Guest Reviews
- Marvin (9/5): Hammer Unterkunft! Immer wieder gern! - Sehr neuwertige Ausstattung/ Küche, große Zimmer und große Terrasse, hohe Zimmer die wirklich sehr schön sind! Leider etwas laut - Fenster sind etwas undicht.
- Matilda (10/5): Amazing stay-can’t say enough wonderful things about the apartment and host. - The apartment was amazing! The terrace was such a beautiful place to enjoy our meals and coffee in the morning. The location was perfect! And the host, Luca, was the best we’ve ever experienced! My husband fell while we were walking in Rome and Luca helped us get to the hospital and get him fixed up. He checked on us often to be sure we were okay. Luca also helped arrange our transportation to and from the airport i look forward to staying here on our next trip to Rome-so should you! Nothing, it was perfect
- Mads (9/5): - Dejligt område og god placering
- Sami (2/5): Noisy neighbourhood and dismissive host - not worth the price tag. - The location was good, close to a number of attractions and the metro. There was no hot water in the property. I contacted the owner twice but he was unable to fix the issue and dismissive when I complained. As with most major cities it was very noisy at night and the windows don't do much to keep the noise out, so worth considering.

- Aneta (7/5): - Apartament bardzo przestronny.
- Samantha (10/5): Absolutely wonderful, we will be back. - Ease of access, communications with host, beautiful apartment, well equipped. Close to Metro, close to supermarkets for essentials, great area. The entrance to the main ensuite has a motion sensor light that we couldn't disable and it was very bright at night
- Rafael (10/5): Good apartment with a great location. Communication was top notch. - Location
- John (10/5): Highly recommend - The property was exceptional. Perfect for us travelling with a teenage grandson. Very spacious and well equipped. Great location. A couple of minutes walk to St Peter’s Basilica. Clean, contemporary, spacious . Great location.
- Dan (10/5): - Comfortable space in an excellent part of town with great subway access and close enough to walk to many destinations. My family of five had a great time.
- DarShanna (4/5): Great location. That’s it. - Easy instructions to find the keys (once we contacted the property manager) Many things didn’t work. We probably should have suspected issues when we had to contact the manager for instructions to access the property.
Water pressure was terrible. Hot water takes at least 5 minutes to arrive (and it’s a tankless heater). The “bidet hose” (in the primary bedroom) doesn’t work. It leaks all over floor. The faucet in the sink in the primary bedroom was very loose (moved when you turned it on) and also zero water pressure. Overall, the primary bathroom was virtually unusable except for the toilet. If you are staying for more than a couple of days, be sure to buy your own TP.
The electric outlets are too small for their own iron and hair dryer so we had to dry our hair in the hall. There are weird windows between the bathrooms, as if they once went outside. The Smoke detectors are not connected to any connections. There are cobwebs on the walls/ceilings.
There’s a bar right below that is very loud (late and early) so if you are sensitive to noise, be aware.
Finally, they deauthorized entry key code one day short of paid stay. There was a key but we weren’t aware of what it went to until we contacted the manager to get into the building.
- Tina (9/5): Super dejligt sted som jeg varmt kan anbefale - Dejligt sted. Tæt på mange seværdigheder. Mange restauranter mv. i området.
Wenig wasserdruck. Nachbarschaft laut. Aber schön
- Eden (8/5): Excellent apartment in really cool part of the City - Sound insulation from outside
- Kyle (9/5): Superb -
- Stefano (9/5): Superb -
- Kim (5/5): Great location, but expected more for such an amount of money - Location is amazing One bathroom didn’t work, we had issue with hot water in main bathroom, I needed to make my own bed.
- Grace (9/5): Superb - Very clean, modern, spacious and good location One of the showers was a bit hard to work/bit cold
- Dr (9/5): Superb -
- Tori (10/5): The property was beautiful and Mr. Luca does an excellent job with communication. -
- Aldo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chantal (9/5): Great place to stay at. Great host. - Everything was great. Loved the apartment and the terrace. Luca was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Love that there was an espresso machine available. For those sensitive to noise, the street can get a bit noisy. It didn't bother me that much but my traveling partner was sensitive to it. I missed a milk frother for my morning cappuccino.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is stunning, beautifully clean on arrival, and facilities amazing. The location, was perfect for us, as very close to Vatican City, and within easy walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Well stocked supermarkets on the street corner, an abundance of restaurants (the owner provided us with their personal recommendations), and other shopping less than 5 mins walk away, and felt very safe when walking, even at night, and only 30 minutes from the airport. We would not hesitate to return and have already recommended to the rest of our family. Nothing! We loved everything about the apartment and have nothing negative to say!
- Matthew (5/5): Beautiful apartment, bring your ear plugs! - Beautiful apartment and lots of space and high specification. If you’re a light sleeper - Noise from other apartments and street late at night and early morning (restaurants/shops), apartment is on first floor and next to road which meant lack of sleep, bring your ear plugs! However it’s expected as most buildings are very old in Rome.
- Lennart (10/5): I wouldn't hesitate to book the same place if I was going back. - It is a lovely apartment, close to the Vatican. It has all the features you can ask for, even a Terrace. There is a great market, Mercato Trionfale, close by, and for weekends there is a supermarket, Pewex City. Luca was very helpful. The beds would greatly benefit from a thin top mattress, but they were not bad, I slept well. The apartment is on top of a restaurant, and one evening the terrace smelled of frying oil, and one morning they started blasting loud music at 6 am. The rest of the time (we were there for eight days), it didn't bother us at all. The apartment is on the first floor with bedrooms towards the street, so it's not super quiet, but I sleep lightly and I was not bothered. The street is reasonably quiet for Rome.
- Nanami (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (10/5): Had a great time. - Great location, hosts organised return transport for us. The balcony was a bonus.
- Roy (10/5): Would love to stay here again 🙂🙂 - Beautiful apartment 😊 Only one set of keys 🙁
- Geraldine (9/5): Superb -
- Steven (6/5): We’re from USA , we like conveniency - Very new, clean, quiet, the place was great except it would of been nice it we had enough towels for 3 nights maybe soap and shampoo for 3 nights, Family of four, only 2 set of towels , not 4 sets got other 2 set of Towels 2nd day. I would of thought 3 nights stay towels for 3 nights. They had a washer not dryer no instructions to use them.
- Victor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Frederic (9/5): Beautiful and resting place to visit Roma. - Very nice and comfortable Apartment, with nice location very close to Vatican and to subway
Easy to park a car in close garage. Lack of dishes, no bowl or mug for breakfast
- Elise (9/5): Superb - Property was great. Large, well appointed, lovely. Very spacious. Well located-15 minutes from St. Peter's. Nice neighborhood restaurants and stores. Need more cups or mugs.
