• Dennis (10/5): Een heerlijk verblijf met een ontzettend vriendelijke host. Jan ons verblijf was echt super! - De gastvrije ontvangst de creatieve plek. Alles!
• Barbara (9/5): Zelden in zo een originele setting verbleven! - Jan is een fijne gastheer en verwelkomde ons met ons lievelingsbier. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte is een echt kunstatelier. De kunstwerken en de muziekinstrumenten zorgen voor een inspirerende sfeer. Verder is accommodatie top en op 5 minuten wandelafstand van de oude markt.

• Teddy (10/5): Zeer aangenaam verblijf in een unieke art studio op loopafstand van het centrum - De host was meer dan gastvriendelijk. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld en hij liet het echt even “ons huis” zijn. De art studio was schoon en had alles wat je nodig had zoals goede bedden, fijne douche, meerdere wc’s en een grote tafel waar je gezellig kan borrelen. En helemaal een verrassing was de goed gevulde koelkast met onder andere Belgische biertjes. Kortom een echte aanrader!!! Nvt
• Eva (10/5): Great! - We had a wonderful stay. The location is great, just a short walk from the city center. The accommodation was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The host was amazing — very kind, attentive, and helpful, and we really appreciated the possibility of an earlier check-in. The artistic studio and the overall interior are beautiful and original, with great attention to detail. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.
• Brenda (10/5): excellent - jan, the host, is a pleasant person who made our stay a relaxed and pleasant experience. the art studio is excellent, cozy and full of all things you need. we were with four colleagues for a meeting in Leuven, and the house gave a great opportunity for interaction but yet with private bedrooms for all. Jan arranged for excellent breakfast at a local bar, and filled the house with coffee, drinks, belgian chocolates and let us use his art and music supplies. Great experience and for us better than a hotel. nothing
• Stefan (10/5): - Geweldige locatie, mooi sfeervol huis, superwelkom door Jan die biertjes, koffie en thee gratis ter beschikking stelde. Echt het gevoel dat je niet in een of ander vakantie-appartement bent maar onderdeel van de stad. Hele goede bedden, ruime douches, gewoonweg alles top.
• Wiebe (9/5): Everyone had a great time in this appartment and I was even able to do some work. - The host was awesome. He arranged a filled refrigerator and all sorts of snacks and drinks. Also he get us some gravel routes to cycle and was very responsive. We had a little problems with the warm water, but the host fixed this for us in a second.

• GIANCARLA (9/5): Un posto con buone vibrazioni! - Ottima posizione fra centro e castello. Ottima dotazione dell’alloggio, ottimo riscaldamento e docce. L’host disponibile, gentilissimo, flessibile e…. molto simpatico! Ampia scelta di snack e bevande, grande atmosfera. La pulizia nella stanza 4: anche se non è facile per la presenza di tanti libri, bisognerebbe spolverare meglio.

• Yvette (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf in het centrum van Leuven - Prachtig verblijf in het centrum van Leuven. Jan was aanwezig bij aankomst en is heel vriendelijk. Koelkast gevuld met fris en bier! Vlot contact. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Ook de douche is fantastisch. Hele dikke aanrader!

• Lex (9/5): Geweldige locatie midden in het centrum - Jan was een extreem attente gastheer. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien. Schilder- en tekenspullen, muziekinstrumenten, een prima muziekinstallatie. Ook was er een goed gevulde koelkast met bier en volop koffie. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Met 5 minuten lopen zit je in de binnenstad van Leuven. Parkeren in de buurt is erg duur.

• Angelika (10/5): - Die Begrüßung durch Jan war sehr herzlich. Ein ganz besonderes Apartment und die Betten und Duschen sind hervorragend. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in Leuven.
• Eva (10/5): Prachtige plek vlakbij het centrum met veel comfort - Art studio Leuven was echt een prachtige accomodatie. Anders dan anders, vol met kunst en muziek. Gezellig ingericht. Maar ook heel comfortabel met een badkamer in bijna elke kamer en heerlijk bedden. Wat een feestje was het! En de verhuurder is super aardig, betrokken en snel in reactie. Echt een aanrader!
• Wouter (10/5): Fantastisch - Fantastische plek in het centrum van Leuven. Prachtig huis met een heel gezellige sfeer. Zeer geschikt voor een groep van acht. Heerlijke bedden en mooie badkamers en een grote woonkamer/studio waar je muziek kunt maken en gezellig kunt borrelen. Een echte aanrader! Niet van toepassing
• Peter (10/5): Awesome location - The location is awesome. The main room like the sleeping rooms invite to be creative and/or just to chill out. You can draw, make music or chill out in a comfy area. For drinks Jan provides a fridge full of softdrinks, water and local beer as well as coffee and tea. Jan is a wholesome host. He's very kind and wants you feel like at home Everything was fine for us . No complains.
• Gerard (9/5): Onverwacht leuke overnachtingsplek - Eugen badkamer en wc op de kamer, prima bedden en de muziekinstallatie Onvoldoende duidelijk vooraf was dat er geen keuken in het appartement aanwezig is; wel koffie/thee, koelkast.
• Thomas (10/5): - Locatie was perfect (dichtbij centrum), fijne ruime kamers, goede verzorging door Jan die de koelkast had gevuld met lekkere biertjes en andere drankjes. Ook snel reactie als je een vraag had. We waren met 9 mensen en dit paste prima. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding was top Niks, was perfect.
• Karolina (10/5): This was the best place I’ve ever rented! - The host, Jan, is a wonderful and kind person. Communication with him was excellent — he allowed us to check in much earlier and check out later than the standard times on Booking. He welcomed us with drinks and Belgian beers. Truly a great person. The place we stayed in is his artistic studio — there’s a piano, guitars, a microfone. If you’re traveling with anyone who plays instruments, you’ll find it hard to leave! The shared space is fantastic: a large table, a cozy garden, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms with all amenities. The location is also very convenient. Thank you so much for the stay, and we wish you all the best in developing this amazing place and your artistic career!
• Livia-Oana (10/5): - Really interesting and beautiful house, with a cosy garden and everything that you need. Jan is a great and attentive host, he even left us drinks and snacks. The house is also very close to the center and to the bus station.
• Matthew (10/5): Lovely creative studio space with plenty of room for socialising! - This art studio was simply amazing for our group of friends to stay at as we were attending the Rock Werchter festival. We are all from New Zealand and haven’t experienced many four day festivals like this - so being able to come back to a clean, comfortable and also very vibrant creative space like this was a blessing, as having showers and a comfortable beds beats camping in the mud! There was plenty of room, great areas to socialise in and Jan went above and beyond to provide us with a fridge full of beer and some Belgian treats. It is so nice to be welcomed into a creative space with the attitude of “anything you can see you can use”. Jan is a Fantastic host, great communication and very generous - highly highly recommend staying here! -

Jan has been very welcoming, we will come again. Missing a little kitchen :-)
• Lucca (10/5): Awesome Weekend! - Jan's house is simply a very special place. Each room is furnished with attention to detail and leaves nothing to be desired. The small backyard invites you to sit outside with friends in the evening. The location is perfect, you can walk to the old market in a few minutes. But still has its peace and quiet in the evening. Jan is one of the best hosts I know. All was Perfect.
• David (10/5): Fantastic stay in a really cool place. Host was super helpful and accommodating - 3 of the 4 rooms have their own bathroom facilities, which was really great! And the showers are phenomenal. The lounge area with the sound system was really great for socialising. Jan really made an effort to make our stay comfortable, and accommodate our needs (he added a table and sofa to help cater for a larger group) - and filled the fridge with a selection of Belgian beers! No kitchen - but we knew that before we booked. And a rooster from the neighbours, so I’d recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
• C (10/5): Exceptional - The place was great, we stayed with 9 friends and all fit. Really nice to have 3 showers and toilets (although they're in the sleeping rooms mostly, this was ok as we could sit downstairs). Jan is really accommodating with check in and out. The fridge was also full for us with chocolate, water, coke, beer. Coffee and tea was provided as well We liked it a lot. There was no kitchen but Jan made that very clear to us and we were eating out anyway. Plenty of cups and plates and glasses if you would like take away So it was a great pleasure to stay here.
