• Michael (8/5): Hidden secret - At start of soi 8 in a alleyway in the thick of things. For its location it was remarkably quiet with a small room, hot water and a good price. Will revisit Was a bit hard to find initially and for grab driver.

• Richard (7/5): Good - Close to many restaurants, easy access to BTS sky train. Nice friendly staff and easy check in. Could be a little bit cleaner. Not dirty but the bathroom could use an upgrade. No window in the room.

• Farhana (8/5): Very good - I like the location very much. All the staffs are very good and helpful. One lady staff was too good. She gave me her umbrella because of rain. Thanks to her again.. They keep my all baggage safe. I will go to Bangkok again and stay in their hotel again. I didn’t like their bathroom at all. They have some toilet repair problems. They have no lift.

• David (2/5): Not as described. Poor wi-fi. I will never return. - Leaving. There was no laundry service despite being advertised on the site. No ATM despite being advertised. No bath robe despite being advertised. Because these advertised services were not available I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere. They refused. The wifi was really bad. It was not available about 30% of the time. When it was available it was rarely good enough for streaming video. There was only one cupboard but it was full of dangling wires. The walls are too thin. I could hear the music from the night club next and the person in the next room using their phone or having sex. There was a cockroach in the shower room. There is a window but it faces a wall of the next building a few inches away so does not let in any light. The only fire exit is the door at the front of the building. No rear fire exit as the wall is too close to the window to climb out of in an emergency. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and because of the lack of a rear fire exit I would say it is unfit to be a hotel.

• Kwasnik (5/5): Next time I would likely stay at Lyf Hotel. More expensive, but better maintained, it seems. - We always eat out. No problem, lots of restaurants within 3 minute walk. Great location. Hotel is 2 or 3 stars to me. Love the location. Hard to find hotel at first (small hotel on side street) but it is convenient! Sink in bathroom had leak. I never complained, so not fixed. Rooms are a bit small but ok.
