Alfred (7/5): Overall, the stay was convenient but affected by several maintenance issues. - The property has spacious rooms and is conveniently located with easy access to local transportation, making it simple to get to central Rome. The air conditioning was a plus as it was really hot, and I appreciated the nearby shops. The neighborhood seemed decent, I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. The electricity tripped very often, especially when the air conditioners were on, which was a constant hassle as I had to keep resetting it. Additionally, the listing failed to mention that the air conditioning was only available in three of the bedrooms. The fourth bedroom had only a small fan, which was not sufficient to cool the room and felt unfair to those staying in that room. Furthermore, there were two bathrooms, but one of the doors didn’t have a lock and had an almost see-through glass, which compromised privacy. The other bathroom was missing a toilet seat, adding to the overall inconvenience.
