• Kathryn (10/5): glorious and relaxing - our own personal spa! - unbelievable location and beautiful unit with wonderful space - we did not want to leave - it was so peaceful nothing it was perfect - we did see quite a bit of our neighbors activity in their cabin... but it was fine.

• Martina (5/5): Contesto meraviglioso ma pulizia e servizi deludenti - La posizione della cabin è ottima, a poca distanza dal centro di Levi ma in mezzo ai boschi. Sebbene circondati da altri alloggi, la location è molto bella. Di per sè l'alloggio è ben strutturato e sufficientemente spazioso. Ovviamente il punto forte è il tetto a vetri, davvero scenografico. La sauna privata è piacevole. Abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi, primo fra tutti lo scarso livello di pulizia di piumino e cuscini da utilizzare nel divano letto, pieni di macchie e capelli. Lo staff ha risposto in modo quasi sarcastico facendo intendere che non fosse un grande problema, dato che li avremmo coperti con lenzuoli e federe. Dopo circa due ore ci viene recapitato sulla porta un piumino nuovo, per giunta senza alcuna scusa da parte dell'operatore. Cuscini non pervenuti. Non viene inoltre fornito nessun asciugamano aggiuntivo, nemmeno chiedendolo, per utilizzare la jacuzzi. Anche qui, l'acqua era tutt'altro che limpida. Per finire, prima del soggiorno abbiamo chiesto a titolo informativo se avremmo trovato tè e caffè per la colazione. Ci hanno assicurato che se ne sarebbero accertati, al nostro arrivo nemmeno l'ombra. Se almeno ci avessero avvisati, avremmo provveduto ad acquistarli, sebbene la ritenga una fornitura base per un alloggio di questo tipo. Tutto questo è assolutamente inaccettabile per il costo della struttura. Da evitare, ce ne sono tante altre molto simili, non c'è motivo per cui scegliere questa.
• David (10/5): Like a dream - The location and the place were truly magical, just like something out of a fairy tale. We were kindly allowed to check in two hours early and check out an hour later, with no extra charge. I highly recommend staying here! Nothing

Saw a shooting star from the roof and think it would have been the - glass roof, hot tub, secluded private location had to make up bed on arrival, it wasn’t clear what bedding went where, and mattress was a mattress topper, so could have been comfier.

We were lucky enough to see the northern lights every night threw the glass roof whilst lying in bed. Accommodation was immaculate and well equipped for our family of 4. Hot tub and sauna were well maintained. Host was friendly, helpful and very prompt in replying to my messages. Already Having to leave! Already planning our return visit!

• Ann (8/5): Great amenities, large space, comfortable - There were so many great amenities to enjoy with this property. Our favorites were the hot tub and sauna. But, also it was great having the fully equipped kitchen, heated floors, and glass ceiling to see the stars and auroras. We enjoyed the location as it’s 10 mins out of town, giving you more darkness and less city lights. Also, the easily accessible parking outside the unit was helpful since we had a rental car. The place has lots of space and could easily fit 4 adults. We even took out the sofa bed to watch a movie and it was comfortable. The place was not cleaned prior to our arrival, despite us coming in well after check-in (~9 pm). It was clear that nothing had been done since the last party stayed there (used bed linens, used towels hanging up, their trash still there, etc.). Luckily there were extra clean linens in a cabinet for us to change the bed since it was late and we were ready to sleep. I contacted the owner/manager and they were prompt to respond, apologize, and coordinate someone to come clean the next day. But, considering I’ve seen 1-2 other reviews on here that day the same thing, this doesn’t seem like an exception, it seems like it happens often.

• Gino (10/5): A Luxurious Retreat with Glass Ceiling, Sauna, and Jacuzzi - Our stay in this modern house was nothing short of spectacular! The glass ceiling provided stunning views of the surroundings and the northern lights if you're lucky. The attention to detail in the design was exceptional, with sleek furnishings throughout. The added luxuries of a sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after exploring during the day. We got the chance to meet the owners/hosts and they were really hospitable. We're honored to be the very first guests! We can't recommend this property enough! The only thing I would mention is that if you're tall, be careful getting out of bed and standing up because you could hit your head on the ceiling. It happened to us a few times. The jacuzzi took a while to heat up but once it did, it was lovely.
