• Davide (9/5): Felice scoperta - Dovendo andare al foro Italico per gli Internazionali di tennis, posizione top. Dimensioni, pulizia ottime. Dotazioni in cucine ottime. L'oste Mario super disponibile Abbastanza rumorosa e un po' umida.

• Maurizio (5/5): Raffreddore - La posizione eccellente per lo stadio Olimpico Camera fredda e buia umida , sono stato due notti mi hanno dato un solo asciugamano che non si asciugava dal freddo.
• Guerra Cittadini (10/5): - Muy comodo departamento tanto la ubicación como instalaciones, tenia todo lo necesario para la estadía y comodidades. Muy acorde al precio. Fuimos 4 personas pero entran hasta 6 super bien. Funcionaba todo perfecto usamos microondas, secador de pelo, lavarropas, etc. Un poco húmedo ya que esta bajo el nivel de la calle pero no resulta un problema.

• RYSZARD (10/5): - Dobra lokalizacja.Przy pętli autobusowo-tramwajowej.Aktualnie tramwaj 2 jest zastąpiony busem zastępczym 2.Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.Samodzielne zameldowanie.Apartament znajduje sie ponizej parteru.Składa się z pokoju z małą kuchnią ,toalety i pokoju sypialnego.Pomieści się w nim 4-6 osób.Kuchnia zaopatrzona jest we wszysto.Łazienka z wanną jast duża i czysta.Pokoje czyste ze świeżą pościelą.Mieszkanie trochę wilgotne ze względu na polożenie.Są okna.

• Waldemar (7/5): - The apartment is super locked, good connection to the city by tram. It was clean and has all of the necessary equipment. Very pity we didn’t have warm water two days and the radiators didn’t work. The host solved the problem after two days, it was the halftime of our stay. The communication with the host was a little bit complicated.

• Giulia Carla (5/5): - Ambiente umido, ristrutturato da poco, ma semi-interrato e con rigonfiamenti da umidità sui muri. Impossibile aprire le mezze finestre senza tende che si affacciano su un cortile interno. Va bene per soggiornarvi solo la notte, come nel nostro caso.
• Alberto (6/5): - Posizione comoda per chi va allo stadio e agevole per muoversi con i mezzi Atac, si può raggiungere facilmente il centro. Il locale è situato non al pano terra ma in un seminterrato, la zona giorno era fredda, il termosifone non funzionava.
• Michał (6/5): It wasn’t clean but was alright - Nice entrance The whole bathroom was dirty. The bathtub, especially the shower behind the wall, was covered in mold. Water pressure of said shower left a lot to be desired. Also the provided bed covers were stained with (hopefully) coffee. Whole room smelled of chlorine or sewage (probably due to the fact that the room was below the ground level of which we hadn’t been notified until the day before our arrival).

• Tiziana (8/5): - Palazzo di eleganza storica. Ottimo per la vicinanza all'Olimpico, comodo anche per il centro, il capolinea della linea 2 è fuori dalla porta. Indicazioni precise e dettagliate dai gestori, pulito ed ordinato.

• Samuel (9/5): Well connected, clean and comfortable apartment at a great price. - Location is great for restaurants near ponte Milvio and the stadium and there is a bakery just round the corner. Being opposite the bus station is also handy for getting into central Rome. For some reason the property address is shown on Google maps as being five minutes away so took a little bit of extra time to find.

• Jonas (8/5): Very good - Quiet location with easy access to the City center. Spacious in a beautiful building. It's important to know that the apartment is semi underground with not much natural light/privacy. There are some issues with the plumbing (the kitchen sink didn't empty). Also due to the renovation works happening in other apartments (and there are a lot of them) it was extremely loud during the day (starting at 8.00) Lastly, while booking stated a certain extra amount for taxes per person be paid to the host, on arrival we were asked to pay more. That should be updated

• Lucy (10/5): Great place to stay highly recommend if you need to be in that area of Rome ( north of city centre) - super location that served our visit to Rome well, met the hosts on time who were most welcoming. great location with gated entrance which was reassuring, lovely apartment that was safe, quiet, beautifully decorated and super comfy! nothing! ( apart from the score!)
