• Alina (3/5): - El apartamento está en el tercer piso de un condominio residencial. En cada piso hay 2 apartamentos. La distribución es cómoda. Y en general todo estaría bien, si no fuera por lo siguiente: Justo después de llegar fuimos a Chedraui y compramos productos de limpieza; ¡lo dejamos limpio! (saludos a quienes vivirán después de nosotros). Los vecinos de enfrente, unas 10 personas, están constantemente fumando en el pasillo, hablando, gritando, cantando, etc. Si las paredes no fueran tan delgadas… pero escuchábamos todo. Además, en el apartamento había un olor constante a tabaco. En general, el apartamento está muy impregnado de humo. También es evidente que no cambian la ropa de cama: había pelos y rastros de suciedad (posiblemente huellas de pies). La piscina. Muy conveniente, literalmente al lado de la casa. Sin embargo, es una sola piscina para todo el complejo de 100 (¿o más?) apartamentos. Siempre está llena de gente. Hasta las 3 de la madrugada los vecinos ponían música muy fuerte, gritaban entre ellos y celebraban el viernes (supongo). Nosotros también lo “escuchamos”. La playa está a aproximadamente una hora del apartamento en un solo sentido. Más abajo había un comentario de una mujer con niños; refleja la situación real. Sí, los platos, la estufa, todo estaba grasoso. Teníamos una reserva por 3 días, pero nos fuimos después de la primera noche. Me alegro por quienes se queden después de nosotros. ¡El apartamento está limpio! Gracias a mi esposo, que no contempla otras opciones de alojamiento. La calificación no corresponde a la realidad. En absoluto. The apartment is on the third floor of a residential condominium. There are two apartments on each floor. The layout is comfortable. And overall everything would be fine, if not for the following: Right after arriving, we went to Chedraui and bought cleaning products—we left it clean! (Greetings to those who will stay after us.) The neighbors across the hall, about 10 people, were constantly smoking in the corridor, talking, shouting, singing, etc. If the walls weren’t so thin… but we could hear everything. Also, there was a constant smell of tobacco in the apartment. Overall, the apartment is heavily saturated with smoke. It is also obvious that they don’t change the bed linen: there were hairs and traces of dirt (possibly footprints). The pool: very convenient, literally next to the building. However, it is just one pool for the entire complex of 100 (or more?) apartments. It is always crowded. Until 3 a.m., the neighbors played very loud music, shouted to each other, and celebrated Friday (I suppose). We “enjoyed” that too. The beach is about an hour away from the apartment one way. Below there was a comment from a woman with children—it reflects the real situation. Yes, the dishes, the stove, everything was greasy. We had a reservation for 3 days, but we left after the first night. I feel sorry for those who stay after us. At least the apartment is clean now! Thanks to my husband, who doesn’t consider other accommodation options. The rating does not reflect reality at all.

• Paula edith (8/5): Muchas gracias Angie por recibirnos ! - Las instalaciones súper cómodas , cuentan con Lavarropas , súper seguro barrio cerrado Algo alejado al centro de Cancún , si o si te alquilas un auto y ya solucionado la distancia
• MGlez (9/5): - El precio por el tamaño del departamento y la alberca está muy bien justificado La limpieza y detalles de presión de agua, fuga en el baño, se resolvieron muy rápido pero deberían estar listos antes de la entrega y no resolviendo en el camino

• Amberle (8/5): Had a great stay for the time we were there - The pool was amazing Lack of linens 3 towels provided no dish cloth or dish towels hand towels only one roll or toilet paper. The dishes are few one glass very minimal supplies
• Lawson (1/5): Bad - Nothing It is filthy full of cockroaches, I kindly cleaned it, deep cleaned it and it wasn’t appreciated one bit. We felt as though they was racist, the host isn’t even there he has a friend who lives there taking payments etc. Gas & water ran out and we had to just wait until owners friend wasn’t busy… we was watched & followed constantly by the surrounding people which is just creepy. It was very unsanitary and the owner doesn’t care one bit he stated he doesn’t live here so he can only do so much with the feedback he gets. It was very unsafe my charger set on fire in night thank the lord I woke up with 2 little ones next to me. I washed all bedding as it was filthy and then they left us with no water for 2 days. Nieghbour’s party around pool until early hours but complained about my autistic child crying it’s one rule for them and another for you. They made rules up as they went along and took zero accountability in reality this place is a dump and they are evidentially just trying to get extra money, as much as I respect everyone trying this place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. There is no maliciousness in my review just facts I STRONGLY urge British french German Canadian American to not come here. It smells of sewage constantly! I’m purely leaving this review to help others not go through what we had too, and just to add it took us ages to leave we had to threaten to ring police it felt as though they was trying to hold us against our will. This place is unsafe, unsanitary and I strongly urge British citizens anyone from England or USA don’t come here it’s really dangerous and your not surrounded by anything it’s a commute to go anywhere even supermarket. The location is another awful factor. Also be prepared for children screaming, blackouts, there is a darker side to mexico and we got an insight.

• Siguirit (7/5): Good enough if you rent a car - Angelica attention was great, information about tours, busses, or other kind of things she was very supportive. Location wasn't the best but good enough if you rent a car. Safe area, nice pool, warm neighbors. No kitchen utensils enough for 3 people,(spoons and forks are basic). Old pillows and smelly really strong. Bins with old rubbish in it. Chairs are not old, but unstable.
