• Miloš (7/5): Administrativa s fakturou uplne potlacila pripadne pozitivne dojmy z pobytu a ubytovania. - Napriek viacerym vyzvam a slubom mi majitel nebol schpny poslat fakturu za ubytovanie. Cim mi zbytocne komplikuje uctovnictvo.

• Gabriela (8/5): Hermoso Venecia y ubicación - Ubicación excelente. Luminoso. Es amplio. Cocina muy cómoda. Olor a gas en la entrada y en el ático. El dormitorio de una cama tenía un colchón malo.el horno estaba sucio. Hay bastante escalera como para subir valijas grandes.

• Taran-Bogasieru (10/5): Minunat! - Locație centrală, foarte aproape de Piata San Marco și de Vaporetto. Apartament spațios , curat, lenjerie de pat și prosoape albe, dotat cu toate facilitățile necasare - uscător păr, fier și masă de călcat, mașina de spălat rufe, gel de duș, săpun de mâini ( noi fiind 2 familii -7 persoane) Gazdă amabilă și foarte primitoare! Chiar dacă sunt câteva scări de urcat , gazda ne-a oferit posibilitatea de depozitarea bagajelor foarte mari , contra cost bineînțeles la firme speciale ( noi am avut bagaj de 32 kg). Aer condiționat , Wi-Fi excelent! Suntem foarte mulțumiți de această cazare, vom reveni și o recomandăm cu drag!

• Zsolt (4/5): bed bugs !!! :-( - - We believe that the accommodation has been infected with bed bugs. We have immediately informed the landlord to take the appropriate steps to clean the apartement for the future guests. We have provided photographic evidence of the infection and have also informed the landlord about our additional costs we had: doctor, ozone treatment of two flat two times, medicine, antibioticum, sick leave..... No response. - The landlord cannot communicate in English either verbally or in writing. And he was not there when we arrived. - Francesco helps to the owner he can speak English, he is a good man, helpfull, friendly, but he was not reachable when we arrived that is why the enter was very difficult when we arrived. The email written in Italian langauge was not clear at all for me about the enter into the apartement. We reached the owner on phone but he does not speak english at all. We informed them ontime about the arrival time. - The address was at wrong location in googlemaps app(another end of the street).

• Wojciech (4/5): Bed bugs :( - It's a very good location, close to St Marc's Square. Apartament is quite spacious with an extra space in the loft area, 5 people could stay in there comfortably. Stairs can be difficult for an elderly or people with mobility problems. Unfortunately we discoverd "bed bugs" after our second night and requested a change. Staff member was trying to be helpful but lack of english made this a bit difficult. At the end of the day and after a lot of whatsapp messages using google translate, we have been moved to another apartament. Hopefuly this apartament can be properly disinfected and cleaned.

• Sean (9/5): Stylish, quiet and super centrally located apartment in Venice ... not to be missed. - Beautifully decorated apartment, with stylish finish in all aspects. Any location in Venice seems to be "central", and this falls into that category. The rooms were spacious and super quiet. There is a wonderful cafe on the left, directly outside the apartment in, serving a hit of excellent coffee when needed, along with other goodies on offer. A very helpful and responsive host. Venice is a bit of a "rabbit warren" to find your way around first time. We got the boat ferry from the airport to Rialto, where we were met off the boat by a member of the staff. They guided us along the way to the hotel, which is about an 8 mins easy walk. There are a few bridges along the way (it is Venice after all), so having wheels on your suit case will significantly help with the journey. Fridge was on the blink on the first day we arrived but was fixed the following day, quickly & efficiently by the host, who was helpful and responsive.
• Csigonc (9/5): Superb - Well equipped apartment close to Canal Grande and Piazza San Marco. Spacious rooms, great hospitality. Beds enough for a family of six. The air conditioning could have been better. Due to construction regulations only mobile air conditioners were in the master bedroom and upstair bedroom which do not perform as good as split types.

• Mehmet (5/5): Passable - The location was very good. there was a lot of mosquitos bit us, there was a wifi modem but not connection, we called the flat owner to notify him wifi was not working, but he diid not replied our call, the flat is clean but the The attic was dusty, I had allergic to dust that’s why I could not sleep
• Maria (8/5): I went with a group of friends and we all agreed that it was a great location. The owner was kind to let us leave our ba - Location and cleanliness. Many bedrooms. The terrace wasn’t accessible. A bit of maintenance needed. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly.
