• Cecilia (9/5): - Walter el dueño nos recibió muy amablemente, y explicó todo para disfrutar la ciudad. El desayuno es abajo en un bar, pero nos preparaban para subirlo, eso tambien fue lindo. Cuando llegamos en vez de venir por subte, caminamos desde la estación, no fue una linda experiencia. Aunque el hotel está en una zona segura, llegar allí de esa manera no fue bueno

Virkel - Sød vært, der ved hjælp af Google Translate orienterede os på et kort om de vigtige steder i Napoli. Meget god og central placering på en ret stille gade. Dejligt værelse med elkedel og kaffemaskine inkl. kaffe, te og vand. Daglig rengøring. Hyggelig café nedenfor lejligheden med god morgenmad og kaffe. Sengen var hård at ligge på. Bruseren lidt svær at stå under pga. skæv vinkel.

Siamo stati accolti da subito con gentilezza e professionalità, oltre che da dolci freschi piacevolmente graditi. Per essere così centrale la struttura è tranquilla e si sentono poco i rumori. Forse unica cosa ascensore poco comodo, a volte utilizzabile solo con monetine. Stanza molto grande a volte un po' difficile da riscaldare per via dei muri alti e antichi.

Ho richiesto una sostituzione o l’aggiunta di un topper al proprietario. Hanno tempestivamente trovato una soluzione temporanea . Io consiglierei di sostituire o aggiungere un materasso!

• Jan Uwe (8/5): Extrem charmant, und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Fast wie privat, weil es so leer und ruhig war. - Ein riesiger Raum mit hohen Decken und deckenhohem Fenster zum Balkon begrüßte uns. Die Lage ist top in der historischen Altstadt. Alles ist super erreichbar. Man gelangt zum Eingang durch einen Innenhof. Im Durchgang dahin wird man erstmal von einem sehr freundlichen Italiener an einem kleinen „Wachtmeisterhäuschen“ begrüßt, da es Wohnungen und noch ein anderes Hotel im Haus gibt. Donna Laura Suite ist im Prinzip auch wie eine ehemalige große Wohnung, die zu Hotelzimmern umgebaut wurde. Da wir nach 19 Uhr ankamen, rollte der Inhaber - ein extrem freundlicher und auch lustiger italienischer Herr - etwas später auf seinem Motorroller an und führte uns in das - ansonsten an der Rezeption (einem Tisch im Vorraum) unbesetzte - Hotel. Erst einmal nahm er sich Zeit, um uns mit viel Begeisterung und Freude an einer Stadtkarte die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restauranttips zu geben. Achtung: Alles nur auf Italienisch! Aber verständlich mit Gesten usw. Da wegen des Jahreswechsels kein Frühstück im Haus angeboten wurde, gab‘s Frühstücksgutscheine für die authentische Espressobar an der Straße nebenan: Ein Heißgetränk und ein Stück Gebäck pro Person. Fanden wir charmant und authentisch. An Sylvester und Neujahr hatte auch diese Bar geschlossen. Aber: Wir fanden, toll in einer schicken Konditorschachtel, schon am Abend vorher jeweils tolles Süßgebäck auf dem Tisch, mit einem Gruß vom Inhaber (und eine Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher sind im Zimmer). An Sylvester hatte er uns sogar noch eine Flasche Spumante ins Zimmer gestellt.

• Filippo (7/5): - La posizione è molto comoda per girare il centro storico di Napoli. Camera ben curata e pulita. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile nello spiegarci nel dettaglio cosa visitare e come muoverci, fornendoci anche una cartina.

Stanza grande e spaziosa vista sulla strada, ma senza rumore; letti grandi, cuscini non molto comodi (troppo alti). Bagno nuovo, ma con alcune piccole imperfezioni (porta asciugamani che si staccava dalla parete), non c'era il riscaldamento nel bagno. Il secchio del bagno non era stato svuotato, ma appena è stato fatto notare hanno provveduto a farlo. Staff molto gentile e disponibile ci ha fornito mappa della città e informazioni varie e nel frigo una bottiglia da un litro e mezzo di acqua. Bel soggiorno! Metterei a disposizione dei cuscini più bassi e un termosifone o altro per poter scaldare il bagno!

La colazione è al bar proprio sotto l'appartamento. Lo staff è stato davvero molto disponibile e accogliente. Massima disponibilità anche nel lasciare i bagagli l'ultimo giorno in attesa di riprendere il treno. Nella camera c'era tutto il necessario con terrazzino che affaccia su via Duomo. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli, sicuramente tornerei qua.

Donna Laura é ina struttura eccezionale in un palazzo storico nel cuore di Napoli. Le stanze sono ampie, con soffitti alti e perfettamente puliti. Nonostante la posizione centrale abbiamo riposato tranquillamente senza sentire i rumori della strada. Ma l'esperienza non si ferma qua. Un valore aggiunto, infatti, é stato l'aspetto umano con l'incredibile simpatia della signora Patrizia, sempre pronta a venire in aiuto, e il sorriso di Nando, il portiere che tutti dovremmo avere. Insomma, non vediamo l'pra di tornare. Niente. É stato tutto perfetto

They provide a small breakfast at a cafe close by and the cafe people were lovely! I didn't like that I had to leave my room and walk down the hall to use the bathroom. It's plainly stated in the description that the bathroom was separate-but I didn't get that. My fault. But don't like leaving my room to walk down the hall to shower. They had other rooms where the bathroom was en suite. The price was very reasonable and that's why I chose it.

Petit bémol, la SDB WC bien que réservée à la chambre est indépendante de cette dernière. Le petit-déjeuner pris dans le café situé en bas de l’immeuble est un peu léger (boisson chaude et une viennoiserie)

Haben bei der Ankunft trotz früher Ankunft am Flughafen auf uns gewartet und uns schon einchecken lassen und viel Wissenswertes über Neapel erklärt. Die Lage direkt an der Altstadt ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, für ein langes Wochenende oder sogar mehr. Das Zimmer ist schön, mit hohen Decken, jeden Tag wurde saubergemacht. Können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Ci ha dato molte informazioni e ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie in struttura l'ultimo giorno senza problemi (il nostro volo era la sera tardi). La struttura é in una posizione ideale per visitare il centro, vicinissima a molte attrazioni turistiche ed anche alla metropolitana. La colazione non era niente di particolare, un cappuccino e una brioche al bar sotto casa. La camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole. Il piccolo frigorifero era rumoroso e dava fastidio di notte. Una doccia piú moderna sarebbe un possibile miglioramento.

Immaculate accommodation – Our family room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with a coffee machine, teas, and a mini fridge stocked with milk, juice, and water. Daily breakfast – Fresh croissants and brioche were served every morning, adding a warm and personal touch. Great location – Just a 20-minute walk to Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi stations, making it easy to explore Naples and take day trips to Rome, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast. Responsive service – The hosts were always available to answer questions and offer guidance, making us feel truly cared for. Honestly, nothing stood out as a negative. Everything—from the room to the service—was excellent. If we had to mention anything, perhaps a wider breakfast selection would be a nice future addition, but the current offering was fresh and satisfying.

The property is perfect—centrally located, just steps away from all the local amenities and major attractions. The staff were amazing and made us feel right at home. Every morning, we were provided with fresh croissants, and the drinks (water, juice, and milk) were always replenished. They even gave us a bottle of Pepsi, which my son really enjoyed! On our last day, we were due to check out at 10:00 a.m., but our flight wasn’t until 18:50. The hosts kindly allowed us to keep our belongings in the room, so after our day trip we could return, freshen up, and then head to the airport—such a thoughtful gesture. Lovely host, excellent hospitality, and a fantastic location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Naples! I loved the place🙂

• David (8/5): Large, clean rooms in an excellent location. - Excellent location just up from the Duomo: five minutes walk in to the streets of the Old Town, and five minutes walk to Piazza Cavour Metro station. Cafe's, Pizzarias, Trattorias close by. Approx. 20/25 minute walk from the main train station (Piazza Garibaldi). Easy to walk from here through old town streets to the Spanish quarter and down to the port. There are other rooms in the complex, but we didn't see any other visitors. Access is via an entryway from Via Duomo, and then up stairs in the block beyond the courtyard. Despite overlooking the busy street, windows were insulated enough to cope with that. Very large rooms, very clean with ample towels provided. Fridge in one room with bottled water. Kettle and coffee maker but no sink except that in bathroom. Voucher provided for breakfast at the cafe below the apartment: coffee/water and a large, filled croissant. Good communication beforehand. Allowed us to check in early and met by very friendly and informative staff. Although we did not see any staff after that, we had a contact number provided. Kindly ordered us a taxi for early morning departure. A lovely stay in a very vibrant city! Only 1 key is provided, which you need for the outer door to the complex, as well as your own rooms - as they asked you to lock the outer door every time for security, this meant you had to go out/in together, unless you wanted to leave someone locked in/out.

The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything needed. I was given lots of information on Naples and the sights to see and got a quick response when I WhatsApped a question. One of the kindest most friendliest places I have stayed. I felt extremely comfortable as a solo traveller but would be great for couples and families alike. Thank you so much for a great stay. I hope to return soon. 😊

Super clean, fridge in room with a bottle of water,good quality toiletries and bed linen. Host organised my taxi for airport price agreed at 25, arrived on time and driver was a gentleman. Good little cafe for breakfast downstairs best coffee of my stay in Naples/Sorrento over 12 days. Central location for sightseeing and near Metro. Excellent security. Bathroom toilet and bidet and shelves for toiletries behind a door that opens in, sliding door would be better. Hot water takes ages to come through a very low pressure shower head. Bed far too hard for me I’m afraid, I have a very firm bed but it’s well sprung and has a divan, not a metal spring base like the one in the apartment, I didn’t sleep well. No milk for tea just cream for coffee. So I had black tea. The lift was a bit hit and miss.
• Kovács (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived late and they were really helpful and did a full update on what to see in the city. The room was big and bright and clean. Everything was really close and easy to get to. The breakfast was good and was included. There is none.

• Jaime (9/5): Great stay, wonderful city and excellent location - The property is spacious and comfortable. Centrally located with fantastically knowledgeable hosts If we were picky the shower packed pressure and the breakfast element was a little bit of an afterthought
