- Ramsden (8/5): - The location was excellent. There is plenty of room in the apartment. Albeit there were only 3 of us sharing. Very quiet at night time. Just a lovely stay. Lack of mirrors in 2 of the bedrooms. Lack of hot water. A couple of evenings, only 1 person out of 3 of us got a nice warm shower. The key fobs not clearly marked up. Like which one was for access to pool area ect. Would have liked to see an information pack just giving a little info ie where the nearest supermarket was. What transport links are available to attractions ect

- Imelda (9/5): VERY NICE APARTMENT WILL STAY AGAIN - PROPERTY VERY EASY TO LOCATE, HOST WAS THERE WITHIN 15 MIN' OF OUR ARRIVAL. PROPERTY WAS ON THE 1ST FLOOR BUT THERE IS A LIFT WHICH WAS GREAT. YOU COULD HEAR IF ANYONE ON UPPER FLOORS FLUSHED TOILETS OR USED SHOWER.

- Natalie (6/5): Nice location - lovely appartment - beware child pool not available all year round - The appartment is lovely and location is amazing I travelled with a 2 and 4 year old on the basis that the appartment on booking.com advises the pool is open ALL YEAR ROUND and displays various pictures of pools including a baby/child pool. When we arrived the larger pool with the baby/Child Pool was padlocked and we were unable to get access. Someone onsite advised that the baby pool would be closed for a further 2 weeks and only opened for about 8 weeks from the end of June to August. I was highly disappointed in this due to the fact my just turned 3 year old can't swim and required a baby/Child Pool which she could stand in, this is the only reason I book this appartment. I specifically looked for accommodation with a baby/child pool. I complained and recieved a reply to advise they were sorry for the miscommunication. I am firm that there was no miscommunication, booking.com clearly state pool is open all year round and displays pictures of a baby pool...please update the description for future families. There was other families with small children that were disappointed on our stay.

- Natalie (6/5): Great location near the beach - The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the beach, supermarket, and all the bars and restaurants around Palm Tree Avenue. A 10-minute walk to the train station and the market town of Arroyo de la Miel. Wifi was excellent and Happy Holidays was very accommodating by allowing us a late checkout which we appreciated. The apartment has a sunny balcony with sea views which was a bonus. The area outside the kitchen is a large space with a washing machine and plenty of drying space. The apartment is very basic, there was no hoover for a 1 month stay which made it difficult to keep clean with just a broom and mop. Even though we were there for a month there was no changeover bedding - we were informed we could swap out bedding for clean bedding on one occasion only during our trip, or take clean bedding off another bed in the apartment when we were washing ours. This was not ideal.
