• Gery (9/5): angenehm an guter Lage in Rom - sehr gute, ruhige Lage; nahe am Bahnhof San Pietro. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Schöner Balkon. Matratze könnte bei Gelegenheit ersetzt werden (ist schon ein bisschen eine Badewanne....)

• Aleksandar (7/5): - Sehr ruhige Gegend. Schöne Aussicht. Parkplatz vorhanden. Nach unseren Spaziergängen war es sehr anstrengend, zum Apartment hinaufzugehen, da es auf einem Hügel liegt. Wir blieben zwei Tage dort und mussten zusätzlich 70 € für Reinigungskosten bezahlen, was nur auf einem der Bilder erwähnt wurde.

• Aleksandra (10/5): - The apartment is located in a quiet area with a large terrace to enjoy the evenings. It was nice to come back to it after busy days in Rome. The St.Peter station is nearby. Highly recommend, the owners were very responsive to our questions. It is located on a steep hill so please be aware if you are mobility challenged. It would be nice to just have a few dishwasher tablets/laundry detergent available.
• Králová (8/5): - The apartment is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance to the Vatican. By bus, you can quickly reach the city center, the Colosseum, and many other beautiful landmarks. The area is truly charming and very quiet. The spacious terrace offers a wonderful view, and the apartment itself is bright, nicely furnished, and very affordable. Communication with the host was kind and smooth. A big advantage is the possibility of parking directly at the apartment on private property. The only small downside was the sofa bed – it has definitely seen better days, and one side is already quite worn out. Although there is a memory foam mattress available to place on top, it doesn’t improve the comfort much (I felt like I was sleeping in a “dip”). The side where my husband slept was much firmer. On the other hand, the double bed was very comfortable and cozy, and our children slept wonderfully there.

• Mikhail (6/5): В целом нормально. Если бы не фокусы со скрытыми платежами. - Расположение, наличие парковочного места, но под деревом, потом тяжело было отмывать машину. Скрытые платежи за уборку. Причем это просто обычная уборка, а не какой то специальный сервис по моему запросу. Хозяин сообщил об этом когда бронирование было завершено и оплачено. В итоге при бронировании выглядело, что предложение выгодное, по факту нет - владелец хочет попасть в список выгодных предложений, а потом придумать как еще накрутить сверху, выглядит как обман. Даже с учетом доплаты за клининг, чистота не идеальная - на потолках паутина. На всех не хватило пододеяльников, пришлось укрываться одеялом без пододеяльника.

• Patricia (8/5): - L'apartament té molt bona energia. La neteja és correcta. Hi ha aire acondicionat que fa que l'estada a l'estiu sigui molt més agradable. Hi ha una pujada molt pronunciada fins arribar.

• Marsha (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, airy, and spacious apartment in Rome. It is very well equipped. The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, down to coffee pods and quality shower gel and shampoo. We liked everything. The only issue was that short distance taxis seem not to service the area very well. Fortunately the apartment is close to a train station.
