Office Hours: Summer: Monday–Friday, 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00 Winter: Monday–Friday, 09:00–14:00 and 16:00–18:00 Security Deposit: A refundable €150 security deposit is required via credit card or bank transfer before or at check-in. Late Arrivals: Guests arriving outside office hours must request instructions in advance. Online check-in is mandatory, and keys will be available from our secure key box located at the office entrance.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. eric (4/5): - Prima uitzicht Dat we een week geen internet hebben gehad en dat we voor de reparatie 4 van de 21 vakantiedagen hebben moeten wachten op de nieuwe installatie daarvan. We konden niet weg daardoor!!! Hebben dat ook aan Booking doorgegeven! Balkondeuren die niet sluiten. Slechte (koeken) pan. Krakend bed, matras goed. Geen afzuiging badkamer. De aankomst en vertrek matig, door onpersoonlijke sleuteloverdracht wat vlg ons niet meer zo mag gaan!

Niel (8/5): Very good - Nice location if you come for the beach. Difficult to get the key and make a handover after you stay! For the key, you need to walk to another place for 15 min( in our case was rain and wind, completely wet)
