• Sergey (5/5): - Pretty central location. The biggest issue is the host. The apartment was not ready by check in time. There was no reasonable action from the host apart pinging cleaners. Check in was delayed by 1 hour. The apartment is nice, but overpriced - you pay for the location mostly. Bathrooms need some renovation, water pressure is pretty low.

• Julia (7/5): Overall great stay, it be great to introduce some improvements and it could be excellent. - We stayed 9 nights.The location is amazing, it was quiet even though this is an area with lots of restaurants. The balcony and living room is amazing to meet with friends and spend evenings with family, really great for warm evening in Rome. The balcony has a view on the St Angelo roof, you can see tourists on the rooftop. The rooms are large and comfortable, clean. There was a lot of capsules for washing machine and dish washer, appreciated for a long stay. Shouldn’t be a problem for people who doesn’t need accessibility. The apartment does have a lift, but also it has stairs in the foyer before lift and after the lift before entrance to the apartment. This makes it quite inconvenient for people with strollers. As we stayed with baby, it was quite uncomfortable to get out and in the apartment. The floor was a bit dirty, as I walked in socks and they were black after couple of minutes. Bathroom floors were clean. The second bathroom has a shower and boiler, but you cannot take shower there as it is barely warm and water tank is tiny, so wasn’t able even to wash hair. The support tried to help us, but the instruction didn’t work and we didn’t have time to figure it out and spend more time on comms. But the support was very responsive. Basically we only had a bath. The bath doesn’t have a door so after taking a shower the whole floor is wet. When we checked in, we didn’t check everything and in the evening we realized that there were no blankets on the beds, and the nights were already chilly in October. The local support center was not accessible after 9pm. We had to search to the apartment and the drawers with “privato” label to find blankets. They were clean and great. We didn’t know whether we can use them but we had too, as it was cold. The local service checked on us in the morning, and it was ok. There was no tea and only one capsule for a coffee machine. There is no microwave, which we need to heat baby milk, but I used a stove.

• Lisa (8/5): A very enjoyable stay in an absolutely lovely flat that needs only a few tweaks to be outstanding. - The location of this apartment is top notch…close to everything, shops, sites, easy access to public transportation, yet it is just off the beaten tourist path. The apartment itself is bright, beautiful and very quiet. The towels and sheets, beds…all extremely lush and comfortable. There is so much storage! I also love the layout of the flat…the bedrooms are on the lower floor, the living space, terrace and kitchen are above, so those who sleep-in or go to bed early can do so in complete peace and privacy. Unfortunately both bathrooms are on the lower level, which means lots of stair climbing. This was fine for me, but may be an issue for some. While the couches in the living room were good for lounging with your legs tucked up under you, they are as deep as a single mattress so, even with the extra throw pillows, they are not comfortable for just sitting and conversing. The terrace is a stunning addition, however, the plants were seriously wild, overgrown, and crowded the dining space. (I finally trimmed them back so that I could walk around without catching on vines, and sit at the table without getting poked by plants or bothered by bees.) Also, given the lux price of the flat, I would have expected to find soaps in the bathroom, a coffee pot (or at least a few pods for the nespresso) and perhaps a welcome folder listing area recommendations, apartment information, tips, etc.
• Boris (10/5): Highly recommended for families or friends. - Vita has met us on the street in front of the apartment and walked us in. She provided all the information about the facilities and rules. The place is amazing. Exactly as on the pictures: large bedrooms with a lot of storage on the 1st floor and a living room with a terrasse and amazing view on the 2nd. AC works well. Perfect location: short walking distance from everywhere. Everything was great.
• Athanasios (8/5): An overpriced yet nice, convenient and comfortable stay - Location, host, available space, terrace with jasmin The van taxi agreed with the host charged 10% on arrival (pay by card), without prior agreement. The air-conditioning was not functioning properly and had to ask the host pass by and fix it. At least a welcome bottle of water in the fridge could make the difference.
