• Owen (9/5): Excellent value for mone in the heart of the action - Excellent location but there a bars and clubs all around. It is the heart of Istanbul. Room is very clean and well designed for solo travellers. Great breakfast every day and really good value for money overall. Sound proofing could be improved.

• Amina (6/5): Das Hotel punktet durch seine sehr zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Allerd - Sehr Zentral, Metro Anbindung 5 min weit entfernt. Nachtleben auch vorhanden. Perfekte Lage wenn man viel erleben will. Gleich am Taksim Square und 15 min fussweg zum galata Turm. Die Wände waren extrem dünn, sodass man durch die Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer jedes Gespräch und sogar Geräusche aus dem Bad deutlich hören konnte. Zudem wirkte das Hotel insgesamt eher ungepflegt, insbesondere der Aufzug war nicht besonders sauber.

Отдельная благодарность сотрудникам Абдуллах и Ильхан! Молодые ребята очень хорошие, приветливые, помогали с пакетами, сумками, с коляской. Советовали, что и как, куда лучше пойти и тд. Девушка в столовой тоже была приветливой. Расположение хорошее, удобное. Но рядом очень много ночных клубов и было очень шумно. Ребенок часто просыпался от шума. Как я и запрашивала отель предоставил детскую кроватку, но кроватка было ужасно старой, грязной и местами сломанной и порванной. Низ кроватки был без матраса и сотрудники постелили пледы, но ребенку было не удобно спать, так как местами проваливались то руки, то ноги. Полотенца сильно пахли хлоркой. Убирались в два дня 1 раз и то не чисто, так как волосы на полу оставались также. Один и тот же завтрак был каждый день.. Все 6 дней одно и тоже..

When I asked to turn the air conditioning on, I was told if you’re hot, turn it off. Then randomly it will turn on for an hour a day in the morning

• ozan (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es gut - Ruhige gegend, ist 5 min zur Istiklal Caddesi daher hat es mich nicht gestört das dass Zimmer kleiner war als gedacht für eine kurze Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Preisleistung ist gut Empfang könnte besser werden müssten unsere Koffer selber die ersten Treppen bis zur Aufzug hochtragen. Älterer Herr war nett der jüngere hat nichtmal Hallo gesagt

It had no parking and no breakfast like it said on the booking reservation when we arrived they said no booking didn’t change that because we don’t, have anymore breakfast but how is that my problem and it was very loud I couldn’t sleep at night.

• Owen (8/5): Very good value for money - Excellent location. Excellent value for money. Very helpful staff. Much better than most of the alternatives for the same price in the area. The rooms can be very noisy on the street side. There is a club directly opposite. Depending on what happens around 4am it can be very boisterous. The rooms are very good though so pack a mask and ear plugs would be my recommendation.
• Vicki (2/5): Aweful, depressing and very disappointing - Close to shopping area and eateries Going out of it Not a lot Problems started from the beginning , i went for surgery so i couldnt walk very far wanted hotel with breakfast which on thete advert they said breakfast could be provided for additional charge. This was one of the main reasons for booking. When i checked regarding the breakfast i was told they didnt do it. I explained there misleading customers there it was in black and white and a picture of a breakfast bar. I asked for a refund and they said they never advertised it when i checked the picture and breakfast cost etc had been removed. I asked for refund but was refused. I got the hotel and it was aweful, red carpet through reception was dirty. One particular member of staff was rude ignoring my partner at the desk whilst he was on his phone, my partner had to speak up in the end. Got to the room and we was in shock window faced a brick wall 15cm aaway so no natural light which was depressing. Clumps of hair on the floor other hair on the bed and matress stained in places. The shower looked filthy tile grout and selant black with mold . Then there was the music from nightlclubs they rocked the room from 8pm to 4pm base music. This was pretty unbearable and my partner got no sleep till it stopped but then after a couple of hours then staff were making noise and the slamming of doors from everyone shook the room. There were also a few power cuts some a few hours long which added to riskng me falling no lights aswell inconvenience. Shower tray filled up so had to turn it off to empty it so didnt flood room mid wash. No tea and coffee making facilities which we thought was standard. When askex to change room on night we arrived we were told there was no others . We stuck the misery out for 8 days because of thst initial contact with staff and their lack do attitude. After 8 days i contacted the manager on booking .com he come to the room after this we explained our dispair and was moved to a different room which was better with window and no music blasting

• othman (1/5): Horrible hotel à fuit ! - Hôtel très sale, poussière sous le lit, les draps sont sale, la douche est sale, le mitigeur fuit, l’évacuation est bouchée, trop de bruit, pas de serviettes à disposition, personnel non professionnel, pas d’eau chaude le matin jusqu’à midi L’ emplacement mais pas d’isolation phonique donc on dirait on dort dans la rue
