- Chupy_83 (8/5): soggiorno comfortable, just see the cleaning issue. - Large and comfortable apartment, located near several bus stops. Quiet area. Very easy check-in. It needed a bit of cleaning, and as soon as we got inside the apartment there was a strong smell of marijuana.

- Amy (7/5): Easy stay - Property was fine for what we were using it for (out most of the time). Everything we needed was there. Right next to some shops and bus stops which is helpful. Fair amount of space in each room which was nice. We felt the bathroom could do with some work, there was a fair amount of mould and the sink and shower took a long time to drain. We weren’t looking for luxury but a couple bits could have a bit more time spent on them. There was also a huge stack of envelopes at the door when I arrived which made me wonder when someone was last in.

- Laurence (10/5): We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We really enjoyed it. - The property was spacious and comfortable. If we did have any issues the host was in contact at all times. It was quiet and the rest of the block was quiet too. There are local bus routes and supermarkets all nearby. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

None of the windows worked properly, There were no curtains and the blinds were so far from the windows we would get blinded in morning at 5am when the sun got up. The balcony wasn’t closed properly when we entered There were essential things missing from the kitchen such as bowls or a cutting board.

From the apartment you can get very easily to the city center of London. The neighboorhood wasn't always that quiet at night which sometimes was a bit annoying.

Host accessible Please consider providing more cups and cutlery; An apartment like this is usually booked by a group, not just one person. Only one cup, one spoon and one fork were available. Also no pots were available, so either one has to travel with their own pots (not ideal) or buy takeaway. This defeats the purpose of the having a cooker in the kitchen.

- Neil (8/5): Good family option. - Nice apartment. Clean and well maintained. Quite spacious. No real issue, had to hunt a bit for a parking space. Not too close to an underground station (30 minute walk).
- Xiang (6/5): Excellent if the boiler does not make noise. - Rooms are well decorated. Sunny rooms. Clean kitchen. The host is available to answr the phone easily. The boiler in the room with two single bed was screaming in the evening. The host promise to repair it, but cannot do it promptly due to engineer availability. Thus, we were sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room, which was fine. But we wasted a room.

- Hsu (10/5): It felt like home sweet home. 🤩 - The area was nice, cozy, hot water was provided and plus all you can watch Netflix which was amazing! Owner was easy to contact as well overall everything was the exact same thing shown in the picture. Most definitely will come back to stay and very well recommended 🤗. The upstairs neighbor were some-nights noisy but nothing could be done.
