• Aguilera (6/5): - buena ubicación. tanto la zona como el apartamento son agradables Realmente es un apartamento para cuatro personas, la cama del salón no sirve para adulto, hay que utilizar el sofá , pero ambas cosas son realmente incómodas Además el apartamento en el salón, y en una de las habitaciones que da a la calle tenía muchas hormigas También esta escaso de sartenes, solo teníamos una que debia ser utilizada tanto para tostar pan, porque tampoco tiene tostador, como para hacer cualquier cosa
• Svetoivanec (3/5): zadovoljilo u pogledu jednog spavanja - Najviše kreveti i to je to. Kupaonica je bila mala, skromno namještena i neprivlačna za korištenje. Drveni podovi koji nisu iste razine. Na fotografiji prostor izgleda veće. Najgore što je netko u 22 sata navečer radio sa bušilicom. uglavnom prostor nije bio toliko ugodan kako sam očekivala iz opisa i fotografije.

• Antonio (8/5): Goede accommodatie in een leuke buurt met een kleine badkamer - 2 slaapkamers aanwezig met 4 personen ideaal. Veel te kleine badkamer. Wastafel was net zo groot als een toiletwasbak. Miste kastruimte in slaapkamer.
• Carl (7/5): - Beliggenhed, sengene fine, der var det der skulle være til et ophold med afslapning og madlavning. Rengøringen var ikke i orden, en del skimmelsvamp i badeværelse på væg, vindues karme, bag synlig rør. Ved indgang til hoveddør arrangement ikke rengjort i meget lang tid, direkte ildelugtende når man åbnede hoveddøren. Der manglede spand med mob der kunne bruges sammen, så vi selv kunne vaske, var der 16 dage. De kom så og desinficerede badeværelset og der var så ikke mere i det + vaskespand der ikke kunne bruges med vaskekosten. Gangen ikke rengjort endnu.

Neighborhood is easy to walk around to various shops, restaurants and bars. Many restaurants, so you have lots of variety to choose from.

• Jun (4/5): Disappointing - It is in a quiet residential area. The night we checked in, the doorbell phone continued to make a loud noise. It cannot be repaired after contacting customer service. My wife, two children and I spent the entire evening surrounded by loud noises. The next morning they fixed the doorbell phone and said they would contact us to discuss compensation. After multiple contacts and complaints, we were able to receive a small amount of compensation. Based on our experience, this was not a pleasant stay.
• Eva (5/5): The stay was fine but the amenities were a little disappointing - Great location, the beds were also great. Felt like it was missing some things in the kitchen for example, there were only 2 wine glasses but 4-6 of other glasses, also no drying rack for the cutlery and dishes to dry on in the kitchen. The bathroom was tiny and everything got soaked when you took a shower. The cleanliness was also not up to standard. There was no trash bin anywhere in the apartment as well.
• Sharee (4/5): Ok…. But could have been better - I booked through booking.com and they never sent me joining instructions or the lock box code. I had to phone the help number several times and they kept saying that they sent me a message on my app… but I never received a message. The entrance to the building was not clean, the neighbors upstairs were loud all 3 nights that we were there and the kitchen set up was very limited.
• Patrycja (8/5): Very good - We visited as a group of 5 and the apartment was spacious enough for all of us to comfortably enjoy it. It was generally clean (floors, bedding, flat surfaces) but unfortunately we found lipstick stains on some of the wine glasses, so we had to thoroughly clean the rest of the dishes and cutlery. Bathroom was small but there were no issues with the water temperature/pressure. The mattresses were a dream and we struggled to leave the bed in the morning, very comfy. The neighbourhood is great for commute as well as walking, the metro is less than 5 minutes away and there's lots of vintage shops around. The apartment was quiet and we had no issues with the neighbours, or street noise, despite the apartment being on the ground floor. In general, a truly cozy experience 🙂

Good space to host a family òf 4, equipment to prepare breqkfast and easy lunch..good communication with the hosts. Clean and very nicely decorated. Small bathroom but we knew it. A bit more of storage area for a longer stay, would be appreciated
• Debbie (6/5): Lovely apartment, needs more kitchen atuff - Although the Booking confirmation said checkin was at 3pm, a message was sent to say 4pm. Luckily the cleaner let us in at 3pm so we could go shopping after a long day of travelling The property manual indicated a washing machine. Im still waiting for a reply of a message I sent at 5pm of checkin. We were also left with less that a quarter of roll of toilet paper, so thanks to us the next couple of guests will have some after we had to buy a packet of 10 rolls. The kitchen needs more utensils eg salad bowls, baking tray, oven dish - it was really hard to cook a meal for my family.
• Janet (2/5): Very bad experience. Had to vacate in a few days because no washer and the bathroom door has no lock and there’s no prop - The beds were comfortable No lock in the bathroom. Very small. No washer in the unit as mentioned in the description. Very difficult to contact the customer service to get the problem resolved. No one answers the call.
• Rike (6/5): We had a family trip to Copenhagen, our flat was pretty and in a lovely neighbourhood but very expensive an cold. - - nice neighborhood - stylish interior - absolutely cold, heating out of order (or even dripping) in autumn - the staff wasn’t very helpful to fix the problem during our stay - not a lot of equipment to cook etc. - tiny bathroom - expensive - not equipped for family need e.g. baby bed, high chair or secured electric cables)
• Louise (5/5): Copenhagen is a great city, but never again in this apartment! - Location Bathroom much too small!! Not a proper door, bad smell in bathroom. Rental agency not supportive at all . We had problems with entrance door and were locked out, took hours till someone reacted. Very difficult to get in contact with Agency. Mails and calls were ignored!!

No tea or coffee: not too expensive but always looks like a nice gesture of hospitality A bottle of oil would be also amazing - as pans and pots are provided Very noisy place: you can hear every move and step of neighbors above your head. I can tell you - they start early! A window of a second bedroom looks at the inner yard, straight onto litter bins: not nice, loud as people use them constantly, it smells. And there is no option to open a window just to let some air in - it's a top-to-floor French-style window (literally doors). And the flat is located on the ground floor. No hangers for clothes.
