En la terraza está muy bien para desayunar y descansar La zona de Termini tiene mucha inmigración, pero es verdad que al final yo no he visto ningún movimiento desagradable

• Markus (10/5): Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome! - The apartment is very spacious and looks exactly as advertised. It feels newly built and has everything you need for a longer stay. Our host, Roberta, was very friendly and responsive, even on short notice. The location near Roma Termini is super convenient, with easy access to the metro and quick connections to places like the Colosseum and other major attractions. The floor was dirty and could’ve used some damp wiping, but this was easily fixed.
• Brianna (9/5): Modern and clean! - This property is great for a bigger group! There was AC in every room (and it worked really well). Came with a kitchen, 2 restrooms, washer, iron and patio. Host was soooo nice and accommodating! I can see why there’s high ratings. Would definitely be back. Honestly the location is a bit further from attractions, but 5 minute walk to Roma Termini station!
• Joseph (9/5): Overall the apartment was great, only very minor negatives. I'd recommend, and would return again! - The apartment and terrace were great. Apartment is gated and very safe environment. There were three bedrooms, plenty of space and the washer/dryer came in handy. The bed in one room sags in the middle, but I think it's because the legs underneath were broken. This should be easy to fix. Also, the door to enter the apartment was a bit tricky to unlock, but a little jiggling did the trick.

It make our stays feel - Communication before and after the stay Super spacious and clean If I will need to said one, the location is more neighbourhoods which you see many foreigners. Felt unsafe at night, but the locals told us is pretty ok.

• Psa1mee (10/5): Would definitely stay here again with a big group and recommend that you do too! - -location so convenient to all the main tourist spots and close to train station -apt itself was clean and spacious -loved the added convenience of a washer/dryer on site -staff were amazing, accommodating, understanding and just the nicest! Our stay was excellent! Matilde and (randy I think) were so helpful! The apartment was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay in Rome. Close to transportation and to restaurants that we had many choices to eat from. -small elevator but that's just europe I guess -Can't arrive too early because it's not like a hotel with a lobby/reception to watch your luggage until check-in
• Emilija (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was great and met the expectations - the description also corresponds to reality, maybe it should be written that some single beds are fold-out armchairs, although this would not have influenced the decision to choose this apartment. The apartment had everything you need for a start - from coffee to hygiene products. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy a carefree vacation.
• Kristina (10/5): COLD, Large, clean apartment! - We stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. We were a party of 7, with three children. I have stayed in Rome many times. Air conditioning is not something easy to come by in this city, or it is ineffective when found. This was not the case here. This apartment had strong split AC air conditioning units in every room! The rooms were extremely clean white white linens. Three rooms all had their own door. The terrace was a great place to relax in the evening. It was shaded for most of the day. I got the impression this apartment was newly remodeled because everything seemed new and unused. Both of the bathrooms were immaculate. Matilde was wonderful checking us in and being informative! She also helped set up a birthday surprise in advance. She gave us several restaurant recommendations and was reachable our entire stay. I would stay here again. The area this apartment is a little rough around the edges however it is located within walking distance of most of Romes tourist attractions. We also were able to call an Uber easily. The main train station is very convenient and close. The apartment was up one flight of stairs (elevator available), and had several locking doors. I felt safe the whole time. This would probably not be the best for wheelchairs because the bathrooms were elevated up a step from the rest of apartment.
