• Camila sol (4/5): Cabaña linda pero publicidad engañosa - La cabaña La cabaña es tal cual se ve en las fotos, eso hay que decirlo. El lugar es lindo y está bien armado. Pero lamentablemente la descripción del alojamiento es muy engañosa, y eso arruina bastante la experiencia. Primero: la ducha “escocesa” nunca funcionó. Salía apenas un hilo de agua. El dueño explicó que la bomba se había roto el día anterior. Entiendo que pueden pasar cosas, pero si un servicio importante no funciona, lo correcto sería avisar antes o ajustar el precio. Segundo: muchos de los servicios que figuran en la publicación simplemente no existen. No hay spa, no hay restaurante, no hay centro de fitness ni nada parecido. Además, el lugar no está sobre el río principal, sino a unas dos cuadras. También se anuncia “desayuno continental”, pero en realidad consiste en unas medialunas y cada huésped se prepara su propio café en la cabaña. No digo que el lugar sea feo —de hecho es lindo—, pero la publicación promete una experiencia que no es real. Y eso es lo que más molesta. Uno viaja desde lejos, organiza el fin de semana y paga esperando lo que dice el anuncio. Mi recomendación al dueño sería ser más sincero con la descripción, porque el lugar por sí solo podría defenderse sin necesidad de exagerar servicios que no existen.
