• Carlo (9/5): Esperienza eccellente! - L’appartamento è risultato perfettamente in linea con la descrizione: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Furio Camillo, quindi ben collegata al centro. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario, che si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei volentieri!

• Dawid (10/5): Perfect stay – great host, stylish room and excellent location! - Staying here was an absolute pleasure! 😊 The host replied to every message super quickly – communication was perfect. The room was very comfortable, high standard, located in a beautiful, stylish building and very well equipped. Check-in was super easy. Walking to the metro actually takes less time than shown on the map – it’s very easy to get anywhere in the city. There are plenty of great restaurants around. And I loved the idea of being able to buy Italian wine right in the room – perfect for a cozy evening after sightseeing!

• Andreoli (10/5): Host always available, doing the impossible to meet your needs - The location Is fantastic, very close to a number of amenities and very close to city centre. Well connected with public transport. The flat is simply gorgeous.
• Nigel (10/5): Couldn't recommend it enough it's about 5 minutes to the bus stop and 15 minutes to the metro. - Everything, the property was very modern and comfortable. The host was very friendly and accomadatimg. Genuinely there wasn't anything to complain about. It was excellent!

• Dako (10/5): Lovely studio in a perfect location with a fantastic host - I had a wonderful stay in this well-located studio, which came fully equipped with everything I needed. The studio itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed, tasteful decor, and carefully designed lighting that creates a cozy ambiance - perfect for those who appreciate a warm atmosphere. The apartment's host was fantastic - quick to respond and incredibly helpful, which I truly appreciated. The location is ideal, with three metro stations within walking distance (including a line that goes straight to the Vatican), a nearby train station, a tram stop, and the 85 bus, which takes you directly to the Colosseum. There’s a supermarket just below, and a 24-hour grocery store a 10-minute walk away.
• Armando (10/5): The best experience of accommodation rented by me through Booking.com - Disclaimer: I've never met Claudio the owner before, nor I'm associated in any form with the 'Antico Molino' hospitality business 😉, Now the feedback: after 7 days of stay at 'Antico Molino' I believe I've become Claudio's friend. Not just because the mini flat was close to perfection as far as my expectations were concerned, but also because Claudio showed that amount of care and attention about me having a perfect time in it. That was clear from the time we met for the usual handing over the keys and showing me around the flat. which consists in an open space including a corner kitchen and a separate bathroom (you can trust the detailed flat description on Booking.com). However, it wasn't the quality of every single component in the flat - from the mattress to the electric heating system - that impressed me, it was the wonderful smell of wood, used largely in the flat to hand- made the furniture and the floor... giving me that warm feeling of comfort you rarely will find in a rented accommodation. In my opinion the price quality ratio was extremely good, and the location was perfect for me, with the main metro line distant just 9 minutes walk. The afternoon before leaving Claudio and I spent time at a café table sipping two 'aperitivi' talking about life and the crazy weather... my best booking.com experience so far. Definitely! It rained every single day in Rome, and I couldn't leave the windows open 😒
• Davide (9/5): Quick Rome summer getaway - All'antico molino has everything you might need for a quick stay in Rome. The living space is well furnished and organised. The bathroom is even better and the fact that it has a window enabled for good air circulation. The host provided excellent care before, during and after my staying with his continuous availability, kindness and timely communication. He even provided me with tips and links for places to dine out and visit. The place is only 6-7 minutes away from a metro stop which really helps with transportation around Rome, and 1 minute away from a big supermarket where the guest can buy everything they need. The street to get to the accommodation is a bit hidden so I suggest frequently checking on Google maps and relying on the host instructions
• Diogo (9/5): Very enjoyable stay with everything needed to feel comfortable. - It felt like we were on a hotel, it had great amenities. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was great as well. Extra points for the cleanliness of the property and the coffee capsules that Claudio left! Also, Claudio was very helpful giving tips and support during our stay. The location is a little far away from the center but taking into consideration the price, it’s perfectly manageable. Public transportation is a must to visit the city.
• Katarina (10/5): Best choice - This apartment was the perfect choice. It is well equipped with everything needed. All of the utensils and devices are of high quality. The apartment looks new, perfectly clean, and it looks as shown in the pictures, even better in reality! It is very cozy. The apartment is located in an area that is quiet and safe. There are various markets and restaurants. The nearest market is only 150 meters away. The metro station is very near, about 9 minutes of easy walk. To get to the center by metro, you need only 10-15 minutes. Also, this place is connected to metro line A, which has highly frequent arrivals and is connected with most important and popular places in Rome. Claudio, the host, is incredibly hospitable and kind. Whenever we had a question, he was available and answered us in the shortest possible time, in just a minute or two. We will definitely stay here next time when in Rome.
• Neil (10/5): Perfect apartment in a perfect location! - From initial pre booking questions, Claudio the host was prompt and concise with his answers, he even managed to facilitate early check in for us which was fantastic due to our early flight arrival. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet residential area just a 8 or 9 minute walk to Furio Camillo Metro station where you can reach all of the major attractions in a few minutes. The apartment is very well equipped with high quality fixtures and fitting, just google "HOM electric cedar radiators" to get an idea, and this is in the bathroom to warm your towels! Samsung microwave, Tv etc etc all expensive quality items, along with high quality bespoke furniture. The bed is super comfortable! best sleep I've ever had in a rental apartment. We were only in Rome for 3 days but I could have stayed here for a month. Nothing, Claudio you have it just right, and deserve huge success with this rental apartment!

• Anastasiia (8/5): Worth it - A nice and cozy place, everything seemed brand-new, looks exactly like on the pictures! The location is quite good. Despite the transport strike in one of the days of my stay, I managed to reach the train station in 20 minutes on the scooter, with the metro it would take 30. Very clean! Unbelievably kind and hospitable the host! In the morning, I would wake up as the neighbors would leave the house. The walls seemed to be quite thin so for me it was uncomfortable in this sense. However, maybe it was just my shallow sleep, maybe you wouldn't even notice that..
