamento número. Todo o apartamento muito bem arrumado, cuidado, cheiroso e confortável. A pessoa responsável super atenciosa e pronta a ajudar a qualquer momento. O ar condicionado obriga a janela a estar aberta e no dia em que estive hospedado choveu um bocado, o que levou que chovesse num dos quartos (só umas pingas, nada que não se resolvesse com uma manta no chão só para não fazer barulho). Comuniquei o problema e anfitriã tentou ajudar com o que podia mas como é impossível fechar a janela não dá para resolver o problema a 100% e essa é a única razão porque não consegui classificar com um 10.

• Jan-pleun (7/5): Good clean apartment close to the airport - This is a good location if you want to be close to the airport. The area is not great, but quiet. We stayed here the night before we flew back home. There is a spot to park your car. The communication with the host and getting into the apartment was flawless. There we A/C's in all the rooms (necessary because it was hot), but the exhaust went through the window, which meant that they had to stay open. This was not great with the noise coming from the street and airport.

• Fernanda (10/5): Everything you need! - It's a very calm area with everything you need. We're staying closer to the airport for our one night in Vienna, which is around 20 minutes by Uber/Taxi from downtown Vienna. We liked everything!

The place was spotless clean and had everything that you can think of for a comfortable family stay. Great bath room, many towels. Owner was very responsive. There is no real double bad (2 single beds) but for a 1 night it wasn't an issue.

The apartment itself was very welcoming, spotlessly clean and very "user friendly". The beds were excellent, (we like firm beds), thoughtfully turned down for sleeping. The kitchenette was well equipped. The appartment was very close to the Vienna airport (8 minutes) which was wonderful for returning our rental car and then getting to the airport. I have nothing negative to say about this cozy little appartment which more than met our needs for the evening. The size of the apartment, the cleanliness, the spacious bathroom and walk-in shower. The beds were excellent and very comfortable. The owner left very clear instructions on the table so no confusion about how different things worked in the apartment.
