It was the perfect place to relax after busy days visiting the sights in Luxor for our family of 7. The host was super kind. Breakfast was good. We felt really really welcome.

We would like to particularly thank Mohammed who took excellent care of us, and prepared delicious Egyptian breakfast for us each day. He was really friendly and made us feel like home. We will return with the rest of our family! Nothing
• Koen (9/5): Heel fijn verblijf - mooi huis, tuin en zwembad. Mohammed die voor het ontbijt zorgde is een sympathieke man. Nijl (en overzetbootjes) op minder dan 10' wandelen, restaurant van hotel Panorama vlakbij (mooi dakterras en lekker eten, wel heel lang wachten). En het is natuurlijk een fantastische bestemming, ook al tracht iedereen je met de glimlach zoveel mogelijk geld afhandig te maken :) De omgeving is veilig, ook 's nachts. Meer verduistering in 1 kamer, matrassen aan vervanging toe. spijtig dat de omgeving (zoals overal) vol plasticafval ligt.
• Manon (10/5): Endroit magnifique ! - La villa est juste sublime ! Décorée avec énormément de soin et de goût. Gaber est une personne très gentille qui nous a organisé un petit planning de visite. L’accès à la villa n’est pas toujours évident et certains chauffeurs ne trouvaient pas tout de suite, mais c’est le seul petit point négatif! Rien!

• qian (9/5): - 房子很漂亮，孩子们在酒店玩得很开心。 Gaber也非常热心，帮着点外卖和联系包车。 开始以为位置一般，汽车进村较为颠簸，直到出门走路十分钟后就可以上船尼罗河落日，才发现位置其实不错。 卫生一般。
• Nicole (10/5): - This villa was amazing - very unique and memorable. Having been travelling for a few weeks it was a great place to stop for a few days, with the family able to spread out and all have their own room and kitchen and living areas as well. There was a very clean pool, although the weather wasn't warm enough to use it when we were there. The property even came with a resident cat! Having space -both in the villa and in the garden - felt like such a luxury from our previous cramped hotel rooms. However, it was the hospitality we received from Gaber and Mohammed were what really made it stand out. 2/5 of our family were unwell with the not so uncommon "Welcome to Egypt stomach bug". Our hosts organised dinner to be delivered for us, extra bathroom cleaning and even a trip to the doctor and pharmacy. We felt so very looked after and safe. The villa is quite dark inside, which makes sense 99% of the year when the sun is blazing. We caught a cooler spell, but there were plenty of lights and the garden lighting is spectacular at night.

• Simonet (9/5): De locatie was leuk en echt origineel, prachtige tuin. Bovenal het personeel maakte alles fantastisch. Mohammed zorgt vo - Het personeel was fantastisch en buitengewoon behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We misten op een van de kamers een gordijn voor de ramen.

• Laura (10/5): A true oasis - Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, even more stunning than in the pictures. It is a true oasis, one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. Gaber and Mohamed are excellent people, very helpful and respectful. We asked for privacy and they adapted perfectly. In addition, Gaber organized all the tours for us during our stay, completely personalized and accommodating new requests or unexpected changes. One of the best experiences we have ever had. • Mark (10/5): Beautiful house, dreamy gardens, huge pool, fantastic staff. - The villa is a beautiful oasis on the West Bank of Luxor, which feels like a world from the cruise ships and tourist chaos. However, a quick taxi ride or boat across the water will take you to the sights of the east bank, and out to the valley of the kings. There are plenty of locals to help with getting about. The house is beautiful—and the gardens are amazing- particularly at night when the blossom fills the air. Muhammad looked after us- great breakfast and anything at all we needed. Jaber helped us with trips and transport- both so friendly and helpful. Ps make sure you do the hot air balloon if you are there! Nothing. We loved it

There are a number of excellent restaurants from a 2 - 15 minute walk from its rural location.
