• Helen (7/5): Comfortable apartment - Nice bright apartment, TV with British channels in lounge and bedroom, good WiFi, firm mattress on beds, balcony got sunshine until about 6pm, lovely view to the sea, plenty crockery and kitchen equipment, oven, hob, toaster & kettle worked well as did washing machine Microwave rusty inside and smelled, mattress on sofa bed badly stained, no towel change if staying for 1 week & no extra left but once I realised that was the case its cheap enough to buy washing tablets and do a rapido wash

G - Excellent location Very peaceful Very clean Needs a little updating - sofa on the lounge very uncomfortable Needs locks on the balcony patio doors Not the property’s fault but the pool bar is no longer open which was a little inconvenient at times
• Noémi (10/5): Mesés - Tiszta, mindennel felszerelt apartman. Minden adott volt egy csodás nyaraláshoz. A komplexum medencéje, nagyon szép, sok napággyal. A teraszról gyönyörű kilátás van az óceánra, kb.10 perc sétára a strand.
• Joan (1/5): Waist of a holiday !!!! - Given the wrong phone number by the host ☹️ a local man had to contact the host for us so we could obtain the keys…. Waiting for the host to bring the keys…the 3 flights of stairs we had to climb up to get to the apartment (NO LIFT)… although there was a sea view there was also a building site directly opposite that spoilt the view!! The apartment was dirty and very grubby especially the kitchen (microwave,fridge,cupboards) too much left over food from other people that had stayed there…we are pensioners with health issues and had to bring our suitcases down the 3 flights of stairs !! I have heartfelt sympathy for the owners as there apartment is NOT being cleaned properly!!!!!!!
• Negina (9/5): Amazing! - Big balcony with ocean view. The location is perfect for taking long beach walks. Kitchen had everything for cooking. The living room had a very nice large TV. The apartment area was very clean and quiet, I slept like a baby every night! The bathroom and kitchen supplies could be a bit cleaner.

• Patricia (7/5): Good - Great location The apartment is in need a wee bit of a refresh, a bit dated. Wi-Fi was not working and was not told this on arrival at the property. Took 24 hours to fix, plus I had to ask for the password as not displayed in property.
• Maurice (8/5): Great location in a quiet complex with a spacious clean apartment. - We were met by the representative at the appointed time. The apartment was very clean. The location is excellent being so close to the promenade and the Central Bus Station. The heated swimming pool was a bonus. The complex is very quiet in the evenings, ideal for a relaxing break.
• Jo (5/5): Adequate - A lovely bright airy space with a sea view The couch was marked & grubby. The apartment had clearly been mopped through however, it could really benefit from a good clean, especially the bathroom which had mould lines on the sink & shower. We pointed this to our host when she let us in but she shrugged her shoulders & said “we are aware of the cosmetic issues “!

• Diane (7/5): Great location but needs mattress toppers. - The location was good. Close to amenities Beds were very hard and rather uncomfortable. Tried putting extra padding underneath but didn’t help.

• Dylan (10/5): Apartment great for relaxing on balcoy - Very comfortable, everything as described. Quietish development, close to sizeable supermarket. Balcony very nice with view to sea and nice recliners. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. About 15 mins walk to main Cristianos beach. 1 euro for 4 litre fresh water DIY. No reception when I was there, but Carmen agency a phone call away and very helpful.
• Alesia (8/5): Comfortable apartments in the complex with pool and close to the ocean and beach - - perfect location close to Los Cristianos Beach and other beaches - good pool - everything you need at the kitchen, incl. microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, fridge - 2 big TVs in the living room and in the bedroom - washing machine, iron - wifi - private terrace with sunbeds with ocean view - comfortable bed with 2 separate mattresses - sunbeds near pool are paid by 2euro per a day - only 2 toilet paper for 2 people for 1 week - towels were not changed, no cleaning for 1 week - no tea or coffee - shower drain clogs quickly - no air conditioner
• Isabella (1/5): Not a relaxing break - Not a lot unfortunately. The apartment was not fit for rental. We went to relax that didn't happen. The standard of cleanliness was very poor all fixture and fittings were not up to standard (the bathroom socket was loose) Coffee and biscuit canisters were left with residue in both. The wardrobes and chest of drawers were not clean. The kitchen cupboards and utensils needed to be cleaned. can opener was particularly disgusting.
