• Denis (3/5): Подойдет тем, кто готов спать на дороге! - Квартира находится в удобном районе - близко музей Прадо, вокзал. Метро у входа в дом. 1. Очень шумно. Дом стоит на перекрестке, а окна совсем не защищают от шума, поэтому даже ночью спать невозможно - будто лежишь на оживленной трассе, по которой ездят скорые! 2. Окна очень старые. Они не защищают от звуков , пыли и холода. Плотно не закрываются , поэтому в холодное время будет невозможно жить. 3. Кондиционеры не работают. 4. Печь для приготовления еды не работала. Из 4 дней проживания 2 мы провели без возможности приготовить еду. Стоило больших трудов доказать, что мы не просто не умеем включать варочную поверхность, а что, действительно, есть поломка. Через 2 дня пришли и починили. 5. В доме нет сушилки, поэтому все полотенца для 4 человек все эти дни были мокрыми! Да, есть веревка на улице в патио, но на улице были дожди, и не было ни одной прищепки. На наши просьбы решить проблему нас проигнорировали. 6. Нет ножей для резки продуктов, нет разделочный доски, поэтому порезать хлеб или овощи невозможно. Есть только сервировочные ножи, но и они тупые. 7. Нет мыла для рук. Совсем. 8. Шампунь и кондиционер в душевой прикреплены так, что пользоваться ими нельзя. 9. Держатель для лейки сломан. 10. Дверь входная с огромными щелями, поэтому слышимость 100%! Лифт, соседи - будто все у вас дома. 11. Пол грязный. Видимо, в квартире пылесосят в открытых местах, но пол не моют. 12. На кухне нет продуктов длительного хранения типа масла растительного, соли и сахара. Есть набор маленький типа приветственный, но там пара пакетиков чая и масла с солью. То есть приходится все покупать самим, а ведь это нужно каждому и совсем немного. 13. При смыве унитаза вода выплескивается на пол. 14. Нет полотенец или салфеток для рук на кухне. Так как нет посудомойки, все нужно мыть руками и все мокрое. 15. Посуды мало для 4 человек. 16. Оставить сумки на хранение негде. Фотографии сделаны с наложением фильтра - реально в квартире темно. И очень холодно!

• Gajic (8/5): Sasvim ok - Lokacija sasvim ok za odrasle. Gradski prevoz ispred zgrade. Cisto, u redu, nista preterano. Lift radi. Kreveti bas udobni. Ima peglu, dasku, u kuhinji sve sto treba. Mi smo zadovoljni. Mozda lokacija nije najbolja za porodice sa malom decom. U kupatilu nema kukica za peskire. Ukoliko patite od nesanice, nije bas najbolji izbor jer je buka spolja bas jaka.

Inoltre, scarsa pulizia al nostro arrivo e scarsa attenzione.
• Verce (9/5): I would recomend this stay to my friends - The location was perfect, view from our window was perfect, cleanliness was good, can be improved, the apartment is very pleasant for friends and family. There was a good coffe machine, refrigirator, iron, hairdrier. There was no soap in the bathroom, only shampoon, no shower gel, no kitchen towels, no kitchen sponge.

Il rumore forse dovuto agli infissi vecchi. La mancanza di assistenza. C era un problema sulla piastra elettrica della cucina che non funzionava è nonostante le richieste nessuno è intervenuto

• Ernesto (4/5): - El apartamento nos ha parecido demasiado caro para lo que es. Nos parece inaceptable pagar 800 euros por un piso en estas condiciones. Como puntos positivos, destacamos que la ubicación es buena, el lavabo está muy bien y los colchones son cómodos. Sin embargo, el alojamiento tiene varios aspectos a mejorar. El edificio es muy viejo y las ventanas de las habitaciones dejan pasar mucho el aire, por lo que deberían cambiarse. También faltan cortinas en las habitaciones y en el comedor, ya que desde fuera se ve todo. El apartamento está mal acabado, por ejemplo, en el televisor se ven todos los cables conectados al enchufe. Además, es muy importante mejorar la calefacción, ya que no hay calefacción en el comedor, solo aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. El apartamento nos ha parecido demasiado caro para lo que es. • Valeria Carolina (8/5): Lindo depto/ muy buena ubicación. Calle ruidosa - Nos gustó la ubicación y el depto x dentro prolijo completo. Limpio. La atención en el servicio impecable 2 cosas. El ruido de la calle El depto está en un 5 to piso y se escuchaba el sonidos de las ambulancias y la gente en horarios de madrugada Y la infraestructura del edificio. Parecía viejo nada q ver con el depto. Necesita mantenimiento

Mattresses must be changed definitely. Room windows are very old and because of that you can hear all noises even on the 5th floor. You cannot expect a good night's sleep.

• Marion (6/5): Lage top, wenn man nicht geräuschempfindlich ist - Die Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Es ist leider sehr laut, da die Schlafzimmer zu einer sehr befahrenen Straße raus liegen und die Fenster alt sind.

• Cappellini (6/5): - Buena ubicación frente al metro Plaza Embajadores muy escaso y minimo el amoblamiento... a modo de ejemplo :ningún baño tiene ni un mísero gancho para poder colgar las toallas... la cocina con solo 4 vasos y 3 tasas... tienen que mejorar muchos el. amoblamiento y los accesorios de baño y cocina

• José Francisco (2/5): No quedamos satisfechos. - Está reformado y con buen gusto. La ubicación está bastante bien. A 5 minutos del museo Banksy. No pudimos hacer check in a la hora concertada porque estaban limpiando en el momento en que llegamos al apartamento. Había pelos en el suelo y en las almohadas. Las ventanas son de origen y no cierran bien. Se cayó una persiana en plena noche y quedó bloqueada porque no tenía ni cinta. Otra ventana se abrió y no se podía cerrar porque el viento la empujaba. No había nada de jabón de manos ni de ducha. Es una lástima porque podría quedarse muy bien acabado con un poco más de inversión. Con lo que se paga por estos alojamientos, da para dejarlos en condiciones aceptables.
• Kency Melissa (10/5): De viaje con la familia y conocer Madrid - Me encantó todo, es muy cómodo para mí y mi familia, nos dejaron detalles de galletas, cafés y azúcar, tiene todo para la estancia de una familia. En la cosina estaba todo equipado, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, todo estaba limpio y ordenado Se estropeó el ascensor y necesitábamos subir nuestras maletas hasta el 5 To piso, las escaleras algunas estaban cortadas por la mitad que al bajar si no pones bien el pie te puedes caer, faltaba champú y gel de ducha que no tenía ni los botes en las duchas

All facilities you need - Location was fantastic as was the area with lovely coffee shops etc near by Clean & comfortable beds Te lift was very temperamental…it was out of use twice on our 3 day stay we were 4 th floor so not ideal after a long day out sightseeing etc !

• Lomax00 (9/5): Cosy and centrally located - The location is good, you just pop out of the metro and enter the building. It's just 2 metro stops from Sol, virtually 5 minutes away. Walking from the apartment to nearby landmarks is possible and nice, for example Atocha and Reina Sofia are very close by. Alternatively there are also a lot of buses stopping at Embajadores. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated, great that it has two bedrooms and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. The views over the fountains are nice especially at night. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, some cafes and cervecerias. The windows are very old and ideally should be replaced. They are not isolating well neither the noise from the busy intersection nor the temperature from outside if you're travelling in colder periods like we did.
• Hicham (8/5): Very good - Most of it was great. Location is amazing. The place is clean, the furniture is in good shape. The only 2 things that seriously need to get improved: . The windows are a little old, therefore not soundproof which is kind of annoying in a busy area like Embajadores . I wish there were better pillows. They are very flat and not enough. A bare minimum of 2 good quality pillows per guest are necessary. 4 guest = 8 good pillows)
