• Daniella (9/5): Sehr modern, groß und alles vorhanden. - Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war riesig und hatte alles was man benötigt plus kleine Extra die wir nicht erwartet hatten. (Kaffepad, Kuchen, sehr gutes Duschbad/Shampoo). Die Betten sind sehr hart, aber wir haben erstaunlicherweise super geschlafen. Es war leise und es gab eine gute Anbindung mit dem Bus in die Stadt. Wir hatten Probleme die Wohnung über die Adresse per google zu finden. Wenn ihr also vor Hausnummer 52 steht, einfach weiter zwei Kreuzungen weiter laufen. Das Parkhaus ist wirklich wichtig, es gab nirgendwo einen freien Parkplatz. Leider muss man einige Minuten laufen um dieses zu erreichen.
• SebasEP (9/5): Great place, location and happy to come back - Smooth and friendly approach to get the keys. Easy to get (i already knew Bilbao) but either was it is easy to get there. The apartment is great, it has everything you might need. Good bed, double bathroom and shower so if you come with more people it is a great place to be. The location works great as it has multiple stores and bars around. You will feel properly there. Pillows were a bad experience, i had to get one, as soon as i solved that i sleep properly. To be frank i didn't mentioned to the host as i didn't see any additional pillows in the apartment.

• Claudia (9/5): Gemütliche und praktische Wohnung in einer tollen Stadt! - Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern , zwei Bädern und Parkmöglichkeit (war wichtig für uns). Supermarkt und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Wir sind zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen, es war aber auch eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Man kann hier länger bleiben, Bilbao hat viel zu bieten.

• Ismail (10/5): - Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Unser Gastgeber ist außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit gewesen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und man hatte von Anfang an ein "heimisches" Gefühl. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles gut zu Fuß und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Der Bonus ist der Parkplatz der in Bilbao sehr nützlich ist. Gracias por todo😊. • N (9/5): Kwalitatief goed , goede sfeer , zeer toegankelijke host . - Warme sfeer in een ruim goed verzorgd appartement, prima locatie , met openbaar vervoer zo in het centrum. Persoonlijke begeleiding door de host op de achtergrond. Een slaapkamer ligt aan de weg , waardoor verkeersgeluiden niet te vermijden zijn. Verder rustige locatie , passend voor een stad.

• Lisa (9/5): Gorgeous apartment in an easy location! - The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully styled, thoughtful touches from the hosts made it even better. Close to public transport and you are in the centre quick. Lovely spot to chill at the end of a busy day. Will be back! There were two things but I shared it with the host and he was going to address it so not worth listing here.
• Marian-catalin (10/5): Nice apartment in a lively neighbourhood, good communication with the owner - From the moment we landed in Bilbao, we felt like we made the right choice, because our host Mr. Javier, the owner of the apartment, gave us a positive energy, being with us with information and directions until the moment we arrived at the apartment. Everything was as we expected after seeing the pictures and reading the information on Booking.com. There would be a lot to write about what we liked…it has two bathrooms, which is very good. Brochures with information about the city are found in the apartment. We had little surprises from the owner. The kitchen is complete for those interested in cooking. We have nothing to complain about.

• M (10/5): Great apartment, quiet, excellent location - easy access to city centre, fantastic host - Apartment was lovely, everything was in very good condition, very well-equipped. In particular it was great that it was quiet, especially for the light sleeper who wakes at almost every faint sound. Beds very comfortable - good mattresses. Great to have bedside lights for reading. Location = excellent - very easy, pleasant & safe walk into city centre, even returning late at night. It is quite a short walk to Casco Viejo from the apartment (maybe 25 mins max.). Good, safe car parking available also - parking was kindly arranged by our host in advance. Host was so kind & accommodating - that helped enormously because we were very delayed arriving at the property & he remained extremely patient & gracious, Javier could not have been nicer or more approachable or helpful, especially because we arrived late at night. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing to improve. Happy with everything. Might need air-con or at a minimum some fans in summer, weather was warm in early Oct & so it was warm at night in the apartment.

• Derek (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is very modern, comfortable, clean and spacious. It has everything that made our stay like a home from home experience. It has the appearance of having been recently renovated and therefore looks very new. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite. The beds,pillows and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully kitted out and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a free covered car park about 4 minutes walk from the apartment, which is ideal. The apartment is ideally located with ample cafes, bars and supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk away. Buses run from directly outside the apartment and the tram, train and metro are nearby also. Javier the host is very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of advice on places of interest to visit. He goes out of his to help and he even got into our car and showed us how to get into the car park. He also gave us a transport card which we could use on any form of public transport, it was fantastic and we used it quite a lot. He even thought of having umbrellas in the apartment, which came in very handy on one of the days. All in all this is a fabulous apartment and we cannot wait to return here.

• Darinka (10/5): Really nice apartment - The apartment is new. The layout is good, like in normal flat: living room with big TV and sofa, next to the kitchen, bedrooms at the back. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. We found the beds really comfortable. We also used parking garage which was very safe. Although close to the highway, the apartment is also close to city center (20 mins walk). However, the host provides public transport card which you can use on trams. Last but not least, the host was extremely nice and helpful, first helping with the luggage, then explaining Bilbao and some local hints about bars. We found the apartment even better than expected from the pictures online.
